Food is good, but staff started to close and clean at around 9:00. Lots of customers were complaining because this is not as advertised

Always love this place but I ordered a several orders and I got sauce in my order. I ordered mixed garlic Parmesan and Buffalo medium. I don't know what happened tonight but I did not enjoy my order at all tonight. I ate one tender and that's it from my single meal. It looks more like the Tyson chicken tenders from the frozen section. So bad and soggy. I gave it a 3 because most of the time it's good read more

Food was amazing, ordered the mango habanero strips were soooo good and not too spicy at all which I liked. The bread the meals come with are delicious. Lots of places to sit and the food came out in a decent amount of time, will definitely come again read more

Bartender Shaye is AMAZING! She was incredibly attentive and nice to talk with. Husband had a great time watching FIFA and never had to worry about needing a beer! She had another ready for right when we needed it. Thank you dear! read more

Always great service by Shay at the bar. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. The breadsticks were dripping butter!

Dumb broad, the younger hispanic girl needs to get it together with multitasking. Will leave anyone on hold but then hang up the phone. Was funny to see it in real time. The girls that work in the bar are amazing! read more

Service is horrible. I just left. I had placed my order to go and I had asked for no carrots to make all veggies to be celery (due to a family members allergy) on the receipt it stated my order correctly but when the order came out it had the carrots. I went back inside to advise of the mistake and if the can provide the order with all celery . The man rolled his eye and laughed took the bag of veggies out of the to go bag and went to the back. When he returned he handed me a bag of 5 celery sticks and walked away . I ordered a family 24 pc chicken wings and he could only provide 5 celery sticks ? This is the 3rd time I've come to this establishment in hopes that it would amount to the original epic wings in San Diego , but I have been disappointed every single time. I will continue to travel to San Diego for epic wings then come back to this specific establishment. San Diego and Rancho Cucamonga epic wings n things are much better read more

Love love love the food! I no longer live in Murrieta but visit often & genuinely, the first thing I always crave to eat is food from here. Love the so so tender strips, fresh breadsticks, loaded epic fries, several delicious sauce options, & the pizza sticks in medium-sweet chili--my fave!!! & something about their ranch is so delicious, I wish I could bottle it up & take it haha. The manager, Andrea, is also very friendly, helpful, & attentive to customers coming in. Overall, wish there could be a location in the Bay Area! read more

I order two orders of epic fries one with and one without ranch, but both orders came out with ranch. Which is an honest mistake they also forgot carrots we paid for with extra ranch. We let them know and they brought out about 6 carrots and a small ranch side took back the plate of food with ranch but were, mad with an attitude. when you can just say sorry about that let me fix it and took another 20 minutes to wait for my food. This is our first time at this location won't be coming back. read more

Food is always pretty good. I went tonight, got all the way home with my order and discovered that none of my breadsticks or veggies were in the bag (I had specifically ordered veggies). Called the store and after being placed on hold 3 times was met over the phone by the snotty "manager" who offered me to drive back to the store and pick up the breadsticks. I declined the 30 minute round trip, and was asked "okay well what else do you want us to do." It's amazing that one small interaction can make you dislike a place that you have been going to for YEARS. read more

i have been coming to this location for years since it was called wings n things. always so delicious and consistent in quality in flavor. i'm so happy that they have expanded locations in Rancho Cucamonga and Riverside and Corona. although I have had long wait times when it's busier, it's always worth it. if they have ever had a mistake with my order, which is rare, they always make it right. the inside is very chill and minimal and perfect for lunch or to watch sports since they have a lot of TVs. we came to eat lunch on Mother's Day and it was delicious as usual and fast service ! read more

This is normally one of our favorite places. Great food, great beer, games always on. However, the night fulfilled all of this at first, until they started shutting everything down 45 minutes prior to closing. Mopping around you, placing chairs up, closing down all restrooms, essentially signaling to us to get out. If you're the owner, just know this location or mgmt in charge shuts things down early and pushes everyone out so the crew leaves early. So disappointed! read more

Epic Wings - Closed store? - Chicken Wings Near Me - Murrieta, California

See all

Got my order semi correct, wouldn't accommodate all my needs that OTHER STORES ALWAYS accommodate. Honestly left the store upset and disappointed. Will not be bringing my business here anymore. I've never left an Epic Wings like this, and there's not gonna be another chance to fix it. Thanks to the owner Ryan. These north county restaurants don't compare to the real San Diego Epic Wings. read more

Sammi helped me and my girlfriend flawlessly! We appreciate her hard work & also saw her taking care of customers solo during a rush. 5/5

This is for Mariah that took my call. I started the day off with ordering pizza sticks on their BOGO deal today. I got the sticks at 5pm and when I got home I noticed the bread was completely raw. I called and talked to a shift manager. Without hesitation she offered to double my order if I came back today and apologized for the inconvenience. Order was remade and perfectly crips. I get that sometimes people make mistakes but she went 10/10 on customer service. read more

I visited the store yesterday and Mariah was absolutely wonderful! It makes my day when I see young people excited about doing their job!

First off will never be going to another Epic Wings again. 3 wings for $15? That's a brutal ripoff. Not just the price the wings are dry and almost impossible to swallow. They look like nuggets I could buy at Costco for $15 a bag and cook them better in my air fryer. The fries are unseasoned and sad. The celery is browning. The best part about my experience here is was walking out and leaving. read more

I am ok paying a little extra, I get everything is more expensive. I just payed 50 dollars for dry, burnt chicken. There was barley any sauce To me this is false advertisement. To add insult to injury, The girl behind the counter looked miserable you guys could have smiled before screwing me. This place has done nothing but go down hill in the last few years. read more

I honestly don't know how Epic Wings is still running with how terrible their wait times are. Every time I come in, it feels like I'm waiting long enough to watch a whole movie. And somehow they always blame it on their "belt" being stuck--like seriously, how is your belt always broken? Fix it or replace it already. The food isn't even worth the frustration. If you want to waste your time and leave annoyed, then sure, go ahead. But if you value your sanity, avoid this place until they figure out how to actually run a kitchen. read more

Mariah took my order and was so sweet and helpfu, she showed me I have lots of points and how to use them. She was very kind and patient while I was figuring out what to order. the food came out perfect as well. read more

My kids order epic fries around 9:15pm and they were closing at 9:30. When they got home to eat the food, the fries and the chicken were so really salty that we couldn't eat it. So I called the manager and the manager said yes, they accidentally put a lot of salt so then she gave me the owner's email to see if they can make a new order for us or refund us. After emailing the owner, the owner asked me for the receipt's and order number for the Epic Fries and that they will investigate. I had already threw them in the trash the same night because they were closed by the time we got home. So I forwarded all the documents the owner asked for including my credit card statement showing the purchase and order number. The owner emails me back saying he's sorry but we can't do nothing and I should've brought the food back to them. I was never aware I had to bring back the food. I told him, so you want me to go get the food from the trash and bring it in the next day? He did not reply back to me anything and this is why I'm writing this review. Really bad customer service. I believe the owner is just about the money and doesn't care about customers. This is not my first time going to Epic Wings. This was the first time going to that location. read more
