Been trying to find a good pie that doesn't cost the amount of the whole store and I stumbled across Pizza Factory in Menifee. I walked in and reviewed the menu of flavorful options and chose a small antipasto with a large Awesome Pizza (that's the name and it fits). The pizza was excellent and the salad tied it all together. Enough for two or 1 if you just want salad. What I was surprised to find was that at this location it was full of entertainment, from the multiple TV's to the games for kids that included tickets for prizes to choose from. Pizza Factory use to be my favorite place in Menifee. I've been coming for 17 years, back in the days when you ordered a wildcat and it had Linguica. When you ordered they took your phone number down, yes a loyal customer. Well fast forward to 2025 the quality went way down. The last 3 times I've ordered the pizza taste very different. At first I thought they were making the wildcat wrong because it just looked different, they ring it in as a combo but thats been normal for the last 10 years. Then I realized even the meat lovers tasted different. The topping specifically the sausage taste like frozen sausage balls. The pepperoni isn't the same brand as before either. The toppings taste cheap and low quality. Unfortunately I can't recommend pizza factory anymore to the mom's groups or friends who just moved to Menifee. The quality is just not there anymore. I didn't mind paying $28 a pie when it was good, but when the toppings taste frozen and the dough isn't soft anymore, I can't justify it. Please go back to the old toppings and soft thin dough. I'll try one last time in a couple months. Maybe it's a vendor issue, which I'm hoping. But if it's the same, I won't be coming back. The pizzas just not good. I hope this review brings back my favorite pizza spot. read more

This used to be our go-to pizza place. Unfortunately it has just turned bad. They changed vendors for their toppings and the sausage is now gross. It seems the other toppings have changed too because the Wildcat was just not good. The bread sticks had no seasoning and were just bland. Overpriced and just bad food.. Gone way downhill. I've given this PF location enough chances recently to confidently say NEVER AGAIN. Many MANY order errors, food quality isn't worth the price and worst of all, the manager doesn't care if you take your business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that appreciates your money and your patronage. We will never order from here or dine in again. Pizza was just okay. Probably would have dissuaded me from returning on price alone ($38 for one large pizza with ranch). Ordered a half & half pizza due to dietary restrictions & there was absolutely no effort to keep toppings on their sides. Totally understand if toppings mix a little on side pieces but was picking sausage off of middle pieces of pizza when it shouldn't have been there at all. There were several tv's with different things going on and even though the noice level was pretty loud the high back booths allowed you to have a conversation with the group you were with. We had 6 adults and 2 kids in a booth and made it work. Pizza was good. We had both regular and cauliflower crust. Wings were hot (spicy) with a lot of sauce. I ordered a large caesar salad and 3 of us ate it and still had left overs. They offer pitchers of beer. The arcade area was entertaining for the kids and dads! My husband, son and I come here at least once a month for pizza, wings and beer. The pizza and wings are soo good and they have a small little arcade but it makes our 8 year old happy! I came here on a Saturday afternoon with my son and two grandkids to celebrate their birthday. The pizza was the best in town! We got an x-large 1/2 and 1/2. Half with only cheese and pepperoni for the kids and the other half was a "supreme" mixture for my son and me. The amount of toppings was amazingly generous. Covered from crust to crust. Speaking of the crust, the regular crust wasn't soggy on the bottom and had a nice chewy pull to the outside edge. I went back on my own to try their pastrami sandwich. It was a generous portion of lean pastrami on a 7-8" roll. I asked that they only put on mustard and pickles but it usually comes with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Unfortunately they really overdid the mustard and pickles and I'm more of a fan of the super thin sliced, fatty pastrami but I'm happy with returning for that great pizza! This rating is for the customer service only. Our famliy loves the Pizza Factory. We come in frequently with our flag football team. Last night was the first time we were treated so poorly. We came in a 8pm with a party of 17 people. There was only 2 booths open/clean. We asked if we could sit in the party area. Rozzie said " No we are closing soon." Another person from our party had asked the cashier up front and she said yes. So we went back to the party area. Rozzie makes a bee line to tell us not to sit there again. We explain the cashier said we could. With the hardest eye roll she walks away. When it's time for the food to come out she slams a plate of breadsticks on the table. She continued to do this with each plate she brought out. For her grande finale when she brought out the pizza she slammed it down so hard the pizza tray almost tipped over a pitcher of beer. We felt extremely uncomfortable. Everyone in the party was just taken back by her hostel behavior. We had kids with us and didn't want to make it anymore awkward than it already was. We told her to take it easy and she stormed off. We didnt understand why she was so upset.If she thinks that's ok to treat people like that maybe is she took on the wrong job. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Rude staff and pizza was horrible. I don't know if the pizza I ordered was just thrown together because they were closing soon, but the pizza I received was unacceptable. We had never been here before. This was the only place other than regular pizza places around my mother in law's home. We tried this place and we should've passed. My husband walks in to get the pizza and the place looked empty. He waited 5 mins if not more until someone came to the counter. Was told they would take my name down and I'd get a discount on the next order since I couldn't come back in and get a replacement that night. So today I come in and they gave me my order for free!! Wings didn't have much flavor. They were actually sweet. Meat was tender. House salad was very good but blue cheese dressing was horrible. People who order this dressing want blue cheese flavor. Not there. Very bland. This restaurant, if they were smart, would make their own blue cheese dressing. I threw my salad away. The red sauce on the lasagna was tasty, but there were little cut squares of meat in the lasagna, when tasted alone, had no flavor at all. Where is the real meat? Not real sausage. I guess given the name, I should have ordered pizza. This is some of the worst Italian food I have ever tasted. Oh and the French bread was so flavorless, I did something I have never done in my life, and I'm over 50, I salted the bread to give it a little flavor. This place needs to grow some taste. The girl that brought me my food brought me spaghetti w/meatballs and dropped my bread on the table.
