First off Tuesday is generally our pizza day so I've been thinking about Michael's for a couple of months because it's not too far and the pictures looked like real pizza, but they're closed Tuesday. We went all in with a jalapeño pepperoni black olive pizza because we were trapped with repairmen at our house solving our AC predicament, so we called at 4pm and the best pizza in the county showed up right on time delivered hot. The crust is why we will come back and why we're changing pizza night to Wednesday. Friendly delivery couple but we're close by so will probably pick up in the future. We usually love this place. But 0 stars if i could. I went back for another pizza. When i walked in i was on the phone when i went up to the counter. I was ignored so i just sat down thinking the man was busy. He would not let his child that works there ring my order up. Another customer walked in and he gave them their pizza immediately. When he finally decided to tend to me he was bery rude. I did comment i had been here way before the other customer and he made a rude comment saying thats what i get for being rude and being on the phone. I proceeded to just shut my mouth and gave him my card. My card declined and he literally threw the card at me. I was in shock and said why would you do that. While i was pulling out another card to pay. I ended up not buying the pizza. And i will never go back again. What a disappointment and disgusting behavior from those people. My wife warned me not to buy Michael's Pizza, as did my sister-in-law. They both said its gone down hill. But instead of trusting them, I ordered a large cheese. It was terrible. It had a big crush running around the edges and almost no cheese in the middle. Gone was the delicious thick cheese that I loved. Instead an alternative tasteless cheese had taken its place. My sister-in-law has 7 in her household and Michael's has lost her business. Now he's lost mine and when I see my son's...he'll lose theirs too, Its a shame....the once greatest pizza in the valley has become comparable to frozen store pizza. Always missing an item or two. Pizza is often overcooked. And their family size salad is a joke. Now I can see why this place has so many good ratings. First time ordering and picking up pizza on 10-31-20. We had to wait an hour for it to be ready for pickup. Let me tell you that the hour wait was worth it! When we brought the pizza home our eyes were amazed on how delicious it looked and how thick the crust looked in person.
