COME W/ EXTRA TIME... Lately, every time I enter this Panda Express it becomes increasingly more busy and it seems a bit understaffed. I spent over half my lunch break just waiting for a person to make my plate. I appreciated them acknowledging my presence, but it's a long wait just to grab a bite. Drive-thru is the same way, I've spent a hot minute in there last time. The vibe is bustling although the restaurant itself is chill. Panda Express is an MSJC fav, I used to come here a lot when I was going to school in San Jacinto as it's super close to the college. I've noticed this Panda Express is also quite clean and the tables are always in order. Service is generally good, I haven't really had a bad experience. We walked into Panda Express and see that they have a new menu item which looked like it could be tasty, it was BBQ brisket, we asked to taste it but were told that they don't give samples, really? You want us to purchase something blindly to find that we don't like it? I already didn't like the idea of them not carrying knives to cut the teriyaki chicken into bite size pieces but now they lost us as customers forever read more

I've narrowed it down to specific items that I enjoy getting here. You ask to have the egg rolls freshly made because they're only really good when they're hot and then you get all the sauces and mix them together and they're really good that way. The Second Lady which was the cashier kept questioning the First Lady on every item, she then asked me to confirm if I had chosen the cream cheese Rangoons or the eggs rolls after the First Lady had already told her three time so I confirmed that it was the cream cheese Rangoons. I always go to this panda and a few weeks ago i order the bigger plate a small entre box is supposed to come with it and they forgot to give it to me ( i paid and was charged for the bigger plate). I called as soon as i noticed and the person i spoke with over the phone they said "no worries i'll write your name in our book,so when you come back we'll give it to you" 02/06/26 on 03/20/26 I went back to panda once i walked in it took a few minutes for anyone to say greet me and it looked like the manager was taking online orders took them maybe 3 mins to take my order and and told the employee that was taking my order about them forgetting to give me my entre and she was like "i don't know you can ask my manager" i told her manager and the other employee when to check their "book" and then said that my name wasn't on it. Then the manager proceeded to say i needed my receipt for proof, which i wasn't told when i called the day they forgot my food. The manger Karia proceeded to give me an attitude and be rude. So i told her im basically paying for something i never received? and she was being condescending with an attitude. and when i asked her for corporates number she just walked away and didn't give it to me. My friend got the honey shrimp, broccoli and beef, and orange chicken and he said they all tasted great. Really Disappointed and ripped off! I went through the drive thru this evening and ordered two plates. 1. Fried rice, orange chicken and walnut honey shrimp 2. Chow main, honey sesame chicken and mushroom chicken I also ordered two orders of the cheese rangoons. I paid for my order and they quickly gave me my bag. I thought, wow that was really fast so I looked right at the girl, Teresa, and said are you sure this is everything and she said yes. So I didn't check the bag. Drove home and discovered that my ordered was incorrect, they didn't give me mushroom chicken, like the reciept said, they gave me orange chicken. So, my order was way too sugary with both orange and honey sesame, so annoying. On top of that no cheese rangoons, but they put the sauce in the bag... I called immediately and no answer. Food and services was disgusting and gross. Food was not edible. I called and they didn't pick up. Went in person and to complain. Milady had a rude attitude towards me and treated me like if I was lying yet I had the food and pictures to prove otherwise. Dining room is rarely open to go in and look at the food before ordering, and the drive-thru is hit and miss for order accuracy. They get it wrong 50% of the time. The "excuse" of "staffing shortages" is worn out. It's basically "poorly managed" instead. I go to Panda Express locations all over Southern California and Arizona and don't experience this at other locations. Figure it out if you want to have a successful business. read more

The staff ignores you when you walk into this business. They look through you as they talk to some one in the drive thru on their headsets. If you ask them if they will be cooking more of something they have to ask a manager. The portions are very skimpy. Their mobile app rarely has any deals. I normally go here through the drive thru once a week and it's quite convenient. I always enjoy the food. I usually order the walnut shrimp and mushroom chicken bowls. For what you get I think they are reasonably priced. Usually the employee is Rucheeda who always does a great job and is a really nice person. I would say she is quite an asset for Panda Express! I haven't had any issues since to returned to this location (I had stop going for a hot minute). Tonight I ordered a plate; chow mein, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I drove home and opened my plate. Chow mein; check, teriyaki chicken; check, orange chicken...orange chicken?? Where is my orange chicken? I check my receipt. Maybe I really did order this. No, the receipt confirms what I asked for and what I got. It is too far to drive back and I wanted to come home, eat and watch K-dramas. Yea, I am going to eat this because I did not eat lunch.
