I went into the Flame broiler next to 5 guys burgers today. Placed my order, sat down and played with my phone until my order was ready. Ate my meal. Spent about 30-40 minutes in the restaurant. The music. I didn't notice anything unusual at first. While eating, it became obvious that the station was only Spanish language music. No doubt for the entirely Hispanic staff today. While I was there, 5 white customers, 1 Hispanics and 2 Asians. I do believe that the ambiance / music, should be for the costumers as opposed to entirely, for the staff. read more

Seriously, absolutely love this place. Their service is great, and they are always 100% on-it when it comes to food quality. Seriously, have *maybe* had 1 experience where the food wasn't top-notch. Also, their selection is dead-simple, which is great. Choose your size, your base, and your protein, and you're good to go. Love it. The only thing that I wish they'd do is bring back their classic menu names (even though I can still order a Mini Works Bowl). And that Magic Sauce. Seriously, 100% aptly-named. This location use to be my only go to place! Always fresh, friendly and flavorful. My last couple of visits my veggies haven't been so fresh. The broccoli,carrots and green onions are very gritty in fact the dirt on the carrots have been visible. Usually when the guy who owns this location is there the food is always fresh and clean but I don't think he's been coming in. I hope he sees this review so he can get his staff together and make this my favorite location again. read more

I don't really need to say much....the menu is cut and dry, chicken, all white meat chicken or Angus steak. You can get a bowl, mini bowl or plate with all rice, half rice and half veggies or all veggies. The prices are excellent, the food quality is really good and the sauces are awesome. I love how you can put as much or as little as you like on your bowl or take as much Togo too. (The green hot sauce is my absolute favorite:) The customer service is great, always super friendly and they even have Vitamin Water in two different flavors (one of them is the zero water) on the soda fountain. Was my first time here today. I got a reg chicken bowl with veggies. Paid an extra $3 for white chicken meat. I was disappointed. The chicken had some black burned pieces all over. Not just a few all of it. Every bite tasted like burnt chicken. The kind that when you grill chicken and you burn it and still take a bite! It ruined the bowl. The veggie were good . What sets this place from the rest is the sauces. Hi my names Ashley and I'm a sauceaholic. I live for unique flavored sauces, especially those with a bite. They offer several mouth watering sauces. First is the Magic sauce, a special brown sweet teriyaki, next is the Hot sauce. The Hot sauce is a bright orange make you sweat tangy spicy, and lastly the green Hot Hot sauce. Just came to Flame Broiler on 8/7/2019 at about 1:45 pm. As I walk in, two young women are working the front. One was cleaning the restroom, as the other one was wiping tables down. The one wiping down tables did not acknowledge me one bit. NO, Welcome NO, I'll be right with you There was two women trying too decide on a drink, which took a good 5minutes. In the mean time you would think the girl wiping tables down would come over to ask what I would like to order. Nope. That didn't happen at all!! She later helped the two women check out their drinks after she went to the back a few times to see if there was different flavors. So I now move up to the register and she is still 100% ignoring me! Had her back to the cooks, was getting the plastic bag situated and not one peep came out of her mouth. So the girl who comes out from cleaning the bathroom finally realizes I'm not being helped after making eye contact with her and apologizes before taking my order and me not have said anything yet. The girl who helped me out was sweet enough to offer me a drink while I waited and I politely told her no. She apologized a couple more times after that. I didn't bother asking for the other girls name because she knows who she is and the other girl knows who she is. I hope management speaks and clarifies with the girl on what happened because it was complete shit service from that girls end and she shouldn't be working there if she chooses what customer she wants to welcome. A man walked in after the nice girl took my order and the rude chick greeted him happy as can be. Snooty ass girl and she shouldn't be working there unless the manager doesn't care for what service is provided. Let's see if this even gets approached. Hopefully management goes back to who was working on this that at that time. What I like about Flame Broiler is their conscientious of healthy food options. I'm vegan and I have options here! They offer a variety of meat, rice either white or brown and veggies. You can get a meal size or a bowl. They have a pretty good selection of options. The place is clean, they supply your table with sauces like teriyaki and siracha and red pepper. My husband ordered the chicken bowl with steamed rice, veggies and green onions. I had the veggie bowl, steamed rice and green onions. He had a fountain drink, I went for the Bai 5 antioxidant drink in the bottle. Both our bowls were filling. He said his chicken was tasty and cooked well. The veggies were fresh and he loves the siracha sauce. My veggie bowl is very satisfying as a vegan I'm picky about my veggies and I like the texture and flavor in their bowls. I'm not a big fan of siracha so I used the teriyaki and was satisfied with my meal. The prices are reasonable, food is fresh and health conscious. I love Flame Broiler! I'd choose it over Yoshinoya any day! The service is great and the place is really clean! I used to go here at least once (sometimes twice) a week during Fall quarter! I usually get the chicken bowl and I mix in two small containers of the magic sauce (it's basically just sweetened soy sauce) and the extra hot (green) sauce! If you're bound between getting chicken or beef, then you could get the half and half! You get the best of both worlds! You get half chicken and half beef! Super happy with this place! And apparently so is everyone else in Menifee! They close in 35 minutes and the place is slammed :) Very tasty food, loved the chicken loved the veggies loved their special salad dressing. My only issue is that they really pack the rice in the bowls, leaving little room for veggies. Good portion size, clean and friendly atmosphere. And one other concern; they say no *added* MSG.
