I ordered a high-rise crust (+3.00) pizza which is essentially rising crust. It was adorned with regular red sauce and fresh mozzarella. Next, I added my meats (pepperoni, sausage, bacon). Followed by my veggies (red and green peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes). I highly recommend trying Blaze's oregano and salt/pepper, they're perfect toppings. Don't forget to ask for parmesan packets from the staff, if you don't ask you shall not receive lol. One of the dudes I got the cheese from was a little bothered but I asked him anyway. My meal took no more than 7 mins to heat up. The oven at Blaze leaves my pizza perfectly crispy every time. I sat outside as it was a chill, summer night with plenty of seating in the outdoor patio. I grabbed my blood orange lemonade and was cool as a cucumber. Overall, I had a great experience. I was helped fairly quickly and the staff were mostly friendly albeit a little awkward. The dining room inside is large and a drink station is available with refills. Unisex single bathrooms are available with a shared single sink outside the restrooms. Don't trust their hours. Tried to order online at 8:45pm through DoorDash. System said the store was busy and not taking orders. I immediately tried to order through their website, similar message. It wouldn't let me order. I took a shower and went to the store. I got there right at 9:38pm. One girl looks at the other girl (Emma) and the other girl (Emma) says, oh we closed at 9:30 tonight. I looked around and the whole store was cleaned up. You mean to tell me you cleaned the whole line in 7 minutes? I doubt it. You're about as good a liar as you are an employee. Alyssa was the girl preparing my pizza has a serious attitude problem. She was rude and threw the cup in my hand. When I asked her to bake the pizza extra toasted she walked away. We haven't been going here for a year or so due to a few bad experiences ! Thought we would try it again a few weeks ago and it was decent at best. We were thinking that maybe the crew was just having a bad day ? We went there today and we decided no more coming here unless it changes management or owners. I have seen happier people at a funeral . No smiles here , no one is happy , the serving area where they keep the toppings was absolutely disgusting , different items in different containers. I saw a lady order her pizza and she asked if they had different sauce because there was cheese in it and the girl said , thats our cheese don't you want cheese on your pizza ? The lady and her husband just kept their cool. Then as they ordered a item the girl said anything else after everything she asked for ??? Man their pizza is good, but they get my order wrong almost every time. One time I ordered delivery and the complete wrong pizza was delivered and they wouldn't refund me and I had to drive out (after having to pay delivery fee) and pick up a new pizza. The past three times I've gone in to pick up I've had to go back in and have them remake because it was missing the toppings I had ordered. I have seen major improvements during my last two visits. Pizza and service have improved. Staff have been very friendly and responsive. Additionally, staff no longer accepts tips, not requested or accepted. The price you pay for your food and beverages is the price you pay. When I inquired about this, i was very surprised that Blaze Pizza, this location anyway, upgraded their staffs pay to make up for tipping. Absolutely AMAZING experience! The pizza was soooo good -- fresh, hot, and incredibly yummy. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient, which made it even better. What really impressed me was their customer service: my pizza came out of the oven with a small hole in it, and without hesitation they made me an entirely NEW pizza to take home! WOW. So disappointed. Here's why: I ordered pizza online (it had been a while since I had pizza). The menu looked different...hmm weird. Prices were also a bit higher. Amazing fresh pizza everytime! The only thing I would say is that some of the staff that works here isn't very nice. Upon entrance it always feels like you're intruding and theres never been a hello or welcome. Perhaps I'm expecting too much? Ambiance is chill and clean for the most part. Something was definitely wrong with either the ingredients of the pizza or a virus by one or more workers at this location. My first indication was the guy that made my pizza went to the restroom right after making my vegan pizza for a very long time. He had also mentioned the vegan cheese being changed a couple weeks ago. The young lady responsible for cooking our vegan pizza gave us a pepperoni pizza by mistake and seemed unapologetic about her mistake. A few hours after reaching home, I had made myself something small to eat with protein but couldn't keep my food down. I had the worst food poisoning ever! I was having the worst stomach cramps and felt like my whole insides were turning. I had never felt this type of stomach pain before, had the worst watered down diarrhea (sorry for being so descriptive) and at the same time vomited everything I just ate. I felt like I was about to die! When I googled the timing related to food poisoning, it fit perfectly within the time range of when I had eaten there. I had sanitized the table and chairs we sat on thoroughly and made sure to wash my hands before eating. My girlfriend I were tired after a long day and ordered a custom gluten free crust 11 inch pizza for delivery through GrubHub. I am sad to say this was one of the worst pizzas I have eaten. The crust was so thin it would make a New York pizza look like a deep dish pie. It was cold when it arrived, and didn't have much flavor. I wish I could give zero Stars but I can't so they can have 1 star. I walked into the store without being acknowledged, the ladies were busy which is fine. When they weren't busy I was still ignored. I had already ordered my food online and it was sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up and no one acknowledged me. It wasn't until I said "can someone help me" that I was noticed. It was extremely unprofessional. I called the store to complain and Alyssa (store manager) kept apologizing about the fact the girls didn't greet me, but I said it wasn't the fact that they didn't greet me. Place had potential and didn't disappoint me, however last 3 visits were a nightmare. Seems like the place is ran by teenagers. A worker was very rude when I asked for extra topping on a build your own pizza and proceeded to place a single extra topping. Lastly what makes Blaze pizza special in my opinion is the pizza oven which they stopped using an hour and 15 mins before the place closed, and the visit before they didn't use it anyways. I assume because the conveyer belt oven is much less work and makes the pizza taste significantly worse. Glad they finally opened up! I've never tried them before, but I am definitely a happy camper. Went in for the first time on Pi Day and walked away with 3 pizzas (one for me, and each of my 2 littles) and a drink paying $11! Score!! Service was on point and has been since day one. Normally the pizza at Blaze is excellent and very tasty. Tonight we ordered 3 medium multitopping pizzas and 1 wlarge cheese pizza. The 11 inch pizzas were the normal excellent pies but we noticed the younger kids attempting to eat the 14 inch simple cheese pie and all pulled the same sickly looking face. On examination of the underside we could see it was burnt and nasty. So, straight to the bin. Such a shame I have always sung the praises of the company but now believe their quality control requires a smidgen of rework. Hope things improve but until then I will double check each box on receipt prior to eating.
