We stopped by to get a quick fix to my Chinese food cravings and were so happy with our meals. The interior is clean and has plenty of seating if needed, but I love taking their food to go and it's so fast that you're in and out of there. My husband especially enjoys the rice noodles because he's a fan of thinner noodles for the texture and chew. I love the classic chow mein that they serve. Our favorite meat is the jalapeño chicken, which is pretty much like orange chicken with a kick to it. I also enjoy the mushroom chicken, beef broccoli, and teriyaki chicken. Very unsanitary. This used to be my go to place as I loved the shrimp lo mein but went in one night and the girl behind the counter got a nose bleed and started touching her nose, went to the sin a rinsed her hands and nose with no soap mind you and then went touch the plates like I was going to have her still serve me food. Her nose began bleeding quickly again and she grabbed a rag to wipe the blood dripping everywhere and then went to the bathroom in the back. Another employee came up and started wiping the counter with the same rag! I told him don't touch that! She just used that for her nose bleed! Long story short this one experience made me question any and every experience. There is room for improvement with them like I said I used to enjoy them, but they need to drastically change who is working behind the counter and make sure they are educated on food handling and sanitation. read more

I am honestly really shocked! This food was delicious! We tried the well known take out Chinese across the street and it was not good at all so we tried this little place and dang! I got the rice noodles, salt and pepper chicken and peanut butter chicken! The noods were delicious so was the salt and pepper chicken but what blew me away was the peanut butter chicken! I never heard of it before and it was amazing! The food was fresh and hot. The place was very clean and pleasant and the lady at the counter was super nice. We will definitely return! read more

Their food is delicious. My wife has picked up from here a couple of times in the last couple of weeks and we think it's pretty good. But uh..We ask for a tray, I got " We clean our tables" we were dining in and their other customers had trays... Our food was given without utensils and sauce and the drink we paid for.... Prices are crazy cheap in my opinion. 10.99 and you get rice and noodles and 3 meats! What a deal! I went right before they closed so a lot of their stuff was running out and not as fresh but non the less still really good. I really liked the guy working there and he was very nice. Food here is mediocre at best. I asked for a two item combo (1Combo C) and was met with rude customer service by the owners wife. She will keep yelling acting like she doesn't understand you and then at the end charge you for everything separately. The service and food is not what it once was in the past. I'm a little confused because the sign on the outside says, "Yang's China Express" not "Good." The ladies behind the counter were friendly despite the lack of English speaking skills. I ordered the one item menu with half & half of the fried rice, rice noodles & mushroom chicken. Mind you they only offer take out and no outdoor dining area. So, I had to eat in my car. The mushroom chicken was tasty but scant few chicken pieces, mostly zucchini & mushrooms; the fried rice & noodles were so bland, I wish I had poured soy sauce on it before I left. I won't be returning at all. There are better places to visit for food & better value for your money. I do try to support the local businesses but their food was just not "good." read more

Beef fried rice w/ extra peas and carrots. You'll that me later. Rice- a lot of beef-you won't be disappointed nor will you be searching for the meat. Extra peas/carrots just add texture and really just brings it out. Breathe of the dragon? Each and every time! Mongolian beef- loaded w/ meat, onions and green onions. I mean loaded. As in LOADED. The Service is absolutely Wonderful. As a regular customer, the employees always give me a great experience every time. So warm, congenial, n friendly, they always make u feel at home . This is probably the best Chinese Food place that I've been to locally. I stop here once a week and the food is always consistent and the service is always quick and easy. They have awesome Boba drinks as well. I usually get a Mocha Boba, Chow Mein, BBQ Pork, and Teriyaki Chicken. I see a lot of reviews saying that there is a language issue, but what can you expect? I have always had a good meal with savory flavors and huge portions. you can eat until stuffed for $6-$8 ....thats a good deal. My favorites are Jalapeño Chicken and Teriyaki chicken , both are consistently good. We fed the family of 6 for $40 and had plenty and some left overs. Service is fast and pleasant. This is not a gourmet restaurant so don't think you are going to get 5 star service.....just fast and simple. I have gave this place so many chances because it's really close to me for convenience despite the poor service, food is a hit in miss sometimes it's bland sometimes it's decent. However this Sunday (1/29/23) was the last straw for me. The male worker there previously last visit, forgot my egg rolls that I payed for! This time again, gave no good customer service (seem like he didn't care to be serving) , I ask him for two sweet and sour since I order four egg rolls (I guess they no longer add it with egg rolls, must ask) , i hate to had to ask twice for it and still received one! I've been coming to this place since I moved out to Heber about 9 years ago . Food is usually fresh and have all options available right there . The menu is great . Very rude customer service, wanted Chinese food and we wanted to support a local business instead of panda, and we regreted it, I asked the lady about individual side prices and she couldn't hear me or understand what I was asking b/c of the mask and she kept yelling different answers back at me. In end after yelling it out the side boxes vary by price according to what food side you get, which doesn't make sense if all the sides are the same price when you get the box . It made me feel very uncomfortable and as someone with social anxiety I almost wanted to cry but I still paid for my meal instead of leaving right away. The lady was not nice behind the counter, she gave me super small portions (which ended up being fine since I didn't eat it anyways) and the chicken was a joke. It was all breading, no meat....where's the dang meat?! The rice was edible but had too many peas in it for my liking. The noodles were alright but I got like ten noodles so it's forgetable.
