I gave them several chances, hoping it was just an off day, but the experience never improved. The prices are high for the portion size. I tried the hot chocolate once, and it was so weak it tasted like flavored water. On top of that, one of the managers had an attitude problem with me. My intention is not to criticize for the sake of it but to highlight areas that need attention. I recommend implementing mystery shopping at both locations for at least a year, along with stronger management oversight, so the issues I mentioned can be properly addressed. One positive note: the staff at the Menifee location have consistently been very friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the manager I interacted with at the Wildomar location.

Unfortunately, one star off for the service. We have come to expect the high caliber of service offered from Robin & Francesca from past visits.
