When order was delivered it was missing requested condiments and wro g food items in the bags, food was cold and chicken was hard and dry. I am appalled and disgusted! An employee who is handling food was outside the door, literally in front of the door so close she needed to move out of the way to open it, smoking her cigarette. The guy in the drive through spoke way too fast and kept saying is that all when we were not done ordering. He lets us know they were out of regular nuggets but we asked him to repeat himself twice because he spoke way too fast like he wanted us to hurry up. The communication between the workers here must really suck . I had came in earlier today and I ordered the salad and had asked for ranch instead of the dressing that came with the salad . She said sure . I had ordered whats in the picture and my wife got the home style club chicken sandwich . As we got to the window for pick up the guy who was handing the food out just basically gave the bag and closed the window and left . Assuming everyone with the order was ok I waited for him to come back and asked him for a ranch packet and some ketchup. He didn't seem to be in. A good mood when I asked and grabbed something off the shelf and threw it in a paper bag . When we drove off on the freeway my wife told me that they didnt give me ranch for my dressing and he didn't even give me any ketchup. . I know it shouldn't be a big deal but I can't eat my salad without the dressing so The salad basically went to waste . The fries were barely filled over half way. They didn't taste so good without ketchup I asked for and never got . So basically I paid 23 dollars for a jalapeño cheeseburger with bacon and a chicken club sand which or whatever the big chicken sandwich they have is called and a soda . Becuase the fries didn't taste good and had no ketchup and the salad had nothing on it . When I asked my wife what he threw in the bag was she said it was some kind of siracha sauce . I couldn't believe what I had heard . Ranch and ketchup for fries and salad but instead get some kind of hot sauce. WORST customer service!! We were next in line at the register when the cashier (short male with glasses) just walked away after finishing with people ahead of us. After talking to other employees in the back, he finally came up to the register. We had a question about a Wendy's promotion on the T Mobile app, but he would not help us other than telling us we had to get the Wendy's app. It's sad, because we are seniors and he wouldn't lift a finger to help us. No wonder this place has so many horrible reviews...customer service is a foreign topic to them. Went here on a Sunday night and ordered 4 biggie bags with 2 plain burgers and 2 normal ones. Had to repeat the order 4 times through the intercom which didn't bother me because I get sometimes it's hard to hear or whatnot. Once I get my receipt I see they put my order as all 4 burgers plain...so I kindly let them know that the order is wrong and the supervisor Karla basically tells me with an attitude...No it's not wrong that's what I ordered. I remind her we went over the order 4 times and I specified I wanted 2 plain and 2 normal. She continued to tell me No that I ordered all plain...basically calling me a liar. She then tells me if I want my order fixed I need to pay more money...lol not sure what kind of customer service training these people get but they are lacking big time! And the saddest part is that this was the behavior of the supervisor. No wonder when I got the rest of my order the drive thru clerk Diliberto slammed the drive thru window...he is learning from Karla! The worst customer service experience in a drive thru hands down! My order was about 12 dollars more than it should have been so I asked for a receipt just to see what was going on and they told me the machine was broken??? Sounds strange to me. Came here around 12 pm on Thursday 10/18/18. The eating area was clean and bright with nice natural lighting so my kids and I decided to eat there. As I was waiting in line I experienced an elderly woman being extremely rude to the staff. She complained about her hamburger and wanted them to fix it. They fixed it and she wanted a brand new one accusing the worker, who was very kind and patient, that she didn't trust them and knew they had done something bad to her food. Which was impossible because the kitchen is in plain view and she was watching them the entire time. The elderly woman insulted and degraded the staff. She continued to yell nonsense and say horrible things. It was sickening to watch. I scolded her but she ignored me. What stood out to me was the woman, I think the manager but I could be wrong. She remained calm, courteous and kind and did not, for one second, return any rude behavior to the elderly customer. I have never seen anyone keep their cool the way the worker did. The staff at Wendy's is polite and hard working. The kind male cashier brought our food to the table. My kids and I enjoyed a delicious hot lunch and learned a valuable lesson, just because you're old does not give you a free pass to treat someone badly. read more

Closed early on 7/9/2021 after we sat in a line for 25 minutes. Employees could be seen and could see us but would not respond

I want this place to not suck, but it does. I waited in drive thru for 12 minutes. By the time I got to the pay/pickup window I swear I almost saw the sun set and rise again. The workers were very nonchalant about how slow they were being and they forgot my potato. I wanted my microwaved overcooked potato and I wanted it now. The reason I went the drive thru route was to avoid having to do any physical activity. I had to get out of my car to go inside and remind them that I was missing an extremely important potato. Then I saw one of the ladies throwing nuggets into the little container with her bare hands and if Yelp! allowed videos I would post it. I'm pretty sure that's not cool with the health department. Safe to say I did not eat any of my nuggets and it is probably the only time I've ever thrown away food unfinished. I love Wendy's, but this red-headed stepchild of a location makes me loathe that broad. read more
