This creamy sauce features a Southwestern or chipotle-style kick that complements the sweet, crisp beer batter. My friends also enjoyed this appetizer: "Buffalo Chicken Dip" made with shredded chicken, original buffalo cheese sauce, cheddar-jack cheese, bacon crumbles, ranch dressing, pickled hot peppers, and green onions. I celebrated a milestone birthday yesterday; and decided to stop in at BWW and cash in on my free wings. I'm so glad I did! They were scrumptious. I had never eaten at BWW, so was a little hesitant. So instead of fixing the problem, he blamed customers and acted annoyed we expected basic competence. Zero accountability, zero customer service, zero effort to help. Here's a thought: if your kitchen is "backed up," that's a management problem. Don't punish your guests for your lack of organization. They refused to seat us, repeatedly lied about the wait, and treated us like we were the problem. It's always something at this location, but this was the final straw. Got my beer quick, and he checked on me at good intervals until I ordered my favorite keto meal. Dry rub flats! Food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and they were delicious! There were a couple of interesting/shady patrons, but the establishment isn't responsible for who comes to eat. For the people who got bad food in other reviews, that sucks :( but I completely ignore the 1 star reviews from people with social skill complaints who only have 1 review on the app and that's what they created the account for, to vent. I honestly wish I could give this place minus zero stars. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner and it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The wings were so overcooked they were literally cutting up the inside of my mouth, and the sauce tasted extremely vinegary--just awful. The triple bacon cheeseburger was completely burnt. We showed it to our waiter, and he just said "okay" and walked away... no apology, no effort to fix it. We were starving, so my boyfriend ended up eating the burger anyway, and I only had a couple tots because the wings were inedible. After waiting about 20-25 minutes, another waiter finally came by, noticed I hadn't touched my food, and I explained everything. He said he would have the wings taken off the bill. Then another 20 minutes later, a different waiter brought the bill and told us they couldn't take it off--but offered a couple of buy-one-get-one coupons instead. That's not an acceptable solution when the food was terrible and we were already told it would be removed. When I told him I didn't want coupons and just wanted the item taken off like promised, he refused. So I said to just give the coupons to the other couple we were with since this would be my first and last time coming here. We came with a Party of 18 and more than once our Chicken Wings were brought to the Table undercooked, and to the point that we were actually concerned about getting food Poisoning. The only thing that saved the experience was our Server Steph and the Bartender were great. The food was mediocre at best. The dining room (the bar top is where I sat) was sticky and not clean. The restroom was an absolute nightmare. It smelled like sewage, it looked like the floor hadn't been mopped in a few days, and the commode made me ill. We were there on Thursday during HH. There was only 1 server at the bar area, she did great that's why you get a otherwise it would be 0. There's no busser, 2 tables were dirty since we got there and no one cleaned them. Customers sat down at the dirty table and just pushed the dirty dishes to the side. Floor was dirty and sticky, the bathrooms needed service, no manager around to help the only bar server. We noticed 2-3 employees coming before 5:30pm, they all clicked in, but instead of getting to work they sat down to be on their phones or chat with each other. No hostess to greet customers. Overall, a very poor way to run a business. I used to be a Manager at a restaurant and believe me, if I saw my servers busy. I jumped in to help them, even if that means cleaning the bathroom myself.
