I like that when I call they tell me what place I am in line to be helped-- since this place is always busy. (It's worth the wait). I order the strips meal because the breading is so light. It's crispy on the ends, t. So that's a plus. I get the mild or medium sauce bc i'm a fan of traditional Buffalo sauce. I've noticed that the hot flavor is too hot, and more spicy than it is Buffalo, but that could just be me. Anyway, 10 years later and I'm finally writing a review for my favorite wing place. First and last time coming here. I ordered online and was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, they gave me a buzzer and told me to wait. I sat in my car for 40 minutes and the buzzer never went off. I ended up waiting close to an hour for absolutely nothing. When I finally went back inside to check on my order, the staff treated me poorly and acted like I was inconveniencing them for asking about food I had already paid for. No apology, no explanation. To make it worse, when I finally received my food, it was completely cold. On top of that, two of my sauces were open and leaking all over the bag, and one of the sauces literally had hair in it.
