Service is repeated terrible here. When arriving, you will see a status board with everyone's order. However, if the order says it's "Ready", be prepared to keep on waiting. I'm not sure if this particular WingStop is on a PIP program but the employees know to hit the ready button even when food is not ready just so they don't get penalize for the prep time. This is really a management and staffing issue as the location never seems to have enough people. Honestly, do the owners really care as they are perfectly content with their abysmal review on Yelp? And when we walked out, the waiter had the nerve to look at us as if we were crazy for walking out as if no one in there smells that. While I am waiting for my order, there was a lady who ordered enough to fill two entire large bags, so she probably spent over $100 here. One bag was all fries and instead of stacking the fries right side up they stacked them sideways leaving the customer having to carry the bag sideways out to her car. We were in the mood for some wings and variety, and the choices were phenomenal. Wingstop has numerous wing types and variety order sets so you can get 6 of some and 6 of the others. We decided to try the teriyaki, the garlic Parmesan, and the lemon pepper wings. They even gave us a couple extra wings in our orders, and each was delicious. The lemon pepper wings were not dry like some wing places can be. The service here was great and attentive, the time it took for the food was rather quick too. My boyfriend ordered through the app at 8:36 PM. We got home and realized the order was missing his 8 boneless lemon pepper wings. Mistakes happen, no big deal. We call the restaurant and speak with the manager, Kat, we tell her about the mistake. She tells us that in order for them to replace the 8 wings that we paid for, but did not receive We would need to come back in and show her the mistake so the orders could be remade. I explained to her that we lived about 15 minutes away and that would be an inconvenience and she advised that she's just following procedure. I love wingstop, but this location has always disappointed me. I try to have the benefit of the doubt before anything as someone who also works fast food, but they're constantly understaffed. Management needs to schedule more people during busy times, on national wing day the crowd line was out the door almost into the street and they only had 3 people working!!! If i worked there, i'd quit immediately. I've ordered at this location 3-4 times and every time it's been at least a 40 minute wait, and it's not like this at other locations.
