I got to try this food truck through a work lunch event. Nice guys working the truck. I wanted the chicken fries but decided to go for the chicken box and the side of pot stickers. Large portion, tasty sauce for the chicken. Another good food truck experience. I enjoyed the food. The potstickers were tasty, crunchy, yummy, Ginger dipping sauce was overpowering though. The rice was cooked nicely, tasted good and when mixed with the flavorful chicken and the lightning sauce it created a wonderful concoction of flavors, texture, and that comfort food feeling. You can change the spice level to accommodate your preferences. Mild to Lightning. Next time I will try the lightning sauce and the chicken fries. read more

For the quality, they should have far more reviews than they have now. This local food truck is often found near breweries and other locations. You can track them down on Instagram. Short menu but the food is very good. The sticky chicken box can be ordered in either a large or small size (I'd say, get the large) and you get a very good portion of teriyaki chicken, a huge scoop of very nice white rice, and a pot sticker. The chicken is extremely tender and delicious. They don't use the word teriyaki here but that's the best way I can describe it. You can select the spice level of your meal. I asked for "spicy" and I'd say it was moderately spicy. I'll probably go one level up next time. I'd happily order from them again. Service was friendly and speedy. Excellent quality! read more

Very good tasty chicken with homemade family style flavor. I wish they gave more of their special sauce, for some reason I got extra spicy and it tasted rather normal (not spicy at all). They give a good value for the amount of food you are getting. Spring rolls and dumplings were delicious as well. Unfortunately was not able to try chicken wings because it was sold out, I recommend having more for customers. Service was fast around 10 minutes and very friendly and accommodating. Supported Apple Pay with made it convenient as well! I asked for more lighting sauce and was given very little and there seemed to be very little on the chicken. I cannot believe this place only has 1 review so far. We arrived at a brewery last night (5 of us) and Sticky Chicken was closing up, but the owner saw we were so disappointed he was closed that he hopped in the back and gathered the rest of what he has cooked for the night and threw 6 egg rolls in the fryer for us just out of the kindness of his heart. We were so impressed at the gesture, but even more blown away with how tasty the chicken was. Sticky, perfectly sauced and crispy at the same time.
