There is a scripture on a chalkboard thats different everyday I suppose. I notice that this is a family restaurant with a lot of people knowing each other and regulars. My husband saw an ad for 11.99 ayce pizza and salad with a unlimited drinks everyday 11am-3pm. This price is phenomenal! I was surprised that the pizza was really good. Its very cheesy and yummy! For my salad my blue cheese sauce was creamy and soooooo good. All their dressings were very good! The neat thing is you can ask them to make any kind of pizza you want. Alfredo, bbq, pineapple, all of the good stuff and they make it fairly quickly! I also ordered a meat lasagna. This i didn't like at all. It has too much ricotta cheese for my taste. Its just not my type of flavor. Other than this, this place was perfect and the hospitality was quite wonderful. Ill definitely be coming again.

Only thing I found a bit inconvenient was the lack of variety with the pizza buffet choices, as there was only three pizzas out at a time, and when I arrived, two of them were the same, ham and pineapple. Though, that probably has to do with the inside being a bit on the smaller side. It's nice and open, and has plenty of seating with a nice vibe, but on a busy day, I could see it filling up quickly. All that being said, definitely swing by for their pizza buffet. Despite my small complaints, the service and food won't disappoint!

The lunch buffet special was such a good deal and had a great variety. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious overall. The garlic knots were okay and they didn't have a ton of flavor; but the seasoned steak fries were really good! The churros were the perfect sweet treat, and the salad bar was well-stocked and fresh, which I really appreciated. What really made this place stand out for our family was the atmosphere. It has a fun, relaxed vibe, and the kids were entertained the whole time with games like a claw machine and a racing car game!! such a nice bonus for parents! Customer service was also excellent!! everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Overall, we'll definitely be coming back. We requested to not be sitting right next to someone and practically be part of their conversation when theres a ton of open seats. Then when we got sat away from everyone, she sat a party right next to us. Again when open seating elsewhere. Just didn't make sense to me. Our server was great though! We ordered the pb and j wings to start which were phenomenal! Then my partner ordered the berry cobbler french toast. I ordered the cavatelli pasta. It was to die for. The sauce, the sausage, the tomatoes how the flavors blended. Everything just melted in your mouth. Highly recommend this place for brunch or for dinner. The menu is so good. My husband had one of there creative Old fashions and he really enjoyed his drink as well. We started with the Caviar Bites and Calamari, probably the best calamari I have had in quite a while. We also ordered the cavatelli mac and cheese which was very flavorful with the shishito pepper and parm and lastly we also had the Korean wings which were very meaty and full of flavor. I think that is something that stands out here is how much great flavors are packed in there dishes. The entire staff was friendly and the Chef was also very welcoming. If you're not in the mood to create your own personal pizza, there's menu options. However, I end up spending about the same either way so I might as well add all the toppings I want! I ordered a high-rise crust (+3.00) pizza which is essentially rising crust. It was adorned with regular red sauce and fresh mozzarella. Next, I added my meats (pepperoni, sausage, bacon). Followed by my veggies (red and green peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes). I highly recommend trying Blaze's oregano and salt/pepper, they're perfect toppings. Don't forget to ask for parmesan packets from the staff, if you don't ask you shall not receive lol. One of the dudes I got the cheese from was a little bothered but I asked him anyway. My meal took no more than 7 mins to heat up. The oven at Blaze leaves my pizza perfectly crispy every time. I sat outside as it was a chill, summer night with plenty of seating in the outdoor patio. I grabbed my blood orange lemonade and was cool as a cucumber. Overall, I had a great experience. I was helped fairly quickly and the staff were mostly friendly albeit a little awkward. The dining room inside is large and a drink station is available with refills. Unisex single bathrooms are available with a shared single sink outside the restrooms. Everything was clean and well-stocked.

On a previous visit, I enjoyed their 'Sicilian Deep Dish'; a perfectly fluffy, square-cut pizza. This Saturday, I placed a phone order for pickup to try their 'Chicago Style'; a 12" shaped as a pie (takes approx 50 mins to bake). While it differs from what I had in Chicago, it was delicious, satisfying, and baked to perfection. It came loaded with cheese, and the sausage, red onion, and spinach toppings were excellent. I made sure to save room for the 'Cannoli', it is the perfect way to end the meal! You can also order directly via their app. Besides pizza, they offer pasta, calzones, sandwiches, salads, wings, paninis, and sides. Inside, the shop smells amazing... it's small but offers a couple of counter seats. They also have a 1 and 2 slice meal deals. The service here is consistently friendly and fast, the staff makes me feel genuinely welcome every single time. I will definitely keep coming back to try the rest of the menu!

Seeing how small the shop was as well with a crowd gave me a bit of concern that it was all about the numbers and not the customers. Boy was I wrong! The cashier there was handling each customer and giving excellent service. While helping customers at the register, she would remember each person that comes in to help make a mental line queue. She was able to clear out the rush of customers quickly, and effectively. For the food, I got half a supreme pizza and the other half, a taco pizza-- a unique twist to a classic. The quality of the dough is incredible. Not overcooked, but still had a crunch and soft center. The ingredients were all so fresh and generously sprinkled as well. I was surprised at the price for the quality as well! For the negatives, these are minor, but: - waiting inside is very small-- would recommend to order online. - toppings fall off easily, but it might have just been a one-off issue. I'll have to try again! - pizza felt a bit small compared to other restaurant chains. I do eat more than most, but I was able to eat a large by myself. Definitely will go back. In fact, I went back the next day because I wanted more of the supreme pizza. I can't recommend this place enough!
