We come here when we want a healthier version of a beef or chicken bowl. They grill their meats and u can request white meat chicken if you want. They've recently added grilled kalbi ribs which is another good protein option also. Open till about 830 pm so a good late dinner option. read more

We recently came in for a really late dinner. We got the steak bowls with white rice. The cashier were friendly and the food came out pretty quickly after ordering. The restaurant is well lit and kept clean. The food portion was rather off though. There was too much rice in the bowls and not enough protein! We just got here... 8:10 pm on Thursday 5/28... sign says they are open until 9:30pm... No one is here and the lights are shut off. First time there, my wife and I ordered the teriyaki beef with brown rice and vegetables. The beef was ok but ALL the vegetables were uncooked and appeared to just be wormed up. I ordered one of the chicken bowls and the chicken was dry from being overcooked. Which was disappointing. I was really looking forward to eating here for the first time. Flame broiler is the well known rice and veggies and meat/tofu bowl place. They usually aren't too busy and have a bunch of people for pick ups more then sit down. They are located right off huan and Newport. The first thing you will notice on the way in is the prices that have jumped a few bucks (they even tape and cross out the changes). But it has for everywhere unfortunately. They have pretty quick service, which makes sense since it's simple to put together. They also give you some customization which is good, and they have a variety of sauces to choose from which is always great. Hot, teriyaki, and more. I always enjoy a place that offers such variety. The bowls were pretty good but the chicken was a bit burnt on a few pieces, and I threw those out. Besides that it's a quick rice bowl that hits the spot! read more

Ah man, im a Flame Broiler lover but this location isn't held to the same standards. The bowl my wife got had 80% veggies with WATER (and NO it's not any juices from the meats) , 10% undercooked rice, 10% meat. The service was great can't complain about the women who helped us out but the food was HORRIBLE. Double check your orders, make sure to drain your veggies becuase they won't. I've never been inside but I order all the time on Uber eats and it's always amazing. The taste of freshly off the grill chicken and beef.. never dried , juices are perfect. Rich is the best texture, not even wet or slimy. I thibk the price for a bowl is the correct price for this. My reason is majority food meals are that price , and if you buy meal preps , each prep is 10-12$ so I'm not complaining. Love and should try! Its a teriyaki style concept with beef chicken and veggie options, white or brown rice is offered, but the hot sauce they have tastes like Franks which would be awesome for burgers or even pizza but odd on my teriyaki I had the chicken with veggies and brown rice with green onions on top for just about 8 dollars. Miss working out in Menifee because I used to always get flame broiler! This place is very clean and welcoming! The service is super quick and friendly! I love how everything taste so yummy and fresh! I usually get the half and half bowl with white rice and the chicken and meat are delicious! The veggies are good too! Huge bummer. Ordered through the Flame Broiler app, food ended up getting delivered somewhere else through their third party vendor (Uber eats). They told me to take it up with Uber Eats and didn't do anything to help me solve the issue. They gave me a "Uber eats" number that was for merchants program admin. Doesn't even feel like they tried to call it even before giving it to me. Other than Melissa's rude attitude and Farid's poor business ethic, didn't get anything of value. Saw there was an FTDI meal here while doing the 6 week 20lb challenge at Transformation Camp Menifee and boy was I disappointed after getting one. The chicken must have been frozen first then microwaved to order as it was drier than dirt. No sauce makes any meal challenging but I can make a better bowl at home with no sauce. Have never tried anything else here nor will I now that I saw what's hiding under the sauce. FTDI is a clean meal while doing the challenge. This bowl has brown rice, broccoli and chicken. I've loved eating at Flame Broiler for years. That ended tonight. 3 tiny a$$ sauces for a regular chicken bowl. I'm irritated, but fine, I ask how much it is to buy more. You can't go wrong with Flame Broiler. Their food is on spot. And it seems consistently good. It is clean, fresh, and doesn't make you feel gross out after you eat it. I like to think that Flame Broiler offer the healthier choice for its patrons. I ordered the works regular bowl which has half chicken and half beef. It came with veggies that were cooked to the right crunch. The white rice was great, just cooked in the way how Asians eat their rice. I went into the Flame broiler next to 5 guys burgers today. Placed my order, sat down and played with my phone until my order was ready. Ate my meal. Spent about 30-40 minutes in the restaurant. The music. I didn't notice anything unusual at first. While eating, it became obvious that the station was only Spanish language music. No doubt for the entirely Hispanic staff today.
