Normally I love Raising Canes but this location specifically is terrible! My chicken came out practically raw. When I brought it to crew member Ashley's attention she rolled her eyes and had a very bad attitude. The whole time I was eating I had to listen to workers talking negatively about other workers which totally ruined my experience. What a toxic environment (both food wise with the raw food and culturally with the employees). Lastly, when I went to use the restroom there were earwig bugs all over the place. Update: went for a third time to this location and this most recent trip was the most disappointing of all. We ordered via the app and the food was ready to go when we arrived which was really nice. However, they forgot my husbands toast in the 3 finger combo. ALL the fries in both of our meals were weirdly chewy, as if they had been sitting a while, and cold not even luke warm like last time. The chicken was cold as well which caused us to reheat everything in our air fryer when we got home to have a hot meal to avoid eating any uncooked meat. I have also I clouded photos of the chicken. I got the Caniac combo which comes with 6 pieces so that I could get two meals out of it and the pieces in the photos are the biggest and smallest pieces in the meal. Based on what we have gotten from other Canes these pieces are drastically small especially the thin piece I took a picture of. We gave this location three tries and all have been disappointing. I went to Canes and ordered the Box Combo. The combo comes with (4) chicken fingers, Cole slaw and a piece of toast. I asked for ketchup and hot sauce when I ordered my meal. When I got to the window I told the young lady to make sure my ketchup and hot sauce were placed in my bag. She insured me that both ketchup and hot sauce were in the bag. I got home ready to eat my food and guess what, no hot sauce or ketchup. This is like the 3rd time I haven't got ketchup and hot sauce. Maybe there is a shortage of ketchup and hot sauce. The drive thru has 2 ordering booths which makes the line quicker. The menu was simple and easy to choose food . Service was friendly and unique to Canes with their novel greetings. My husband and I recently went through the canes drive thru, we ordered extra sauce but didn't receive the 2 extra we asked for, so I parked in the parking lot and approached staff outside working drive thru and they were helpful with the exception of the employee working inside who had to get the sauce, she told me it wasn't okay for customers to walk up to the drive thru, her tone and demeanor took me back. It's not like I was walking around in front of cars??? I was nothing but patient and kind considering I didn't get my sauce when she was supposed to make sure I received it in my order to begin with!! In a three pice meal I was provided with one nice sized piece and two smaller pieces which together didn't make up the size of the one nice sized piece. So basically I received two pieces at the drive up window. I suggest you always check your order before you leave. To my taste the chicken is OK.
