I'd say this was a bad overall experience overall. I've noticed the quality of the chicken at KFC has gone down over time, but I decided to stay optimistic and give it another try. The chicken wraps and nuggets seem like the safest options right now--they were actually pretty good. The mac and cheese was solid as well and probably the most consistent item on the menu. That said, the biggest issue was with the order accuracy. This location forgot quite a few items from my order, which was frustrating. This KFC used to be a combo setup with Long John Silver's, now a TB. We have given them several tries since moving here, but it's a dud. Service is friendly. But it really frosts you, when when you drive home and realized they forgot things. You pay extra for a Combo Meal and then find, they forgot the sides. Huh? So unless you want to disassemble individually wrapped paper bags, inside a huge plastic bag to check on what they packed or didn't, what can you do? Their chicken was mediocre, hard and not moist. We took advantage of the Tuesday deal that KFC has and also ordered it via the app, so we took advantage of another deal of getting the 10 PCs nuggets for free. I was pleasantly surprised that the 8 PCs drums were mixed with their original and crispy drums. And the nuggets, came with a lot of sauce! See pics! I was nervous that the nuggets would probably be soggy by the time we got home to enjoy them, but, they held their crispiness and the Georgia Gold is pretty good! I would get it again. On the app it didn't say that it was honey mustard bbq lol but it would have helped to add some description of what the sauce is on the app as you order. So because I placed the order via the app, had my trusty husband to come and pick it up, and we enjoyed it at home. Like another Yelper mentioned, the location is shared with a Taco Bell. AND we did check and inspect that we received all of our chickens before driving off. Just to make sure. The drums were okay, I prefer the crispy over the OG but the meat inside was moist. The nuggets were surprisingly saucy and crispy. Seeing that it is the nearest and only KFC around in the area, we will be back to order more chicken goodness to go. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of this place. While it's touch and go at this location, I've reached my last straw and quite possibly, KFC as a whole. A pot pie was supposed to be in the order and I paid for a pot pie. I picked up the sealed bag, got home and discovered that there was no pot pie but instead, a bowl of mashed potatoes and busted up chicken with corn in top (which is worth $1 less than the pot pie). I called the location to let them know their mistake so they don't mess up in the future but to no surprise, no one picked up the phone. I tried 2 more times with no success. So there you have it.
