This review is for the service only. I went through the drive thru, and when I got to the window, the guy there didn't say anything. Didn't smile. Just stared at me. Gave him my card for payment, he have me my drink, and my card back, still not a word. I put my card away in my wallet, and when I turned back to the window, the guy was holding my bag, with his arm reached right into my car window, still just staring at me. I took the bag and said thanks. Still not a word, no smile, just his glare at me. I didn't see his name, but he was a younger guy, glasses, dark hair, a little bit overweight. Never come, we came around 9pm, there was no one in line, they had us wait in front of the building going through drive thru, waited 15 minutes for what? For food that was cold and stale. Interesting place. The kids and I like Wendy's burgers but without fail, the service is poor and the food is subpar. I made the mistake of ordering a cob salad and what I received was wilted lettuce, slimy tomatoes and some sort of overcooked chicken like substance. This is got to be the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to in my entire life. I got in line at exactly 1111 it is now 1149 and I'm still sitting at the drive-through window with a car still in front of me. It's absolutely ridiculous. Atrocious. Waited 20 minutes to have my order taken, all the staff was yelling. Not because they needed to be but because they were blasting earbleeding music really loudly. Pro tip, if you want people to hear you and you want to hear them, TURN YOUR MUSIC DOWN. I don't care if you wanna listen to music on the job but don't blare it so darn loud. Qe went through the drive through at 630p and all of the lights on the menus were not working. We pulled up and asked if they could illuminate the menu lights. The girl on the other end had no clue what to say aside from what is your order. We could not see prices or items. *UPDATE* Just visited this location again October 14th. WOW!! They've done a remodel. All new seating! A tv has been added, a fire place, couch like seating by fire place. A large tall table for large parties. The drink machine is now out front!! No more waiting to get a refill. Just awesome! Great changes. You've got 5 stars!! This location is clean, the seats could use a refresh. The booth seats have no padding left and When you sit you feel the framework right behind your knee on your through. The food is good, hot and fresh. You have to get in line and wait for drink refills as they do it behind the counter. Their fast at getting your order done. We dine in haven't tried the drive thru. I gave 4 stars due to drink refills and outdated worn out furniture. read more

Every time I've been here i've had great customer service. Each employee has greeted me in a friendly manner, my order is always correct. Even when I get home, I am still satisfied. So my kids and I needed a quick place to get lunch and the kids wanted to try Wendy's. Since we've never been here before, we thought it was "fast food". Haha, boy were we wrong!! We got stuck in the drive though for 28minutes!!!! We were in the curbed off section that once a car is behind you, you're trapped. So there we sat for 28 freaking minutes. We were already planning on NEVER coming back because of that. THEN, there's the food. I ordered some spicy chicken sandwich and asked them to not put mayo on, because I hate mayo more than covid. You would think that the staff and management would want customers to come inside the restaurant to relax and enjoy a meal. Nope they have the donning room blocked off and they say it's COVID we can't have anyone eating in. However you can order inside and take it to go. I don't know what this Wendy's has done to their chili preparation, but the last two times I've ordered it the beans are undercooked. It's so hard to eat with crunchy beans. Yuck. Weirdest experience ever. There was a huge line in the drive thru so I went inside to order. Two people were waiting for food inside so I walked up to the register. With only a few employees working and a huge line in the drive thru, everyone was moving at a pace that I can only describe as a snail on Ambien. Three separate employees walked past me without ever acknowledging me in any way, and so there I stood for an awkward and uncomfortable amount of time. Eventually one of the guys waiting on food must've been there a while because he just threw his hands up, exclaimed "F--- This!" And walked out without his food. They'll do 2/3 of your group then leave you to rot waiting like an idiot until your friends are done eating then take your order. Hair in my cup. Plastic in my sandwich. Staff drag their limbs around, they don't care about their work. They don't even talk to each other. They don't make eye contact with you. Ordered a meal on the app, prepaid(NEVER DO THIS). I arrived to pick up the order after waiting 15 for them to serve one car ahead of me. They couldn't hear anything through their broken call box so they had me come to the window. They told me they didn't have the ingredients to fill my order so I requested a refund. They refused to give me a refund, said they didn't know anything about how the app worked. The manager refused a refund and refused to give me the general managers information so I could follow up on the refund. When asked for their corporate number the snotty girl at the window told me to "Google it". Finally got ahold of the general manager Miriam who completely disregarded the incident and also refused to give me a refund. Borderline illiterate emails stating that "staff was contacted they take care of this" No response as to who "they" are. Keep in mind I received NOTHING as as food from them. Followed up in the app requesting someone contact me and have heard nothing. Do not go to this store, do not use their application. The management is completely incompetent and dismissive.
