Good variety of flavors and so fresh. The wrap was fresh and a great size. They use a rice paper wrap which makes it lighter. There was plenty of food and I didn't have that stuffed feeling after eating. The flavors and freshness were memorable enough for me to return. Price was very reasonable for the quality. I had to go back since the first day was so yummy!! Today I had the satay rice bowl with tofu. Everything is most delicious. Rice is perfect texture, the pickled carrot & daikon radishes are perfect sweet yet sour, tofu has great flavor and not over done. I may order an extra scoop of the yummy creamy peanut dressing! I went to this restaurant based on all of the great reviews. My experience was disappointing at best. I got the Thai "steak" salad. It was $18 plus tax and tip. It had at best 2 ounces of tri tip. Half of which was slices with zero meat and entirely inedible fat. It had so much dressing that it was a pooled at the bottom of the bowl. It might as well have been a soup. Some of the lettuce was so wilted that it was slimy. To add insult to injury, I left hungry and had to go through the drive thru of burger joint so that I'd feel full. I have only ever written 2 bad reviews for a business on yelp before. This was bad enough to be my 3rd. read more

I discovered this gem of a restaurant in my pursuit of healthy lunch options in town. There are few options that are healthy, filling, and delicious all at the same time. I jest when I say this place is a Thai restaurant disguised as a salad shop, but it's so much more. Each item on the menu is influenced by a different world cuisine such as Thai, Vietnamese, Mediterranean, and southwestern, and the ingredients that make them up are vibrant, flavorful, proudly and artistically representing these cuisines. This restaurant could be half as good as it is and it would still be one of my favorite lunch spots in town. Some of my personal favorites on the menu are the Spicy Tuna, Mediterranean, Salmon Mango, and Ahi Tuna bowls. Each lunch item also comes with a complimentary soup of the day which ranges from Tom Kha to a Tomato bisque. If you're near Jefferson and Winchester you ought to try this hidden gem, I can't recommend Toss'd enough. read more
