We got a spicy chicken sandwich a jalapeño burger and cold fries. Tried calling them because we live over 20 minutes away. No one answers the phone it cuts over to a voicemail that hasn't been set up so you can't even leave a message. Tried calling customer service for Wendy's but of course no leaving a message there either. This is the third time they have screwed up our order. We will not be going back. read more

This is the worst Wendy's I've been to. I used to work for this chain, and the management staff at this location that worked on August 15th,2018 need to be suspended, and re-trained! My mother is also the GM for a training-store of this chain. First of all, Alondra was rude on the intercom to where she would interrupt while I was still talking. My burger was made wrong. Given, I had customized it, it's not to the point that a Jr. Bacon with extra mayo, extra tomatoe, extra lettuce, and extra pickles should become rocket science. Also, my order was not shown in the screen. Long story short, the burger only came with the patty, bacon, and pickles. When I went back, I told them that I was there because my burger was made wrong, and I'd like it remade. Alondra, then replied back with. "order when you're ready."... A second time after she initially greeted ne with "welcome to Wendy's", and I told her the reason why I was there.... are you kidding me? After the burger was remade again, it came with single serving of everything, plus onions. Also, another manager is the one that made my burger, and handed it to me. It almost seemed like it was made wrong, again, on purpose. I'm assuming that Alondra was the manager wearing the headset and working the window. People, this restaurant had 2 stars as a rating when I wrote my review... I'd go to a different restaurant if I were you. read more

Ive visited this location on several times and have been unimpressed with the customer service. Due to a diet, I often request no bread, just a simple order of 2x patties and 2x slices of cheese plain. They were unwilling to make that happen, and they insisted that I pay for the whole sandwich. Sure, it's a little messy at this location but I have seen them sweep and wipe down tables from time to time. They could possibly not clean up as often since they are pretty busy with the drive thru customers almost all the time. In any case, the staff is pretty friendly and there are great deals on the menu. It's honestly just your average fast food joint. we had two bad experiences back to back & got no where in store so we called corporate. we were asked to download the app & were given a credit. they told us to go back to the store & use the credit. We went in, ordered, and then for the next 30 minutes we were in Wendys hell. we were told everything from " our system is down" to "go to the next town overs Wendys & have them try" at one point we asked for at least a manas name so we could call corporate again & they were very adamant about us not knowing any of their names. I think her name was Suzy? In the end they reluctantly gave us our food which had sat bagged the entire time, so it was nice & cold & not worth what we just went through. and On our way out w/ our cold food(minus the kids drink & sauce) they made sure to make snarky comments & give dirty looks. THE FOOD HERE IS DISGUSTING! THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Now that being said, here is my review: Every single time I have gone here, I have had to pull over to a spot and wait for my food to be brought to me, and most of the time there is nobody else even in line. They are always incredibly rude, and give very poor customer service. One time I had a car full of hungry kids, and we were waiting out side for like twenty minutes for the food, when I finally stormed inside, pissed off. I go in and see our bags just sitting on the counter as three employees chit chat with each other. The food was cold, and one middle aged lady says to me, "what I was gonna bring it out". More recently, the late night crew is responsible for giving me food poisoning twice. I am officially done with this Wendy's, and maybe with the company altogether. Saw the horrible rating before driving over there but figured it was just picky people on Yelp considering it IS fast food but holy shit. The only reason I went to Wendy's in the first place was because I was craving chili on a rainy night. Get there and they're out of chili. So I order chicken nuggets instead and the woman just hands me my food then walks away. I try to wave her down for some sauce but she's off talking to someone so I honk. She comes back obviously irritated and tells me that they are out of everything except honey mustard. Then I get home and try the nuggets and they aren't even hot and have been twice fried. I proceeded to the window and they stated the registers shut down on their own. They don't close til 11. He could definitely make a meal for me. I asked him his name and he would not give it to me. I hit the drive thru of this particular Wendy's over the weekend. I wasn't always a fan of the purveyor of square patty burgers but grew to love them over the years. Their flare for over the top cholesterol saturated goodness was admired, I mean they have done for bacon what the Colonel did for chicken. The baconator...awesomeness. The negatives for this trip are few but there are a couple. First the kid's meals which were better than the competitions in value since they came with a free Frosty...no longer does. Talk about some disappointed kiddos. Also, it was only 11:30 when we went...and we were told they sold out of apples for sides. How do you sell out of apples before lunch time? I was also reminded about the fast food-edness of Wendy's when we pulled up to the second window and were handed our food instantly. Great for the speed of fast food but what a reminder that this isn't made fresh to order. Duh, I know this but like to pretend I don't sometimes when I want my guilty pleasure of fast food. On the good side our order was perfect and nothing was forgotten. The new naturally cut sea salt fries are really good and my bacon deluxe burger was tasty as usual. read more

They Should have fixed it free of charge as they are the ones who didn't put in my order correctly. Don't ever come to this Wendy's. They are very unprofessional and keep you waiting in your order even when you've placed your order online they make you wait another 20 minutes. On top of that I went to try to get the Rick and Morty drinks and the lady at the window told me that she didn't know what I was talking about but yet when I go online to do a mobile order it's right there saying that they have it and I can pick it up for curbside. The only person that was helpful with somebody it was quitting on their last day when I went and he was able to help me get my order that I had placed online and had paid for it even though the doors to the restaurant was locked and they had put a cone in the drive-through window saying that they were closed but they're still open till 10 o'clock online. Very very very disappointed this is the second time this week that I've gone and spent close to $40 just trying to get my food there and they can make it happen. Definitely will not be eating here again and I advise others cannot eat at this one if you want Wendy's find one somewhere else because this one is shit. read more
