Well I always have to try bbq when in available. Sorry but this was not up to my liking. Got the hot link sausage "loaded". With mustard sauce and slaw. Big mistake. Get it plain. The sausage was well smoked and jalapeño flavored. Just over done. The greens were bland and oily. The chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce was very dry. The Mac n cheese was not baked but boiled noodles and the kids loved it. Prob the best thing we had. Thats too bad because I really wanted to like this place. Just my opinion and everyone has different tastes so take it with a grain of salt.

Order was taken right away. Cashier was very friendly and attentive. Great tasting pulled chicken and pork sandwiches. As well as the brisket fries. The collard greens were very disappointing. They needed more flavor and so did the mac & cheese. Mac & cheese looked like a cheese sauce was just poured over the pasta and mixed. Order is taken at the counter and you pick up your order when you are notified. No ketchup was made available for fries, sadly. Canned sodas, beer and glass beverages available for purchase. Very loud indoors... Waited for about 15 minutes for our food. Outdoor seating available. Also a variety of music playing outside. First time eating here and not sure if I would come back here.

The food here is really good. The brisket melts in your mouth. The pulled pork is really good. The ribs are tender. The chicken is good for bbq but I don't usually eat chicken at bbq. The collard greens are yummy. So is the Mac and cheese. The potato salad is ok. The fries are good too, especially with the cheese sauce. Oh ya the cubano sandwich is pretty amazing too. The staff is kind and friendly as well. Would recommend.

The owner is very friendly and easy to like. The customer service is wonderful and the wait time is minimal. The ambiance is fantastic as it reminds me of a southern blues and bbq joint (without the live music and the Smokey air). As far a as the food goes, for my first time I tried the brisket burger, cornbread with hot butter, and the collards. The cornbread was soft and fluffy, sweet and savory, but the hot melted butter made it that much better. The collards were absolutely perfect! The right combination of Smokey, fatty, and earthy. The brisket burger left a bit to be desired. I sampled the brisket before ordering and it was perfect! The brisket burger lacked flavor,l and was a bit greasy. The melted cheese was a bit much as it over powered the burger. The bun was perfectly toasted.

Nice location and nice shopping center around if you want to look around with shops, coffee and other goodies. Nice little place to walk around. This place is located inside with 4 more food vendors to choose from which is great, seating is spacious and they have a great bar selection as well in the corner of the building. The food was incredible the brisket is a must and the Mac and cheese def. This place will not disappoint. Def going back to try the other venues as well.

All was excellent. I'm from the South so this BBQ was pretty good. Quality was good with the BBQ, just could use more sauce. Mac and cheese was mid, the fries were excellent, but the corn bread was the real winner here. Def a must try! Will def come back!

Made a quick pit stop and the bbq was shockingly good! Thought it was just going to be a quick bite to eat but it ended up being a place we want to visit again!

The ribs were bangin! Def pricey for 1/3 lb and being a food court though. But I'll give it 4 stars because it was actually quite delicious.

One thing that got my attention is it's not just the burger alone you get the whole meal with the option of fries or tater tots as well. Only downside i would say would be the water taste a bit like tap, the alcoholic beverage can use a bit more passion behind it a little sloppy with presentation but tasted amazing and gave a great buzz. Also don't sit outside if you don't like the smell of cigarettes the smoke shop next to them has alot of cigarette smokers and a majority of people who dine there smoke cigarettes as well (oddly) lol. Service was great very welcoming, you sit yourself as well so choose wisely. Inside dining is high seating chairs very sports bar energy. We initially ordered to dine in but ended up needing to take it to go. Service was amazing from start to finish. As soon as we arrived and even when we had to change to go. Our waitress understood and helped us packed everything up. I did get to try to latte flights there. To be honest, taste was just ok but presentation makes it look really good. I read another review about the ube waffle and I have to agree with them. I was expecting more ube flavor. It was decorated pretty with the flowers but the flavor just wasn't there. Out of everything I ordered the blue velvet pancakes were my favorite. They were soft and fluffy. The cinnamon roll pancake was for my husband. I did like that they like you order pancakes à la carte so you don't have to do full orders of everything and get to try everything. Crème brûlée French toast was ok too. To be fair I'm not sure if it's because we had to take it to go. With that said when taking to go, the pancakes were still good. Waffle not so much but to me it also lacked that one flavor. My husband ordered a margarita and our waitress recommended peach and she was right. Peach margarita tasted yummy as I took a sip to try it. We came around 2pm and there was plenty of seating inside available. We were able to find parking in the shopping center easily. Would recommend to give this place a try especially since service was great. Also, pretty food presentation.

On Saturday we wandered into TCI for dinner and started with the heirloom tomato and burrata with crostini. It was so fresh and delicious that I briefly considered writing the tomatoes a thank-you note. Next came the Harvest Valley Salad, which somehow managed to make me genuinely excited about lettuce--an achievement that deserves recognition from the culinary Olympics. For our entrée we ordered the Wagyu Steak Frites with chimichurri. The steak was cooked so perfectly it should probably be framed instead of sliced. Every bite was fantastic. We finished with the ube panna cotta, which was elegant, silky, and the kind of dessert that makes you promise you'll "just have one bite" before accidentally eating half of it. Nathan took wonderful care of us all evening. He was warm, friendly, attentive, and struck that perfect balance between making us feel welcome and giving us time to enjoy the gorgeous patio. Watching the sunset with live music in the background and that spectacular view? It was one of those evenings that quietly reminds you why people go out to eat in the first place. Apparently we enjoyed ourselves so much that we came back the very just two days for lunch. (Scientific research requires repeat testing.) We started with the hummus, which arrived looking like it belonged in an art gallery. Fortunately, it tasted every bit as good as it looked. Then came the chile relleno, which was absolutely outstanding. If this dish ever goes missing, I'd recommend checking my refrigerator first. Faith was wonderfully friendly and outgoing, and our food expeditor, David, was so genuinely warm and personable that by the time he left the table, it felt like we'd known him for years. Restaurants can teach hospitality, but that kind of kindness is simply who some people are. My only tiny suggestion: please turn on the patio misters during these triple-digit California afternoons. The food was keeping us warm emotionally; the weather was handling the rest. And on the way out we let Christine know the carpets at the entrances needed a vacuum. Fantastic food, exceptional service, beautiful views, and an atmosphere that keeps drawing us back. Cork Fire Kitchen has once again reminded us why it's one of our favorite places to dine. Bravo to the entire team!

She was juggling multiple responsibilities--including printing labels for what looked like back-of-house operations--while still providing friendly, attentive service. She did a great job. The atmosphere is one of the best parts of Hendo's. Plenty of TVs, a great bar, and a comfortable, inviting space that's easy to relax in. Even the unsweet iced tea stood out--it actually had good flavor, which is surprisingly rare. The appetizers were very good, and the Fourth of July brisket special was an excellent value. There was plenty of food, and the brisket itself was delicious. My only suggestion would be to automatically serve it with barbecue sauce instead of making guests ask for it. Once the original server had to move on to other duties, service slowed down quite a bit. The young gentleman who took over wasn't very attentive, and it took longer than it should have to get the things i needed. Even with that, I still gave Hendo's four stars.
