    1 topping pizza-bbq chicken
    Sierra R.

Okay I'm not mad because this was a free 1 topping pizza for Veterans Day. If I had paid for this pizza then I definitely would have asked them to remake it. I understand though they were busy and got so many people taking advantage of the free pizza that day. I feel like I don't really need to explain what's wrong... just look at the photo the pieces that did have cheese on it tasted good though! So at least it has that going for it.

Perfectly made pizzas! Our pizzas were well-cooked and everything on it tasted amazing! All of the toppings were really fresh and evenly distributed. The best part, in my opinion, is the actual shape of the pizza. They shape their dough nicely and leave a good crust whereas other 'make your own' pizza restaurants have awful circle shapes and no crusts. They also have a much wider range of toppings for almost each food group. Everyone there was really nice and the shop itself is quite spacious. There were plenty of tables and chairs to sit at. Highly recommend! :)

Great food & great service! I really like this location. The pizza is always good, as is their pesto cheesy garlic bread! I use their app as well to earn freebies and have never had a problem redeeming. The employees have always been pleasant. The store has always been clean and well stocked. Will continue to visit this location!

First time here. Stopped by to see what all the hype was about !! So worth it! Small, clean, cute vibe. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our pizzas were yummy

Half Margherita, half Pesto-garlic bread... so good!!!

Been wanting to try this place out for some time now. After Costco shopping last week, I finally did.... conveniently located off Clinton Keith right across from Vista HS. I ordered the 1/2 Margherita pizza and 1/2 Pesto-garlic bread. Both were absolutely delicious!! The bread was very chewy and delicious and the pizza was thin and had very fresh ingredients. Pizza sauce was delicious, tasted very homemade!! Only thing is that it's a bit pricey here. I still liked it though amd most likely will definitely come back again.

Further in, there's bar seating and a couple tables. Most of the tables are outside in their patio. The space has a very modern feel with a wine and draft beer list along with coffee bar options. On a Friday lunch rush (11:30am), there were quite a bit of people already sitting and eating. I ordered the hatch chile honey chicken sandwich ($16.32 after tax). Holy smokes, it was delicious! The baked pretzel bun was unlike any I've had before. Buttery and pillowy on the inside and a crisp exterior. The chicken was perfectly cooked and paired well with the chili honey, which was perfectly balanced without being too sweet or too spicy. The grilled onions added extra sweetness and richness that contrasted nicely with the fresh tomato, avocado, and lettuce. Together, it made the perfect sandwich! Definitely a spot worth checking out. The food tasted high quality, and I'll absolutely stop by again when I'm back in town.

Goat & Vine (Satellite Café) - Morning Bun Review…read more Goat & Vine continues to expand its footprint beyond its flagship The Goat and Vine location, and this newer café concept clearly aims to deliver a more elevated, bespoke pastry experience. From a presentation standpoint, it succeeds. The space is large, visually polished, and immediately inviting--everything you'd expect from a brand building on a strong local reputation. The morning bun itself is visually stunning. Well-shaped, evenly baked, and glossy with promise--it looks like a 5 before the first bite. But execution tells a different story. A proper morning bun should channel the DNA of a croissant: light, airy, delicately layered, with just enough exterior resistance to give way under minimal pressure. This one missed that mark. The outer ring was noticeably tough--requiring more force than expected, even with a knife. In truth, a well-executed morning bun should yield easily with the edge of a fork, not demand effort to cut through. Flavor delivery was equally uneven. The cinnamon--presumably a core element--was very mild, almost hesitant. A morning bun doesn't need to be a cinnamon roll, but it should introduce that warmth immediately, within the first bite. Here, it lagged. More notably, the orange essence appeared only at the very center, creating a disconnect in the experience. Flavor should be intentional and consistent. If orange is part of the profile, it should be present throughout--not hidden as a surprise note at the core. The same applies to any premium pastry: flavors should announce themselves clearly and early, drawing you into the experience, not making you search for them. To their credit, the internal structure showed glimpses of what could be--a buttery, layered crumb that hinted at proper technique. But the balance between texture and flavor never fully came together. This is a case where strong presentation and solid fundamentals elevate expectations, but the final execution doesn't quite deliver on them. Final Rating: 3.5 / 5 A beautiful pastry with promising structure, but held back by toughness and inconsistent flavor distribution. With refinement--particularly in texture and flavor clarity--this could easily become a standout offering.
