The restaurant is always clean, and they do offer a free egg roll with cash purchases, but today I ordered Shrimp Fried Rice and it was the worst I've ever gotten here in town. Tasty food and quick service! Good pricing, too. I stop here all the time for their boba smoothies which are all delicious. Their noodles are really where this place shines-- I could eat them all day! They also have specials going on depending on the weekday. Just make sure you don't go on a Monday, as they're closed every Monday. This has saved me many a lunch hour when nothing else sounded good or could be prepared fast enough. We came here say 2018 and it was good. Today I got food spent $20 and couldn't swallow any of it. Orange chicken was soggy, rice was oily and hard, noodles tasted old and had no flavor, then the red colored meat smelled horrible. A total waste of money and time. My dogs loved it though. I am very impressed with the Good China Express in San Jacinto, CA. The food has always tasted good and been hot. Some places only offer spaghetti noodles in their chow mien. I love the thinner rice noodles here. Be prepared for generous portions. I purchased the two item combo with fried rice and rice chow mien with orange chicken and broccoli beef. They packed so much food in that the lid didn't want to close. I have been here a couple times but this *attempt* was surely the last. (I visited at approximately 4:40pm on March 30, 2015) As per my other visits, I was just trying to get boba so I waited in line just as anyone would. Upon reaching the register, however, both workers proceeded to ignore me and my friends and serve several other customers who entered the shop long after us. It is obvious we were being ignored because both cashiers made eye contact with all of us several times, though they never once offered a welcome, a smile, or really any semblance of service whatsoever. I have literally no idea why these two were being so rude or why they even have jobs because about 99.9 percent of the human population could better understand and demonstrate customer service... I would never hire these two as even Hemet has better options for employees and I hope the owners of this shop soon realize that because they needlessly lost money today and in the future as me, my friends, and anyone I know will never return-- with this experience, even Panda Express is kicking this place's ass. read more

Had takeout and when I open it in the car the noodles were cold that never happened before the rice was dry as if it had been reheated. I don't know it I'll ever take it to go when I go back. Ok so this portion of the review is based on the Hawaiin bbq that they serve 1 star. Its a shame to call what they serve Hawaiian bbq because its really not.. I recently tried the mix plate and it was horrible.. I guess you can say my expectations were high because I always eat at Ono Hawaiian BBQ. But they really did miss it by a landslide.. So dont come here expecting ono style Hawaiian bbq.. I really dont like negative reviewing my local businesses but it was really that bad.. (At least what I received on a recent weekday afternoon around 4:00 pm.) I was "served" by a *noticeably* unfriendly, unwelcoming and cold young hispanic woman, no smile, no greeting, just a rather mean look on her face. My impression was that she was angry, or at least definitely not happy about working there and had little patience. After my order was ready she literally just handed it to me saying, "Here" and, as she quickly turned-around, she mumbled -- TOTALLY insincerely and like a robot -- something such as, "Have a nice day".
