Reuben is an absolute gem. He is kind, efficient, friendly and the food came out super fast and was delicious. I can here form out of town in hopes that it wouldn't be as busy and the kids could enjoy the game area and it was perfect. The arcade was cool and just perfect for my kiddos. Thanks so much read more

We had a great experience at Pizza Factory! The pizza was fresh, hot, and really delicious. The crust had the perfect texture, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I recommend to order the pizza well done if you like a crispier crust! The soda fountain has a good selection. The portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The salad bar is killer! So freshhhh! We try to go here once or twice a month because it is so convenient. It's always nice to find a local pizza place where you can count on good food and great service. We'll definitely be coming back! read more

First and last time I come here. Sloppy and underwhelming. Taste the same as store bought, except greasier and falls apart easier. Bought 4 pizzas for employees to show appreciation. Embarrassing. read more

The picture is on the higher side in pricing, but it was good. Had it twice in both times I was very satisfied along with all my guest. It's not the best pizza I've ever had, but it's good. read more

I went online to see the lunch specials and this is what it said! (The Pizza Factory in Menifee, CA (25908 Newport Rd) offers a weekday lunch buffet from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. It features all-you-can-eat pizza, soup, a salad bar, and a drink for roughly $12 to $15.) I showed up and asked for the lunch specials and the lady was rude and commented there is no lunch special. I said really ? Online shows salad & pizza and soup all you can eat around $12 to $15. She said nope just salad is $12.99. False info online i definitely will never go back there again I don't recommend this dirty and has flying insects in eating room. Stadium pizza lunch special is $7.99 salad pizza soda! Been ordering on this store for years but this was a disappointment this time. Yesterday i ordered Hawaiian, chicken Alfredo', and a spinach and garlic order#5928 for a party. Just when we were eating, one of my co worker found a long piece of hair inside of the Hawaiian pizza (i have video evidence of it). It was absolutely embarrassing. I had to throw away the rest of the pizza and one of my coworkers felt disgusted because they had already eaten some of it. Y'all need to get inspected right away because this was unacceptable. read more

Pizza is AMAZING my favorite since we moved to Menifee a year ago! Always hot and fresh! Breadsticks are !!!

I had a not so great experience last week wit the Factory, made a complaint and everything was resolved. The manager was very understanding and my husband and I are fans again. The food is consistently good and the most important aspect, the customer service is great. I'm very happy that the Pizza Factory is one of the few places that follows up on customer concerns, always a good sign:) read more

Small, but a great use of space. You can host small gatherings, celebrations, and watch sports events. It has a small section for kid games, tokens, and prizes. The hours are good. Food options include pizza , pasta, etc. read more

Great pizza & wings. Staff was more than accommodating. Love this spot. When back in Cali will definitely try to stop in again.

Pizza is some of the best I've ever had but the service is awful! Very rude young people that give attitude over the phone and don't say bye as you're leaving. Service makes me wanna go to Pizza Hut read more

Pizza was amazing! The wings had so much flavor. We got it to go and the order was ready when they said it would be ready

This used to be our go-to pizza place. Unfortunately it has just turned bad. They changed vendors for their toppings and the sausage is now gross. It seems the other toppings have changed too because the Wildcat was just not good. The bread sticks had no seasoning and were just bland. Overpriced and just bad food.. Very disappointing Pizza Factory... Very Disappointing.. Be better. Thumbs down... read more

Been trying to find a good pie that doesn't cost the amount of the whole store and I stumbled across Pizza Factory in Menifee. I walked in and reviewed the menu of flavorful options and chose a small antipasto with a large Awesome Pizza (that's the name and it fits). The pizza was excellent and the salad tied it all together. Enough for two or 1 if you just want salad. What I was surprised to find was that at this location it was full of entertainment, from the multiple TV's to the games for kids that included tickets for prizes to choose from. The staff was friendly and the cooks took great care in completing my order in timely manner. read more

Pizza Factory use to be my favorite place in Menifee. I've been coming for 17 years, back in the days when you ordered a wildcat and it had Linguica. When you ordered they took your phone number down, yes a loyal customer. Well fast forward to 2025 the quality went way down. The last 3 times I've ordered the pizza taste very different. At first I thought they were making the wildcat wrong because it just looked different, they ring it in as a combo but thats been normal for the last 10 years. Then I realized even the meat lovers tasted different. The topping specifically the sausage taste like frozen sausage balls. The pepperoni isn't the same brand as before either. The toppings taste cheap and low quality. Unfortunately I can't recommend pizza factory anymore to the mom's groups or friends who just moved to Menifee. The quality is just not there anymore. I didn't mind paying $28 a pie when it was good, but when the toppings taste frozen and the dough isn't soft anymore, I can't justify it. Please go back to the old toppings and soft thin dough. I'll try one last time in a couple months. Maybe it's a vendor issue, which I'm hoping. But if it's the same, I won't be coming back. The pizzas just not good. I hope this review brings back my favorite pizza spot. read more

Nice, large indoor eating area with TVs, and the pizza (large thick crust meatball and spinach) was amazing! Highly recommend.

Gone way downhill. I've given this PF location enough chances recently to confidently say NEVER AGAIN. Many MANY order errors, food quality isn't worth the price and worst of all, the manager doesn't care if you take your business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that appreciates your money and your patronage. We will never order from here or dine in again. Also... they do not have a salad bar STILL and have no plans on it returning, yet they refuse to take it off the online menu. Bait and switch. read more

Okay then, been purchasing their food since the beginning in Lake Elsinore decades ago. Never had a bad experience period. Pizza's, salads, sandwich's, steady as a rock. In Menifee, this emporium is in the top two, of all the restaurant offerings. The national brands can't touch these folks in price, quality, and service. read more

This was the best pizza I've had since I lived on New Jersey! Hot, fresh and delivery was fast! The BBQ sandwich was out of this World! I recommend the Pizza Factory for everyone. Looking forward to trying more of the menu in the near future. You have to try this pizza, it will blow you away! read more

It's ok if if you like the thicker crusts. They have a thin cauliflower crust but it's more expensive and only comes in the medium size. They're so hectic when I went in they may not be accurate with the service. Children's ambience. So far nothing compares to the spot where I used to live in Downey. Downey Pizza Co. read more

Pizza was just okay. Probably would have dissuaded me from returning on price alone ($38 for one large pizza with ranch). Ordered a half & half pizza due to dietary restrictions & there was absolutely no effort to keep toppings on their sides. Totally understand if toppings mix a little on side pieces but was picking sausage off of middle pieces of pizza when it shouldn't have been there at all. Not great if you're a vegetarian & again for $38, this should have been a perfectly crafted pizza. You can certainly find better for cheaper cost, I'd suggest skipping this place read more

I'm new to this area and wanted to try someplace new. I'm so glad I did. The pie was loaded with toppings. I was very impressed with the taste and the timeliness of the delivery. I've already recommended this place to my daughters' family. I highly recommend you try it to. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Pizza Factory for my yummy dinner. IT WAS DELICIOUS! read more

Pizza Factory - Medium Combo with artichoke added. - Pizza Near Me - Menifee, California

Pizza was delivered on time and hot, but it was soggy, chewy and tasted like cardboard. I won't be doing this again.

Bomb pizza, great fast service! Inside isn't huge but great to grab some pizza and watch a game.

Pizza Factory was a casual family friendly atmosphere. There were several tv's with different things going on and even though the noice level was pretty loud the high back booths allowed you to have a conversation with the group you were with. We had 6 adults and 2 kids in a booth and made it work. Pizza was good. We had both regular and cauliflower crust. Wings were hot (spicy) with a lot of sauce. I ordered a large caesar salad and 3 of us ate it and still had left overs. They offer pitchers of beer. The arcade area was entertaining for the kids and dads! It is a contender for family pizza nights. Tip: I checked in with Yelp and saved $2 on my pizza read more

I came here on a Saturday afternoon with my son and two grandkids to celebrate their birthday. The pizza was the best in town! We got an x-large 1/2 and 1/2. Half with only cheese and pepperoni for the kids and the other half was a "supreme" mixture for my son and me. The amount of toppings was amazingly generous. Covered from crust to crust. Speaking of the crust, the regular crust wasn't soggy on the bottom and had a nice chewy pull to the outside edge. I went back on my own to try their pastrami sandwich. It was a generous portion of lean pastrami on a 7-8" roll. I asked that they only put on mustard and pickles but it usually comes with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Unfortunately they really overdid the mustard and pickles and I'm more of a fan of the super thin sliced, fatty pastrami but I'm happy with returning for that great pizza! Oh yeah, the staff there is super nice and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Great place for family or after game gatherings. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Rude staff and pizza was horrible. I don't know if the pizza I ordered was just thrown together because they were closing soon, but the pizza I received was unacceptable. We had never been here before. This was the only place other than regular pizza places around my mother in law's home. We tried this place and we should've passed. My husband walks in to get the pizza and the place looked empty. He waited 5 mins if not more until someone came to the counter. We knew someone was there because it was still open and we saw a guy at the counter when we pulled up to park. Finally a girl comes from the back to help him. My husband should've left that pizza at the counter. We only kept it because my 4 years was waiting patiently for it. read more

This rating is for the customer service only. Our famliy loves the Pizza Factory. We come in frequently with our flag football team. Last night was the first time we were treated so poorly. We came in a 8pm with a party of 17 people. There was only 2 booths open/clean. We asked if we could sit in the party area. Rozzie said " No we are closing soon." Another person from our party had asked the cashier up front and she said yes. So we went back to the party area. Rozzie makes a bee line to tell us not to sit there again. We explain the cashier said we could. With the hardest eye roll she walks away. When it's time for the food to come out she slams a plate of breadsticks on the table. She continued to do this with each plate she brought out. For her grande finale when she brought out the pizza she slammed it down so hard the pizza tray almost tipped over a pitcher of beer. We felt extremely uncomfortable. Everyone in the party was just taken back by her hostel behavior. We had kids with us and didn't want to make it anymore awkward than it already was. We told her to take it easy and she stormed off. We didnt understand why she was so upset. If she thinks that's ok to treat people like that maybe is she took on the wrong job. read more

I've always had hot and fresh pizzas from here! And the service is always great! But today they went above and beyond, they had made a small mistake on my last order by giving me the wrong size. Was told they would take my name down and I'd get a discount on the next order since I couldn't come back in and get a replacement that night. So today I come in and they gave me my order for free!! I wasn't asking for, nor do I think they needed to do that but wow! I'm very appreciative! Thank you guys for always being great and keeping my family happy and smiling! read more
