When we said yes, she offered to help us navigate the menu with a few recommendations. After asking us some simple questions about what we liked she pointed us toward the Chicken Satay Burrito and the Poke Burrito - and she absolutely nailed it. Both burritos were fresh, colorful and packed with flavor. Every bite had the perfect crunch from the crisp vegetables, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The sauces were served on the side, letting us customize each bite, and they complemented the flavors without overpowering them. The decor itself had a freshness about it like the food they served with bright inviting colors. What we appreciated the most was how satisfying the meal was. We were lucky enough to have this restaurant on our meal train. We had a lovely friend who went and picked up food for us and delivered it to our home. I ordered the rainbow poke salad, hubby ordered the salmon and mango salad, and son ordered the chicken satay salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. We liked the food so much that a week later we went there for lunch. We realized we had been here once before right when they opened. It's a cute little space neatly decorated like a Chipotle where all of their add ins have been chopped in front of you and are waiting for your selection. This time I ordered the poke burrito wrapped in rice paper, the son ordered the chicken satay burrito, wrapped in rice, paper and hubby stuck with the same salmon mango salad. We took the order to go which they made with love and effort. Again, food tasted healthy and fresh. It was delicious. We'll definitely go back for either a healthy lunch or a healthy dinner. We had been wanting to try this place since we drove by it a few weeks ago. My daughter doesn't eat meat, so we are always looking to find places that everyone in the family will like, including the meat eaters. We arrived about 10 minutes before closing time, and the lady behind the counter (I assume she was the owner) was very friendly and welcoming. The decor was cute, and although there was no one there due to it being the end of the day, I noticed the place was very clean. We placed our order to go - 2 ahi tuna wraps, and a rainbow bowl, but substituted the ahi with chicken because I was not in the mood for ahi tuna. I also ordered a hibiscus drink. The lady informed us that out of an abundance of caution due the lettuce recall, they were using chard and arugula instead, which I appreciated. My daughter loved her wrap, but my son thought the ahi in his wrap was a bit chewy. My bowl was good, but I think if I had stuck to the ahi tuna that it comes with instead of chicken, it would have been better. There was not a lot of chicken in my bowl, and I did not taste the miso ginger dressing which was the reason I chose this bowl in the first place! It had perfectly cooked salmon on a bed of mixed greens topped with avocado, tomatoes, carrots, red onion, cilantro, green onions, and a spicy lime dressing. It hit all the spots! I can eat this every single day for several weeks straight! The family that runs this place were so sweet and incredibly patient as I was reading the menu trying to decide what to try. Their most popular are the Ahi tuna salad, salmon mango avocado salad, and the Toss'd steakhouse with goddess dressing. They had some pressed juices as well as Thai tea, sodas, and fresh coconut juice. There were a few places to sit for small groups of two or three people. The parking wasn't much of a problem but spaces weren't plentiful when we arrived in the afternoon. My husband ordered the chicken satay rice paper wrap that came with peanut sauce, also came with wonton crunchy strips. It looked like a big wrap like a big burrito, mostly vegetables not a lot of chicken. My husband said it was tasty. $13 I ordered a rainbow poke bowl. It was delicious with spicy mayo and ginger dressing. My bowl had salmon, alfalfa sprouts, avocado, edamame, cucumber, and something like radish. In my opinion, my bowl was kinda small for what I paid for $18. This is my reason for not giving them a five star. Great find on Vegan food! This place sits in the corner of Winchester & Jefferson in Temecula. The place was clean, with great service and I like the decor. There's a really nice big wooden table in the middle and I noticed lots of large cans of coconut stacked (so I figured a lot of the menu base is Thai?). The avocado wrap was excellent (added tofu), and it came with chips and a sauce (also vegan). We had a very satisfying lunch, and when I asked for a "to-go" bag, what got me was how the woman asked me if she wanted me to wrap it up for me. Wow! Full service restaurants just hand you containers and say "how many do you need?" Lol. This is what service is all about! Thank you for that! I got there at 5:30, they close at 6, and I was greeted with warm smiles and the most helpful people. I love this place is truly geared towards healthy eating. You're immediately greeted by a friendly face. You order as if you're at Chipotle or Cava. When you look through the glass, you see an array of fresh vegetables ready for you to choose from. They have a variety of protein for both vegans and omnivores. As a vegetarian, I chose tofu (which they season and sauce up). Depending on what you put on it, you will be full. I cannot be more thankful that I paid for what I can consider lunch and dinner.
