Yuck. Food is not fresh. Always overly salted. Can't tell what service is like. Exchanges are transactional and too quick. Might be better less salted and fresh. Terrible lukewarm. 3/27 313 pacific time. Thank you for providing feedback means. Do you have any idea of ideal times to call ? 3/27 422 pm pacific time. Spoke to a customer service representative. Courteous. Listened closely to my concerns. Going to send me a few courtesy coupons. ***It's our onus to ask for fresh portions.***. My daughters and I went for lunch on a weekday. We were greeted quickly and our order was taken. The food came hot and not too long of a wait. My chicken sandwich was good and my daughters enjoyed their kids meal. An employee was cleaning tables and refilling the drink station. Overall it was a good experience read more

Service is so bad. Four cars that were behind got to order first at the second window. They never came to my window I had to place an order online while I was in line. And then they forgot my extra sauce that I paid for, my fries were also super hard. Wouldn't ever come back they always forget an item read more

Canes chicken fingers always taste fresh and the personal always friendly and nice , customer service is key , having owned a few food businesses myself food fresh food & great customer service service go hand & hand , but I have to say for the 1st tomé I noticed serving was very skimpy this time fingers were very small and I I had 11 fries in my take out order wasn't appealing when I opened it but what I really noticed had a bad taste was my Dr Pepper , it taste like your syrup lines are moldy or your fountain caps are not clean & sanitized every night because if they were it would not taste like this , this can result in serious illness, please take the effort to resolve this issue . read more

Advice: you will go in extremely hungry and probably want to order everything off the menu. DON'T. This food will fill you up very fast. So stick to something simple. Obviously not the best chicken I've had but definitely the best fast food chicken place. The bread phenomenal but I can tell after eating one slice I gained 10lbs in that moment. The crinkle fries were not bad but not good enough that I would go back. The chicken was probably the best fast food chicken I've eaten! Overall, good quality fast food. But do I feel slimmer after eating here, no. read more

Got here ordered a box combo regular they didn't give me any Cole slaw and every French fry in the tray was about one inch long or less to where I could barely pick them up with my fingers then I asked for hot sauce she said it was already in the bag and I said okay then and get home and there's not even hot sauce. Waste of 15 dollars . read more

EVERYTHING! I got my order immediately and the tenders were soooooo crispy. I also got the perfect amount of butter on my bread. And my order came very fast! The employees are all so nice! read more

The employee that took my order fantastic. It's about it. Not sure what went wrong. The cashier was extremely robotic. Which I usually don't mind your job I get it but I got my food. I couldn't believe I paid $20 for. They feel comfortable, taking large amount of money from people in return for this? usually there's enough, it's soggy whiteish chicken, but this time it looks cooked but there's not much of it lol this is crazy. The nice lady that took my order is why y'all got the one star. She's so nice. Oh that and being able to give correct change -_- read more

Normally I love Raising Canes but this location specifically is terrible! My chicken came out practically raw. When I brought it to crew member Ashley's attention she rolled her eyes and had a very bad attitude. The whole time I was eating I had to listen to workers talking negatively about other workers which totally ruined my experience. What a toxic environment (both food wise with the raw food and culturally with the employees). Lastly, when I went to use the restroom there were earwig bugs all over the place. I've given this location a few chances but each time I am severely disappointed. read more

I'd give it 5 stars if they remembered the sauce for my sandwich when I order it on the side...BUT they are open til 2 a.m. nightly, almost 4 a.m. on the weekends, made fresh to order, polite, quick and tasty. Love that Canes' sauce is prepped in house (ranch, ketchup, lemon juice,+ Tony Cachere' Cajun seasoning), they have Louisiana brand hot sauce, and that the vein is removed from the tenders/they are buttermilk marinated=no gristle. No extra Canes sauce tonight but had some extra Applewood bacon slices to add to my sammich!! read more

Food was good . Portions have gotten smaller , at least the chicken has . Service was quick though and food came out fresh and hot .

Update: went for a third time to this location and this most recent trip was the most disappointing of all. We ordered via the app and the food was ready to go when we arrived which was really nice. However, they forgot my husbands toast in the 3 finger combo. ALL the fries in both of our meals were weirdly chewy, as if they had been sitting a while, and cold not even luke warm like last time. The chicken was cold as well which caused us to reheat everything in our air fryer when we got home to have a hot meal to avoid eating any uncooked meat. I have also I clouded photos of the chicken. I got the Caniac combo which comes with 6 pieces so that I could get two meals out of it and the pieces in the photos are the biggest and smallest pieces in the meal. Based on what we have gotten from other Canes these pieces are drastically small especially the thin piece I took a picture of. We gave this location three tries and all have been disappointing. We will be sticking to the ones in Menifee and Murrieta. read more

It's a very new store, but meal & service was up to their standards! lol & feel like all locations

What a disappointment chicken fingers that were not freshly cooked they were soggy and the smallest chicken fingers I have ever seen compounded by the coleslaw floating in mayonnaise followed by the worst French fries I've ever had cold under fried and soggy they only have one dipping sauce and ketchup and the worst piece of Bread that was stale old tasteless and disgusting like all of my food went into the GARBAGE what a waste of a business with only one dipping sauce that was horribly tasteless this place is all show and a ripoff you be better off going Nextdoor to Wendy's read more

I went to Canes and ordered the Box Combo. The combo comes with (4) chicken fingers, Cole slaw and a piece of toast. I asked for ketchup and hot sauce when I ordered my meal. When I got to the window I told the young lady to make sure my ketchup and hot sauce were placed in my bag. She insured me that both ketchup and hot sauce were in the bag. I got home ready to eat my food and guess what, no hot sauce or ketchup. This is like the 3rd time I haven't got ketchup and hot sauce. Maybe there is a shortage of ketchup and hot sauce. Or maybe they don't care about taking care of customers. It's not that hard to give the customer what they request. The food was pretty good as usual but they are only getting (2) stars for poor service. read more

I tried Hemet Raising Cane's the 2nd day of their opening. I ordered Chicken tender 6 piece combo and chicken tender sandwich to go for $28. The drive thru has 2 ordering booths which makes the line quicker. The menu was simple and easy to choose food . Service was friendly and unique to Canes with their novel greetings. Having had Canes before I will report this new spot is superb. Chicken tenders were tender, Canes sauce tangy , and food quality 5 stars! Overall I highly recommend Canes if you like Chicken! read more

First time at a raising cane's. The nice person behind the counter was great in explaining the menu and always had a smile on her face. Surprised by the quality of the chicken sandwich. Had to snarf it down quick, but enjoyed every bite. read more

Very rude staff. My husband and I recently went through the canes drive thru, we ordered extra sauce but didn't receive the 2 extra we asked for, so I parked in the parking lot and approached staff outside working drive thru and they were helpful with the exception of the employee working inside who had to get the sauce, she told me it wasn't okay for customers to walk up to the drive thru, her tone and demeanor took me back. It's not like I was walking around in front of cars??? I was nothing but patient and kind considering I didn't get my sauce when she was supposed to make sure I received it in my order to begin with!! She was wearing a blue shirt and canes cap with braces, this type of behavior should be left outside of the workplace. There was no reason to be rude to a customer. 2-23-2024 @ 6:30pm read more

If I could give it a 0 I would. I was waiting for my order to be taken for a good minute and the girl was also rude. And the guy who gave me my food forgot to get my drinks and opened the window after a while and stared at me like I was in the wrong while I was waiting for my drinks. read more

We have been here many times and it is always a pleasant experience. Yessica the cashier has great customer service! Very kind and relatable. Also a big plus that she is bilingual. Terrible-tasting chicken. Even the sauce was terrible. I won't go back. There is no ambiance, it looks more like a cafeteria.

Just picked up lunch the fountain drinks taste horrible. I went back inside the store and let them know l. She got me a new drink and it was the same. I told her to taste the soda and she starts no it's fine. The fountain drink dispenser in the lobby was not working and you could tell that it has not been cleaned for a long time. Told the cashier to just keep the drink and walked out. read more

In a three pice meal I was provided with one nice sized piece and two smaller pieces which together didn't make up the size of the one nice sized piece. So basically I received two pieces at the drive up window. I suggest you always check your order before you leave. To my taste the chicken is OK. Just as an FYI brine your turkey for thanksgiving and that will kick it up a notch. It does for turkey what Canes does with their chicken. Whole baked chicken that has been brined is also terrific with dark meat, legs and thighs. read more
