That's it!!! No bread, no drama!! So tell me why we unwrap this thing and it's basically a whole Double-Double cosplay with extra raw onions thrown in like confetti? The food at Inn-N-out speaks for itself. The food is always consistent and delicious. I had friendly service at this location. My only complaint is that they forgot my animal style fries and I waited about 15 minutes before saying something so I was already almost finished with my meal. Parking can get crazy during their peak times. It was clean when we came. Other than that, Inn-N-Out is my favorite fast food spot to go to. read more

In giving this in n out 5 stars. I moved here from the LA area and went to a few locations in Murrieta and it was not a great experience. My shakes were pure liquid, fries were over or underdone, food was wrong... list goes on... However this location gets it perfect each time!!! Loved going through their drive-thru. They have the normal setup but everything just seemed faster with their team members. Everyone that we spoke with were all very kind. Honestly our food was ready so fast that as soon as we got to the pick up window, we were being handed our food and drink. They even gave us cute car mats to use while we ate in the car. I came here on my drive up to the LA area from San Diego and decided to make a stop by since traffic was pretty congested on the freeway. This location is pretty consistent with the other In & Outs, so I don't have any complaints about it. It was busy, but I didn't have to wait long inside for the dine-in service. Parking was limited but I was able to secure a spot without having to look too hard. The burger quality was good and tasted fresh, as expected. You can ask for all those off-menu items (like animal sauce in your burgers, etc.), so no worries there. Bathrooms were clean and the service staff were friendly. Overall, this is a good and consistent location that is worth visiting, especially if you're away from some of the more crowded city locations like in LA. read more

In-N-Out is always consistent. This is a big plus for this burger giant. Prices are reasonable and service always good. Something I never noticed before is the up charge for any special order. We ordered our fries with cheese on top and also animal style. This almost doubled the price of the fries. I felt that was a bit excessive and therefore I only awarded 4 stars instead of 5. I love IN-N-OUT! Always have since they first started. Been to so many locations across Southern California. Always the best experience and execution of the brand. Perfect execution of the food and incredible customer service by every employee. Always. Except at this location. For the first time ever over decades of enjoying the best burgers. Traffic in the drive thru completely locked up. The order taker was the absolute worst. Did not repeat the order to confirm and just moved on. Never experienced that in all these years. Drive thru wait much longer than normal, literally stopped so weird. Finally got my order and the buns of the burger were burned. Black like charcoal around the edges. The fries were completely under filled. Again so unusual, so rare, never ever seen it at any location before. Ever. I love In-N-Out. I don't what's going on at this location. This is the only burger place that I keep coming back to. And after so many years, it's the only "fast food restaurant" that I know of that hasn't massively degraded. Prices are still relatively low, quality high, service good. I attribute this to all the stores still being family owned and upholding the values of their founder. I like that they are open late. I don't like that their drive-thru lines are frequently looonnnggg, but hey there is a good reason for that. I like that you can customize your order. Now something about In-N-Out in general if it's your first time here - after trying, say a regular burger and fries, you might wonder to yourself what's the big deal?, it's not THAT good. I've said that to myself the first time as well as hearing it from others. The big deal is this - 1) The ingredients are Fresh and quality. I think In-N-Out stands alone in this. The tomatoes, onions, bread, lettuce, potatoes, beef is the freshest anywhere. After getting the fries, you might think they are nothing special. Well the specialness is they are just potatoes, you can see them cutting them right in front of you. They are not the frozen artificially crispy sticks from Micky D's. 2) Everything is made to order. See #1. 3) As I said before, you can customize to your liking. After I found out you have options, I never just get a regular burger. Usually I get Double Double Animal Protein with raw onions, so I can have a semi healthy option. Regular burger too small? Get two. Or get a Double Double. Better yet get two Double-Doubles. When the worker gave me my food they made it a point to tell me they gave me extra napkins. I didn't ask for extra napkins but the worker at the first window saw me crying before I pulled up.( window 1 to pay and window 2 to pick up food) So I'm assuming the two people talked and this was their way of supporting another human in need of some care. I go here all the time for the cheap Burger that's really good, I'm a sucker for crispy lettuce and lots of pickles so this one's my go-to but anyways each time I come they don't offer extra napkins so this was a rare occasion. I hope they get to see this, thank you. This was such a big deal to me and I can't thank you enough for this sweet little gesture of "we see you grrl and we are sending you some love and support".
