Tried this place because it was referred by my aunt. We ordered a few things to try since it our first time. Everything we got was very delicious! It's a cute little place, staff is very friendly and attentive. We ordered a large pizza which was very tastey, the crust was soooo good and crunchy!! It's thin pizza too. We ordered wings and fries and asked for the wings extra crispy, double fried buffalo. They were again so good and the fries were the thin crunchy ones too! It comes with 6 so next time we will get two orders since we really enjoyed them! We ordered cheese bread and it was so cheesey and tasted like garlic, kids enjoyed this for sure because of the cheese pull lol. We also ordered the caprese salad and of course very good! I asked for a side of glaze because I like extra all the time. We seen they had a brownie with ice cream which omg was AMAZING! It was moist, crunchy edges. Perfect! I'm not a big brownie person but this is definitely a must. The homemade cookies are made by the owners daughter which were also amazing, soft and the sea salt on top just made it that much better!! Overall we will definitely be back! It was such a cute place and everything was delicious and the staff again were just so friendly and welcoming. I come here since it's pretty close to Pechanga casino and my family plays alot. I don't gamble but I like to try new restaurants in the area which is how I found out about this place. This place is owned by a new family and not the same people who own Cali Kabob in the same plaza. I tried their full size tuna sandwich ($14.99) which came with a side of fries along with the personal size of The Valley which is chopped pear, goat cheese, argula, onions, and proscuitto. It's not on the menu anymore but you can still ask for it. The tuna sandwich was large enough for me to share with my mom. My family likes the pepperoni the most but they've tried the buffalo chicken which is buffalo chicken, ranch dressing, onions, and cheese along with the chicken bacon ranch pizza. I do like their crust since it's not so dry and it has a garlicy buttery taste to it. The staff is nice and the place is clean. read more

Called in and order and it was ready in 20 minutes. I think it's pretty legit New York style pizza. I give them points on the name and logo outside. My order was only a half cheese half pepperoni and sausage pizza. Came out nicely with a slightly charred undercarriage. Still soft and chewy, but enough crisp for texture. The first thing with this spot is the service I received friendly dude working with his family treating me as I'm also family. The location looked great patio was filled when I arrived and the inside seating both looked and felt comfortable. The pizza I ordered was the blazin Buffalo chicken! The chicken was fresh and the dough was absolutely perfect. No flop and just enough bite to it absolutely will come again when I'm on my way home from work! If they weren't so new, I would've rated it two stars. I've no idea what it looks like inside--we got it delivered. We ordered the Sicilian Stack sandwich, which is a ham, salami, and provolone grinder. In reality it was basically a cheese sandwich with a less than anemic amount of meat. Legit had to see if they forgot it. I checked twice. We also ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. The good part was the crispiness of the bottom. Each piece stood on its own, with no floppiness in the slice. But the large was much smaller than expected, and the pizza itself was fine. Ish. The sandwich was better than the pizza, which was crispy like a cracker, but not in a fun Neapolitan kind of way because the crust was overly hard. There are better pizzas in Temecula, but this one is new and has room for improvement. Sure, they'd have to change their dough recipe and quadruple the amount of meat on their sandwiches, but it's fixable. Your kids may like it because pizza is pizza to kids. You may even tolerate it because they like it. But on its own? Pick a chain---any chain, and they'll do a better job. The bread on the sandwich was good, though. I just really wish the inside would've tasted like something other than cheese. Update: it's very tasty when it's room temperature and been left to sit for a few hours. The bottom still holds up but is more chewy than brittle, and all the flavors come together in a much better way. The crust is still pretty challenging, but the pizza actually tastes good, rather than fine-ish. read more

You can definitely tell Cali Kabob is Just trying to make pizza because the space, and probably the equipment, was already there so they order a couple more items on there weekly ingredients order and hired a couple more people. Well, I appreciate the words, having its own identity would mean it didn't have the same color scheme, furniture, and share half the name. That complex seems to make or break businesses, and in order to succeed there you gotta be different than the others and the best. There's nothing creative about the menu! It's pretty small, which usually means if it's that small the items are perfected. Far from it, mediocre at best compared with the surrounding pizza places. Their Hawaiian pizza is one of the best I've had--perfectly crispy crust, just the right balance of sweet pineapple and savory ham, and always loaded with cheese.
