This is place is the worst I've been too. DHC is amazing but this location I have given 4 opportunities to get their stuff together. I waited 41 minutes for my online order, the girl at the front was clueless and just not attentive, helped others walking in, even though she made eye contact and I tried to talk to her, she was dismissive and rude. The food order was messed up and overcooked, this is the 3rd time there's been issues with the food and the 4th an final time dealing with horrible customer service. The ambiance was ok, nothing special, music was a good time, clean, etc. Unfortunately I will not be investing anymore time or money at this location, y'all need to do and be better, point blank. read more

This is the first time I tried Dave's Hot Chicken. They need more workers here. First of all there was quite a line as there was only one person working the register. This person was also responsible for calling out names and distributing the take out orders. I witnessed a lot of food die on the line waiting for it to be given out. Since there was only one person working the register, no one was cleaning tables and all the tables were dirty and some still had trash on it. Now to the food, the hot chicken was good. I would order that again. The mac & cheese though was really basic and not worth the price. Dave's Hot Chicken exceeded my expectations substantially! The seasoning on the chicken is fantastic (I had both mild and hot levels) and I love the fact that there's coleslaw along with the pickles in the sandwich - it definitely adds more textures to every bite you take. I have no complaints about the service as the staff did very well and are polite. The ambiance of the restaurant is a great place to hangout and I love the way the walls are painted. 10/10 highly recommend! read more

Disappointing service. This is how the second time I've done an online order and waited an extra 10+ minutes than the scheduled time. Whats the point of picking a time?? Also they offered everyone grabbing their order extra daves sauce. I asked for one and was told I would have to pay for extra daves sauce with an online order. That makes NO sense. read more

Came in today at 6. No mozzarella stick available and said the ice cream machine doesn't work so no shacks. And then i asked for two extra Dave's sauce and the girl worker said i could only have one. I was at Dave's at 7:30 and they were absolutely slammed. I waited in a line of about 7 people long. The restaurant was full of people waiting for orders and Uber Eats/online orders. Their display board was working and accurate. When I ordered, the young girl taking the order was very pleasant. She apologized for the wait and told me it would be close to 30 minutes for my order. No problem. Who wouldn't wait to have Dave's? I watched the crew in the back working feverishly. The girl in the front ran the register, greeted people and thanked everyone, again apologizing for the wait. She made sure to ask them if they needed additional condiments. Sheer perfection.
