Service is repeated terrible here. When arriving, you will see a status board with everyone's order. However, if the order says it's "Ready", be prepared to keep on waiting. I'm not sure if this particular WingStop is on a PIP program but the employees know to hit the ready button even when food is not ready just so they don't get penalize for the prep time. This is really a management and staffing issue as the location never seems to have enough people. Honestly, do the owners really care as they are perfectly content with their abysmal review on Yelp? After waiting over an hour the Store Manager nonchalantly ignored us as customers as we asked for a refund. I read the policy online, and noticed on the receipt they weren't opposed to refunds. The manager claimed my orders "ready" but it sat on the counter 15 minutes over the hour plus wait time. I asked for the policy, the store manager proceeded to walk in the back for another 10 minutes. Then he comes to the front and slaps a blank receipt on the counter insulting me claiming it'd be "theft" to give me a refund & also claimed that he didn't have time lying about printing the policy. He claimed that it would be "a couple of hundreds of pages". Staff prepping our order were throwing stuff in our food laughing towards my family & I. When I addressed the uncomfortable feeling we've experienced with the ice being refilled that worker walked out and sped off in his car... Law enforcement had to get involved because the store manager said he couldn't help me until "a few hours later" after he helps crew members. The situation could've been resolved over a simple refund, but instead gave me terrible anxiety. We also had no drinks until later with no ice, the staff member came to refill the machine slamming the buckets over the machine causing pieces of the machine to break & making my family uncomfortable. Our order became ready after the whole discrepancy. Almost two hours later, law enforcement had to speak to the store manager to receive the refund in 5 minutes... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Ordered over the phone, the girl was really awkward and asked me like no questions. I got bones wings with the sauces that would normally come with it, on the side. When I got there, no one welcomed me or anyone following me in. I ordered wings for a gender reveal party and they completely got the order wrong. Three of the five flavors were wrong and the wings were undercooked. There was one batch with literally no flavor and other batches with barely any flavor. It was soo embarrassing for a party. I complained and received a credit. I ordered the 10 piece combo all flats Louisiana Rub and fries. I ordered through DoorDash at around 11:30 pm. When I received my food it was NOT what I ordered. Instead I received an 8 piece mix of drums and flats drenched in grease and overcooked to the point they were dried out and no seasoning at all. This is the second time I have ordered late night and received food that looked like they should have thrown it out. I love wingstop, but this location has always disappointed me. I try to have the benefit of the doubt before anything as someone who also works fast food, but they're constantly understaffed. Management needs to schedule more people during busy times, on national wing day the crowd line was out the door almost into the street and they only had 3 people working!!! If i worked there, i'd quit immediately. I've ordered at this location 3-4 times and every time it's been at least a 40 minute wait, and it's not like this at other locations.
