This will go down as the worst food experience I have ever had in my whole entire life. I tried ordering pizza for my whole family through Mountain Mikes Pizza mobile app, I have never tried it before and thought it would be a good option for my family. Unfortunately, when a DoorDash delivery driver picked up my food (for the first time) I got a message saying my wings were dropped on the floor. I had no way of getting any sort of refund or compensation for the wings being damaged considering I ordered through their own app so I asked the DoorDash driver to handle the situation. Next thing I know my order is cancelled. I call Mountain Mikes Pizza place to explain the situation and ask for the order to be remade and sent to me in the nicest way possible. I was told my food would be remade and at my house in 30 minutes. This phone call happened at 7:12, by 8pm I still had no food or any sort of explanation as to what was going on (I originally ordered the pizza at 6:06pm). My father called back sometime after 8pm for the second time of the night just to be told my food wasn't being brought to me because there's no "DoorDash drivers available".... This was the first time he was gaslit by the employee. After complaining for the second time on the phone my father repeatedly asked for a refund because at this point it's almost 9pm and everyone in my household has gone to sleep after waiting over two hours for food. The employee on the phone tries to gaslight my father again by saying that they couldn't refund my 110$ order because it was a DoorDash order and I needed to contact DoorDash for that. We told them at the very beginning of the phone call that the order was placed directly through THEIR OWN mobile app, my money didn't go to DoorDash, it went to them and DoorDash was the delivery service. My dad (very frustrated at this point) ends up asking for a refund three different times and hanging up. Next thing I know (before the phone call is even over) I'm getting delivery text messages about a DoorDasher about to pick the food up. (This would be the second food order replacement) Fast forward another 40 minutes, the food I no longer wanted shows up at my house. None of the sauces I paid for showed up, and all of the food was overcooked, hard and cold. I paid 110$ for food that wasn't even worth half of that. After all the stress and BS of the night my mother calls back for a third time demanding a refund because the food is disgusting and not at all worth the 110$ we paid or two hours of headache we went through. For the THIRD TIME, the same employee from the first two phone calls starts gaslighting my mom again saying we need to call DoorDash and have them handle the refund. I had to take the phone and re-explain the ENTIRE SITUATION starting at 6:06pm all the way until 8:45pm at this point. After another 10 minutes on the phone I'm finally told after over two hours that I'll get my refund in 7 to 10 business days. I got off the phone, frustrated and upset with no more appetite, and threw everything in the trash. Three different phone calls involving 4 people over a span of two hours. I have never ever had a worse experience with food service, I will never ever order from here again, and I threw all of the food away immediately after the phone call. I am baffled at the fact that they let the food sit around for 30+ minutes after it was made the second time and still sent it to my house being fully cold and hard. This entire situation made me physically sick to my stomach with how much me and my family had to deal with just to not even be able to eat in the end. Please dear god get pizza from anywhere else but here, and never ever use the delivery method if you choose to do so. This was both DoorDash and Mountain Mikes pizzas fault, I would never recommend this place to anybody. If I could leave a negative star review I absolutely would. read more

Saturday, July 12, 2025: We came here to support a fundraiser for a sweet little boy, Paxton afflicted with a little known & rare gene mutation, CLNC6. We were fortunate to meet this little sweetheart with his bright baby blue eyes and infectious smile and we had a chance to speak for a bit with his loving family. They are definitely pressing on with this challenge and they are so courageous and relentless in their journey to find a cure. This was our very first visit here. We found the pizzas that we ordered were pricey but we knew our purchases were going to a very worthy cause. Their staff were so nice and friendly. We ordered 2 small pizzas and drinks which totaled over $50. It was well worth it as our pizzas were fresh and delicious & came out quickly. The crust was perfection! We couldn't finish it all so we took the rest to go. So great the next day! This eatery is spacious comprised of a multitude of tables and booths, restrooms were clean as was the entire restaurant. Parking was plentiful & handicapped accessible. Always happy to support local businesses, who generously give back to the community. Thank you Mountain Mike's Pizza for opening your hearts and your business by holding this fundraiser for sweet Paxton and giving many a chance to try your tasty pizza. I came here to celebrate my daughter graduating 8th grade. I called a few days prior to ask what time the lunch buffet was and how much it was. I was told it was from 11am-2pm and was around $10. We got there early (there were 11 of us) and were waiting outside for it to open. It looked empty and I thought maybe it was closed down. We were let in and there was only 1 person working. I could tell the salad bar was filled with the left overs and was very slim, som containers were empty. I paid for 11 people and it came out to about $160. Which is more than $10 a person and I wasn't given a receipt so I don't know what I actually paid for. We were given the plates and cups and we started to get some salad with what was there and there were no forks. I had to ask for forks but it was hard because there was one employee and he had started the pizzas. He handed me a few forks and said that's all they had because people steal them. So my friend went to epic wings to get plastic ones for the rest of us. To be clear, the one worker was very friendly and I can tell he was trying to work fast. We had to wait a while for the first pizza to come out and with 11 people it went fast. We did stay there a while and eventually a second person came but it was slow moving with the food coming out. The pizza, churros and other sides that were made were excellent. I wish they were prepared more because there was no buffet at 11am. You should have the start time when there is actual food ready. I gave the guy working alone in the morning a cash tip cause I felt bad for the guy that there were so many of us. With a salad Buffett, have forks please. Overall, the food was good, the salad buffet was horrible, the opening guy service was good but I don't know if I was overcharged because there was no receipt and nothing was ready at 11am. I could have just bought 3 pizzas cause it didn't feel like a Buffett at all. It has potential to be much better. read more

We ordered on line on Super Bowl Sunday. Service was quick but one pizza was disappointing. We got: Pineapple chicken luau pizza: 5/5 grilled chicken with pineapple in bbq sauce Pepperoni heart shaped pizza: 5/5 can't go wrong with pepperoni but I wouldn't get the heart shape again. It's cute but less portions, thank goodness it wasn't the same price as the round. It was less. Vegetarian spicy Himalayan pizza: 1/5 I didn't want to judge a book by its cover because it did not look appealing. Took a bite and all I tasted were mushrooms. It had tons of mushrooms, slices of jalapeños and barely any onions. Very bland, not spicy. Had to ask my fiancé what the eff did he order. We looked at the receipt and went on line to look at the photos. Looks nothing alike. I didn't taste the tikka masala sauce and missing cilantro. It was the worst doughy vegetarian pizza I've ever had. Mushy bland mushrooms with no spice and sauce. Not worth $32.99. Giving this place an overall 2 out 5 stars because the meat lovers enjoyed the pepperoni and chicken pizza. read more

The pizza smelled amazing, so we knew we found the right place. When you walk in you place your order. We tried a large pizza with two different kinds on it, an everything pizza and the second half a Hawaiian pizza. The prices are pretty reasonable, and the wait was not too long at all. They also had lots of TVs with the sports channels on so it keeps you plenty entertained environment wise. When the pizza arrived it was dripping with cheese and every piece was delicious. Luckily, we took a screenshot of our confirmation order because we could not find our order in the app. In addition, the pizzas were on the pricier side and there were no deals on the app. I'm assuming if you call, you can get the deals posted at their store front. A year ago, I got consistently good pies. This year, well, not so much. WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED WAS? CRUST: Easy to bite and chew with little effort - seasoning in and on crust edges. A little olive oil and parmesan rubbed on the crust edge goes a long way. SAUCE: Liberally applied and exploding with fresh tomato, onion, garlic, oregano, and other usual suspects. CHEESE: Elevate the pie with moist, gooey goodness with a flavor profile of its own - literally not getting lost in the sauce - bringing additional freshness to the pie party!
