I've been wanting to try their breakfast special of 2 biscuit/sausage for $6.00. I had the perfect opportunity this morning after getting lab work done fasting. When I went to order I was told they had switched to croissants instead of biscuits. I was disappointed as I love their biscuits but ordered it anyway with a cup of coffee. When I got them I had to eat on the run while driving or I might've gone back and complained. The coffee was watery and lukewarm. The croissant didn't have anything on it, not even butter. The sausage patty had a piece of bone in it which hurt my sensitive tooth, and it was very thin with very little flavor. I won't go back to this location. read more

We requested for no cheese as well because we can't have cheese and he only gave us one number 21 with cheese in it. He even clarified our order correctly. When we mentioned it to the staff member, her initial response was less than courteous, although she did apologize afterward. I'm giving a three-star rating, as we appreciated the eventual apology. Dropped by this location for lunch while in the area. My order was the Sourdough Jack Combo ($7.89), and it was pretty good. The fries were excellent, and the sandwich exactly as expected and good. The reason for the low rating is a very enthusiastic employee swabbing the deck with a huge string mop, using a very odoriferous bleachy cleaning fluid. I noticed this staff member mopping at the end of the row in which I was seated, and to my horror, she came right toward me, very energetically mopping with that malordorous bleachy cleaning fluid. After she passed by, slopping my shoes a little, the air was redolent with bleach. The food became tasteless. I guess I understand the desire to kill all the COVID virus on the floor. But must you do it during the lunch rush? Maybe the tabletops should be sanitized instead, using a non-aromatic cleaner? Two stars for a ruined lunch. A gift. read more

Haven't even got through the drive thru yet, but the cars behind me and I have easily been waiting for easily around an hour. I'd back out but I'm trapped. This jack is super super slow. Don't come after midnight, you'll be waiting forever. I can see how people are annoyed by this, especially if there's other issues with their visit. Let's hope the foods good I guess. Might not be coming back for a while, to see if they can improve. UPDATE: When I finally pulled out of drive thru, it was just past 1 hour and 30 mins, for 8 cars ahead of me. Ridiculous. I jinxed myself because when I got home, my food was incorrect, cold, and not that great tasting. Fries really cold, tacos barely anything on them, and they missed my hamburger patty on my burger. How do you miss the hamburger patty on a a burger? Both munchie meals were missing ingredients on the burgers, and the tacos and fries were equally as whack. I'm disappointed, and think I might just take this loss, and stick to McDonald's. I'm usually not one to complain, but this was just mistake all around. Waste of so much time, and my money on food that was far far below what I used to receive from jack. This was easily a 0 star review, I'f I would have that option. WORSE customer service from their unprofessional manager. Went here with my kids and ordered about 40 dollars worth of food and went to pay with a 50 as Apple Pay wasn't working. The young lady working there was extremely polite and friendly during the order took the 50 in and said "I'll be right back" Shortly after she returned to the window and asked, "Do you have any smaller bills!?" I said no I don't she said well I can't take this my machine to check bills is down. I then asked for the manager as there are several other ways that you are able to check a bill. The manager came to the window before saying hello or anything with an immediate attitude and said "WE CAN'T TAKE THAT CAUSE THE MACHINE WENT DOWN ABOUT 20 MINS AGO. " at this point I wanted the number for corporate not because of them not accepting the bill just her nasty attitude and rude demeanor so I asked for the number to corporate at which time she said "oh were franchised.... "I said okay what's the number to speak to someone... She said "Oh it's somewhere on the window" As I was writing the number down she said "Can I help you with something? " with a nasty attitude I said I'm writing down the number she said okay and slammed the window it utterly sad that the regular employee possessed more professionalism than the manager. It's Jack in the Box. There is not a lot I can say about a JITB Grilled Cheese Sandwich except it was Grilled and it had cheese on it and it came out pretty quick. My whole purpose in writing this review right now is because this is the first JITB that I have visited in like six months that had drinkable iced tea. I love iced tea and something went terrible wrong and Jack has been serving some horrible bitter stuff and calling it iced tea. I don't know if they ordered from a new company or they all got a bad batch, but it has been bad. But, this location had delicious fresh and strong iced tea and I thought it had to be said. So there. If I could give this location negative stars I would! They are always closed when they're supposed to be open. Placed an order online during open hours, went to drive-thru closed! Another time had an UberEats pickup at 11 p.m. and the drive-thru person said closed, even though she's clearly there and someone was able to place an UberEats order. the new night worker lady is not it. i pulled through the drive thru at 10:30pm on 12/26 and she refused to take any orders unless it's door dash and when i asked for an ice water she gave attitude and claimed they "don't give out ice water anymore". i've been going to this jack in the box for many years and have never been refused WATER of all things. all of the employees were also just sitting in the dining area doing nothing at all. bring back the other night worker lady! read more
