This place in Hemet in is a hidden gem. Very comfortable dining area nice and clean not loud at all it would be straight for a first time date. Food is on point and the service comes with a smile and manners. Will continue to come here again. Viva mi people

GOOD MUSHROOM CHICKEN! The mushrooms are perfectly cooked and they have a grilled taste almost. However, the chicken was a bit overcooked like it stayed in the warmer too long. I had tiny granules in my mushroom chicken of semi-burnt crisps. The chow mein was nice and thick, flavor wise it's good. The teriyaki chicken was the best part! Unlike, the mushroom chicken, it was perfectly cooked. I also strongly recommend the egg rolls, they're delicious! This takeout spot is pretty popular in East Hemet and it had a line almost out the door during the dinner rush. Service was good, the lady that helped us was cashier, server, and cook all in one! The restaurant doesn't really have seating which is a shame, it felt like a pandemic restaurant (you know, when tables were scarce and they were used for providing space between you and the glass). Interestingly, this takeout spot serves Chinese, Mongolian and some Thai food! They even have Thai tea selections. A popular order here is the family meal which is $39.99. All return, but I probs won't get the mushroom chicken next time!

Flavors too strong, food not really hot, chow mein was greasy and the servings were so huge that everything ran in together.

Is this the same place that used to be on the West end of town with the Walmart? Used to be next door neighbors with the owners and I would swing by their restaurant once a week for off menu items. Craving it since they disappeared over 10 years ago.

The waitress who greeted us explained to us how the two sides of their restaurant works as this was our first time visiting. We opted to eat at the Lemongrass side. We were seated by Jennifer who explained how things worked. Then were had another waitress who took our drink order. I can't remember her name because it was an unusual one, but a nice one. She did help us order an appetizer, we got the pork egg rolls and they were good. Then we had a third waitress take our dinner order, maybe she was the owner. I ordered the CHILI BASIL FILET (S) $26 Filet mignon / Sunny side up egg / Green and red bell pepper / Mushroom / Thai basil / Thai chili / White onion / Sweet soy sauce / Jasmine rice I was excited to try this dish mostly because of the egg on top. But I was disappointed because the egg was not 'over easy' as it was over cooked with brown crispy edges., but the filet was cooked good and it definitely had a bit to it. But because it was my first time eating here, I wanted to ask the waitress how the egg was supposed to be cooked. When I finally caught her attention to ask her how the ape should have been cooked. She seemed a bit preoccupied with another table because she kept looking over my shoulder. But when I asked her, she said 'yes, it was supposed to be cooked over easy ' I said well it wasn't and all she could say was 'oh I'm sorry about that. I'm sorry about that'. She could have said something to the effect ' it was supposed to be cooked over easy, I'm sorry that it wasn't, let me tell the cook and maybe we can get you a new cooked egg that's actually over easy' but instead, there was no offer to fix the problem just an apology saying I'm sorry about that. My feeling is if you go to a nice restaurant and you pay for a dish that is as expensive as that was then, it should be cooked according to the description on the menu no apologies needed. Not sure we'll be going back. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of my disappointing meal.

I have checked out many different restaurants serving pho and none serve pho like they do here. I don't care what others say about this place, their pho is worth it! I agree, it's not the nicest or most clean place, sometimes it's hot inside because they don't run the AC and have a fan blowing instead, but I don't mind because regardless, I enjoy the food. I'd rather sit here and eat, than at a fancy restaurant with mid food any day! You also gotta try their crab rangoon, they are bomb with the sauce they pair it with. I live about 40 minutes away but come here sometimes once a week. Can't wait to be back!

The beef pho was surprisingly sweet, which threw off the flavor, and even the BBQ pork was overly sweet--almost tasted like tocino. Overall, the dishes lacked the balance and authenticity I was expecting. The service was also slow. Between the disappointing food and poor service, this was not a good experience. I would not try this place again.

Read below for specifics. Me and my family came to Soboba for my birthday. Arrival at the counter--wait took a long time because the restaurant was busy. Totally understandable. (Especially considering that this restaurant is within the casino.) Table is clean and presentation is nice. I love that the staff greet you from the outside, very good score on customer service. The dining atmosphere was honestly amazing. Decoration is very fancy in a modern vibe and captures a comforting Asian restaurant very well. My issue with the restaurant is their food. I have tried all kinds of Pad Thai. But never once...did I expect a restaurant to make the most bland Pad Thai I have ever tasted. I didn't even think it was possible. The pad thai tasted more soft than chewy, it tasted as if I was eating soba noodles because there is no umami flavor, let alone the sweet and savory taste to the noodles. Not even the chili paste can add even a hint of flavor. The tofu is too soft for my tastes, and lacking in flavor. Same thoughts about the bulgogi, which was also lacking flavor. For quite a large price, I feel very disappointed. However, there was one thing I did enjoy, was the calamari and sauce. Calamari was the perfect mix of chewy and crispy. I savored every bite of that texture. Sauce was tangy and sweet, the kind of flavor I expected in the Pad Thai. I can confirm that the calamari, the atmosphere, and the customer service are recieving the stars. Thank you Noodle Bar for the experiance.
