Trash employees. Fire everyone, it took around 45 minutes for my food to come out, and some of it was even cold. Everyone looked confused and was either high as a kite, or new. Whoever was the management at the time does not know how to operate a shift. I was not the only one whose food took forever, multiple people in front of me got their food before mine, and 3 guests around me were also complaining that their meal was taking 30+ minutes. I'm not one to complain, nor even write a review at that, but I had to complain due to how trash my experience was at this location. This is the WORST Wing Stop I have ever been to. I ONLY go there because it's the closest to me. No matter how many minutes I order ahead, the food is NEVER ready. Ever! Then they say, 5-8 minutes. While I am waiting for my order, there was a lady who ordered enough to fill two entire large bags, so she probably spent over $100 here. One bag was all fries and instead of stacking the fries right side up they stacked them sideways leaving the customer having to carry the bag sideways out to her car. We frequent this place weekly. We came in tonight on a Monday night. We ordered online and we only had to wait a few minutes until our order was ready. The food was so crispy and fresh, the fries had the perfect amount of seasoning on them, and the ranch was nice and ice cold! The employees are very kind and helpful here. My boyfriend ordered through the app at 8:36 PM. We got home and realized the order was missing his 8 boneless lemon pepper wings. Mistakes happen, no big deal. We call the restaurant and speak with the manager, Kat, we tell her about the mistake. She tells us that in order for them to replace the 8 wings that we paid for, but did not receive We would need to come back in and show her the mistake so the orders could be remade. I ordered the 10 piece combo all flats Louisiana Rub and fries. I ordered through DoorDash at around 11:30 pm. When I received my food it was NOT what I ordered. Instead I received an 8 piece mix of drums and flats drenched in grease and overcooked to the point they were dried out and no seasoning at all. This is the second time I have ordered late night and received food that looked like they should have thrown it out. I use to order from this location a lot for either pickup or delivery but no matter which way I order, once I open the bag and get to the fries I ordered with EXTRA Seasoning I'm always disappointed because there is little to no seasoning every time. Also, if I order the fries well done they still come smooshy.
