We had such a great experience at Mountain Mike's in Menifee! It's located on the corner, which makes it easy to find, but just a heads up; parking is a bit limited, so plan accordingly. The lunch buffet special was such a good deal and had a great variety. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious overall. The garlic knots were okay and they didn't have a ton of flavor; but the seasoned steak fries were really good! The churros were the perfect sweet treat, and the salad bar was well-stocked and fresh, which I really appreciated. What really made this place stand out for our family was the atmosphere. It has a fun, relaxed vibe, and the kids were entertained the whole time with games like a claw machine and a racing car game!! such a nice bonus for parents! Customer service was also excellent!! everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Overall, we'll definitely be coming back. The customer service was amazing and the food was fantastic everything looked great and it was an exceptional price with many salad options. We did the Buffet option which included the drink family of Five came out to $74 for all you can eat pizza, salad and beverages. The waitress Caroline was awesome even asked if my kids had favorite pizza toppings and then not to long after she brought it up and reminded us. Perfect lunch spot to take the kiddos. read more

Called and a girl answered, very friendly and answered all my dumb questions. Ordered a 3 topping med pizza, garlic knots, and cheesy bread sticks. After all of that, some guy got on the phone and said they don't deliver til 3. They use door dash for orders earlier. I agreed and got what I ordered and it was prompt and friendly. The pizza wasn't crisp but still very good. I like that they use the cup-n-char pepperoni. The sausage was really good and spicy. The garlic knots and breadsticks were delicious and definitely worth ordering. The bill was 65 dollars which is a little bit pricey, but it was delicious. Went in to pickup a pizza and some breadsticks. I was asked to wait a little bit longer which was fine even though I came in a little after my estimated time. But 30+ mins after and you still don't acknowledge the fact that you completely forgot to make our food and not say sorry or offer a little voucher had me fuming. You can get cheaper pizza. But imo the quality is great and their rewards program is great as well. Those reasons keep me coming back for more. Came here on a Monday for the buffet. It was very well kept and ran very smoothly! The food was hot, fresh and delicious! Caroline went above and beyond as far as customer service. She took requests for pizzas, cleared our plates, kept checking on all the tables and even brought my daughter a fresh, hot birthday cookie for my daughter after she noticed a birthday bag at our table. How this place has 4 stars is beyond me. Everything was cold. I wish this place was at least decent, but not only is it more expensive than other much better local Pizzaria's. Their Staff is ok, but their food has no flavor, the crust is absolutely flavorless and their toppings barely make their pizza edible. They really need to step their game up especially with all the better Restaurant options around Menifee. This location also feels sad and depressed since we were the only people in there, and their Video games were mostly not working so our kids were also disappointed. This is the last time we ever go to a Mountain Mike's. I would recommend Your Pizza Stop for Pizza or Pizza Factory for Pizza and Arcade Games. After three years away, we decided to give Mountain Mike's another try. We stopped in on the Thursday after Halloween. The place was empty, so we had a booth all to ourselves. In my previous review, I mentioned that the medium 13" pizza was good, but pricey. Nothing has really changed since then. They still make a good pie, but $31.99 seems a bit much, compared to any other pizza place nearby. I really want to like Mike's more than we do, but... with a fountain drink, our tab came to nearly forty dollars including taxes. The folks who work here are all very friendly and nice. They went out of their way and still had Halloween candy they were offering customers Nice. We haven't eaten in another Mike's, we don't know if the price is in line for the franchise or not. Well I'm 66 years old so I remember when you ordered a large pizza it was a large pizza and it arrived in a large pizza box and filled it up. I mean and then it only cost you like $20. I ordered a large pizza from them just recently with three toppings and a small order of buffalo wings and it cost me $112 for it to be delivered and it's not a large pizza it's it's in between a small and a medium .... If it was a large it wouldn't fit in my wheelchair but it's smaller than a medium size pizza that I grew up on and that's ridiculous, especially given that between delivery fees and the tip I paid over $112 for a single pizza and 10 barbecue wings....
