Pulled pork, jerk chicken, coleslaw, Cajun butter corn
    Elissa F.

We ordered: the rib plate with Mac and fries, a chicken sandwich with a large side of Mac n cheese, and a two meat plate consisting of jerk chicken, pulled pork, coleslaw and Cajun buttered corn. Our neighborhood requested the food truck come hang out for a night, and at first my husband and I weren't sure we were going to attend (we ordered from another food truck not to long ago that wasn't very good, and we didn't want to waste the money) almost last minute we decided to go ahead and make the order... OH MY GOSH!! I've never had better BBQ from a restaurant, let alone a food truck!! It was like a magic box with wheels! The jerk chicken was tender with just the right kind of spice.. and guess what kids?!? This was a dry rub, not a stupid sauce! Holy cow!! The pulled pork was fantastic!! In fact, the only thing I can complain about, was the stomach ache I suffered from from shoveling too much food into my face! (I knew I was full, but I kept eating it.. picture Squidward from Spongebob eating his first Crabby Pattie) I'm fairly certain that I will dream about this truck, and eat my pillow! The staff was amazing! They were super friendly, happy and clearly know a thing or two about food! Best part? Three epic meals, at a fair price! You guys rock!! I CAN'T wait to eat here again! Thank you!!!

This is a solid choice for BBQ in SoCal. Let's be honest smoked Q isn't the first thing that comes to mind when you think of SoCal cuisine done well. But this business can hang & they are worth your $$. We tried a lot of the menu (we are a family of 5!!) and we recommend the Brisket & pulled pork for sure! We didn't order chicken but that will be next. Cole slaw & Mac for sides. I hope your experience is as good as ours.

Jerk Chicken Fries, hands down the best thing on their menu.

Had we known the food truck was back in business for a month!! We were on our way to Raising Cane's in Menifee for their Mother's Day BOGO when we saw 2 food trucks. We could not believe our eyes!! We pulled over & called in our order of 2 Jerk Chicken Fries. The chicken was just as tender, juicy & flavorful. The garlic sauce at the bottom, just as good as we remember. However the fries itself were sad :( They were much thinner & tasted homemade before (they resembled a lot like my grandma's fries) & the ones served today are crinkled & commercial looking. They were quite soggy too. It'd be nice if we could get the previous style fries again, but we understand if it's not possible. Just opening up & being available to serve French Valley is beyond our dreams!! Thanks for coming back especially during these crazy times!

Rockin' Jay's looked at my weak soul and said "bet" -- then saved it in the best way possible. Counter girl hit me with a smile so bright I almost reached for sunglasses. The entire all-female crew was straight beast-mode at the open sandwich bar, slinging subs like they were on a mission from the sandwich gods. Atmosphere? Spacious as hell, proper New York deli that moonlights as a 70s rock dive -- screaming reds and greens, green booths, wooden tables, tiled floors, the whole retro package you see in the pics. The playlist was gloriously all over the place in the best way -- Contemporary Christian one minute, 2019 pop bangers the next, basically spanning six decades of straight fire. "Listen to your heart" came on and I damn near did while they built my baby. Every single pick was gold though. I ordered the 12" Capicola & Provolone ($16.69). I yelled "the works -- no mustard, drown me in onions and olives." They dropped an absolute beast of a sandwich... and it came perfectly toasted straight out the gate the way it should be. No sad "can you toast this?" negotiation. Golden, crunchy bread that cracks like it owes you money. Meat stacked stupid high, provolone doing its melty thing, then they buried the whole thing under an avalanche of fresh, snapping shredded lettuce and threw in those glossy peppers on the side like a mic drop. This thing is ridiculously messy -- oil dripping, lettuce flying, pure delicious chaos in every bite. Pro tip: there's no napkin dispenser at the tables, so you gotta go full scavenger hunt by the self-serve soda machine to grab your own stack. Worth every greasy finger and napkin raid. It fed this giant for two meals and left me still full, slightly greasy, and weirdly emotional. My spinach smoothie PTSD? Cured. If your diet has been as depressing as mine, stop torturing yourself and drag your weak ass here immediately. Friendly as can be, killer vibe, and subs that actually deliver. Tell 'em the tall smoothie refugee sent you. I'm claiming a booth next week and bringing stretchy pants... and maybe my own napkin stash.

We stopped here on the way home from Pechanga while charging our Tesla and since it was in the same plaza, we figured we'd check it out. I assumed it was more of a franchise bakery than a standalone artisan spot, so I came in with pretty low expectations. I was just planning to grab a cinnamon roll, a loaf of their Cinnamon Burst Bread and a quick sandwich for the drive home. To my surprise, their house-made sandwiches are served on freshly baked bread, made with fresh ingredients, and cost under $10 (Panera could never!!!). Their baked goods were also reasonably priced with generous portions. We picked up the Cinnamon Burst Bread, a cinnamon roll, a honey bran muffin (which completely stole the show for me; it was incredibly moist and I'd come back just for that) and an almond poppy seed scone. The service here was just as impressive. Everyone was so friendly and personable and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed being there. I also loved their "Giving Rack," where anyone in need can take free baked goods. It's such a thoughtful idea and says a lot about the kind of business they are. The Coast is my favorite breakfast sandwich - ask for extra garlic aioli because it's that good. You can always request for a different egg temp, but their runny over easy egg is perfect here. Their coconut morning bun is amazing! That's probably our favorite croissant pastry there and you can't go wrong with their classic cinnamon roll either. My husband loves their peach cobbler cinnamon roll too (seasonal item). Minus a star because I've ordered their matcha here a few times just because maybe I didn't order the right matcha with the correct syrup - I don't know, but I've ordered their classic matcha latte and their seasonal mango matcha latte, and both times were disappointing. You can tell by the color of the matcha. It's a slightly grayish hint of green. In photos it looks like a dark vibrant green, but not in person. The mango matcha was slightly better, but not enough mango in my opinion - that could just be my personal reference. Everytime we come the service is always friendly. Everyone here is really nice and helpful if you don't know what to order. It's a cute little bakery with a bar top seating and a couple of tables tucked away inside, or you can hang out in the patio.
