I've been going to this location for like.. 10 years. It's so consistent. Always. The staff is hardworking and very nice. I like that when I call they tell me what place I am in line to be helped-- since this place is always busy. (It's worth the wait). I order the strips meal because the breading is so light. It's crispy on the ends, t. So that's a plus. I get the mild or medium sauce bc i'm a fan of traditional Buffalo sauce. I've noticed that the hot flavor is too hot, and more spicy than it is Buffalo, but that could just be me. Anyway, 10 years later and I'm finally writing a review for my favorite wing place. This is my favorite place for boneless chicken strips. Their medium and hot buffalo sauce are the best and so full of flavor. My usual order is the 3 pc Tenderloin Strips Combo Meal which never disappoints. Their strips are Tender and juicy with a perfect crunch. Oh and let's not forget the bread sticks, perfection! We can never just eat one, we always have to order extra on the side to avoid a tug-of-war between with the kids. We also ordered the Epic Chicken Fries Combo Meal with Bbq sauce, delicious! First and last time coming here. I ordered online and was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, they gave me a buzzer and told me to wait. I sat in my car for 40 minutes and the buzzer never went off. I ended up waiting close to an hour for absolutely nothing. When I finally went back inside to check on my order, the staff treated me poorly and acted like I was inconveniencing them for asking about food I had already paid for. No apology, no explanation. To make it worse, when I finally received my food, it was completely cold. On top of that, two of my sauces were open and leaking all over the bag, and one of the sauces literally had hair in it. Have the restaurant had the lights off they said it's company policy anywhere that I have dying. They start to close and clean after the guests are gone. I placed my order at 6 p.m., but it wasn't ready until nearly 7:30 p.m. To make matters worse, the staff called out the wrong name about 25 minutes before the food was actually ready. When we asked about our order, we were told to come back in another 25 minutes, only to find out that it was indeed our order all along. Once we finally got our food, we discovered that the sauces were missing, and the breadsticks were smashed flat. When we asked for assistance, the crew member was unhelpful and even gave us trouble, insisting that we'd have to wait for a remake. I even asked if we could get the remake at a later date, but he wasn't interested in helping at all.
