I explained how much we missed the original teriyaki sauce and how the portions had started feeling skimpy compared to the past. Bob was wonderful. He listened, cared, and simply said, "I got you. The bread had soaked up the blood from the tri-tip and was soggy gross. The kids quesadilla was literally 2 store bought tortillas and some sprinkled cheddar cheese that wasn't even melted in between. I didn't care for it, but I'm glad my son ate it.
