Bernice did a great job taking my phone order fast and reliable service Looking forward to keep coming to this location. read more

For starters I am a huge supporter of good food and franchisees that try to make a living. But I don't believe this location is managed very well. I walked in with no customers after being in the parking lot 5 minutes on my phone. I was immediately greeted (a plus) but after looking around at dirty tables and spills on the floor, it went down hill. Multiple dirty tables, food spills on the floor and an employment on break (granted). But after the employees break, the dining area remain the same. Still after 20 minutes and one other customer, no cleanup. I give plus's to the employee on the grill as she was constantly working. The cashier was doing her job but no real leadership or manager to assure quality of food or cleanliness of the store. After taking my food home, it went down hill again. @$12 for a Waba bowl with a small amount of rice, two broccoli stems, 5 carrot slices and the bud end of a cabbage (that's not edible). The meat looked like chopped beef and the chicken looked like scraps. The crispy dumplings were not crispy but soggy. Sorry but I don't see myself spending @$30 for two 1/2 bowls of scraps again. Two stars - One for the customer service and one for the decor. Hope you do better for the next customer. read more

Food was good and customer service was good. Floors by soda machine were sticky. I'd go back again because the food had good flavor

This is one of the best locations I've ever been to. the food is extremely fresh. And every time I have special instructions, ( like chicken breast white meat) it's always cooked perfectly. Your always greeted the second you walk in the doors. The services is fast and I love the atmosphere it's akways very quiet and calm all the time. read more

Got the combo rice bowl with chicken and taco with chicken. Chicken a bit dry, looking for the shrimp option next time, don't spend time with giving up your text number to the website as it also requires installing an app in order to use the 5 wonton offer that they text you. Price $9.34 read more

I just wanna know why my bowl didn't come with the usual veggies I always receive? Nowhere on the menu stated edamames and cucumbers and a cabbage salad at the bottom. Is this a new option? I was expecting broccoli and carrots. FYI I ordered through door dash. read more

Food is always delicious but if we talk about customer service, it's the worst at least when I walked in on Monday the 23rd around 7 PM nobody greets you. Nobody says anything I had to ask the person if they take my order or do I have to order on the kiosk because they don't ask you if you need help and the person just left my food on the counter. Didn't even call out my order, I had to walk up to the counter and ask if that was my order. I think you guys can improve your customer service when somebody walks into a place they at least want to feel welcomed. read more

Lady at the counter taking my order was rude and in a rush when it wasn't even busy, wouldn't recommend this location.

Ordered the Mini Meal Bowl with chicken, shrimp taco and brown rice. I had $1.53 on my on my gift card, so I ordered a side of vegetables. The chicken bowl was ok, but could of used more sauce. The Waba sauce helped with the taste. The shrimp taco always a favorite for me. The three shimps were large and lots of cabbage and green onion filling. This meal came with a small drink. We waited less than ten minutes for my order. I was surprised how fast the three employees filled the orders. Great work!! read more

I ordered a chicken veggie bowl. I got a bowl of half broccoli. No carrots, no cabbage and hardly no rice, the broccoli pieces are huge and the chicken is minimum and doesn't look too good. Update- Thank you for making it right with a new fresh waba bowl. I really appreciate it. read more

Healthy choices for a frugal price. Service was fast, efficient and affordable. I just signed up on the app and looking forward to earning rewards. read more

I always get the chicken rice bowl and they never give me enough chicken. The chicken to rice ratio is always off. Also they burnt my dumplings. Usually they are soft but they gave them to me burnt and crunchy. I got dinner at 7:30 which is after the dinner rush. read more

Decent food. Friendly staff. Restaurant seems clean. I docked a star because they charge not only for all white meat, but then another charge for half veggies instead of all rice. A bit of overkill on the upcharges. read more

Everything especially the customer service. This restaurant lacks polite workers. Babygirl acts like me asking for anything is coming out her wage. Let's not mention how they punk out on putting enough protein which forces customers to pay extra for extra meat. So rude and degrading I felt uncomfortable and ridiculed the ambiance is absolutely unacceptable too much tension and attitude read more

Best Beef and chicken bowl spot in town, the service is amazing and they give you the food nice and hot!!

I'm a daily costumer here at this waba grill food is always delicious , janely always greets us with a friendly smile and make us welcome and is patient, will keep coming for more thank you read more

5/14/2025 came at 1:46Pm my friend and I were both served by Sofi T who was completely rude to us very dismissive and was very argumentative. I don't understand why people get jobs and be mad at work and take out on the customers who help keep the business standing. The food is good as always but the service is horrible disgusting. I don't understand why this my 2nd review on another employee who lacks at customer service skills GET IT TOGETHER read more

I usually don't write bad reviews but right when I walked in the energy of the lady was so ugly! So I'm a sauce girl I like a lot of sauce. She gave me one so I asked to buy more, to BUY more and she immediately said no because they don't have packets, but they have cups of sauce so I said OK can I buy cups of it? She kept telling me no and wanted to fight me on it and then she just kept repeating herself that she had no packets. Of course making me really upset. I will never go there again because of that. read more

The staff is so friendly and really attentive . Order always comes out real delicious and super fresh. I always order the family dumplings and give back the chili sauce in an exchange of a whole bunch of soy sauce and hot sauce lol I make my own sauce. The staff doesn't mind it which is amazing thank you read more

Yummy my daughter's favorite ! We come here all the time! At least once a week. And workers are very nice !

This is the 2nd Waba Grill I have been to in Southern California (this one in Hemet on Sanderson Ave) that just completely disregards their own "wear a mask" required policy. Here are three individuals who came in together without masks and ordered food, breathing all over the counters, soda machine and were allowed to sit down and eat inside. To make matters worst the employees never wiped anything down once these individuals left. The have a sign on the door saying masks required if you really don't care? The manager on duty was a young lady named Ophelia. read more

WaBa Grill - Nice menu! - Asian Fusion Near Me - Hemet, California

Good food fast service and clean restaurant! We did not have to wait long and people were very polite and respectful!

It's quick, the food is good. We order online and pick it up right away. It's easy when we just need something quick.

This is the only waba grill in town and I never have a problem with the quality of food I usually write a good review, but the service officially sucks and it's always because of a specific worker that may be the manager not sure but all I can say is her name is Juliana, she has a bad attitude and always gets my order wrong or at least forgets to put what I paid for in the bag. She acts like you're stealing her spicy waba sauce when you ask for it so annoying. read more

The food at Waba Grill was excessively bland. It had no seasoning at all, adding salt did not help. The service was okay and the atmosphere was cafeteria-style. We will never return. read more
