For starters I am a huge supporter of good food and franchisees that try to make a living. But I don't believe this location is managed very well. I walked in with no customers after being in the parking lot 5 minutes on my phone. I was immediately greeted (a plus) but after looking around at dirty tables and spills on the floor, it went down hill. Multiple dirty tables, food spills on the floor and an employment on break (granted). But after the employees break, the dining area remain the same. Still after 20 minutes and one other customer, no cleanup. I give plus's to the employee on the grill as she was constantly working. The cashier was doing her job but no real leadership or manager to assure quality of food or cleanliness of the store. After taking my food home, it went down hill again. @$12 for a Waba bowl with a small amount of rice, two broccoli stems, 5 carrot slices and the bud end of a cabbage (that's not edible). The meat looked like chopped beef and the chicken looked like scraps. The crispy dumplings were not crispy but soggy. Sorry but I don't see myself spending @$30 for two 1/2 bowls of scraps again. Two stars - One for the customer service and one for the decor. Hope you do better for the next customer. read more

This is one of the best locations I've ever been to. the food is extremely fresh. And every time I have special instructions, ( like chicken breast white meat) it's always cooked perfectly. Food is always delicious but if we talk about customer service, it's the worst at least when I walked in on Monday the 23rd around 7 PM nobody greets you. Nobody says anything I had to ask the person if they take my order or do I have to order on the kiosk because they don't ask you if you need help and the person just left my food on the counter. Didn't even call out my order, I had to walk up to the counter and ask if that was my order. I think you guys can improve your customer service when somebody walks into a place they at least want to feel welcomed. read more

Ordered the Mini Meal Bowl with chicken, shrimp taco and brown rice. I had $1.53 on my on my gift card, so I ordered a side of vegetables. The chicken bowl was ok, but could of used more sauce. The Waba sauce helped with the taste. The shrimp taco always a favorite for me. The three shimps were large and lots of cabbage and green onion filling. This meal came with a small drink. We waited less than ten minutes for my order. I was surprised how fast the three employees filled the orders. Great work!! read more

I always get the chicken rice bowl and they never give me enough chicken. The chicken to rice ratio is always off. Also they burnt my dumplings. Usually they are soft but they gave them to me burnt and crunchy. I got dinner at 7:30 which is after the dinner rush. read more

I usually don't write bad reviews but right when I walked in the energy of the lady was so ugly! So I'm a sauce girl I like a lot of sauce. She gave me one so I asked to buy more, to BUY more and she immediately said no because they don't have packets, but they have cups of sauce so I said OK can I buy cups of it? She kept telling me no and wanted to fight me on it and then she just kept repeating herself that she had no packets. Of course making me really upset. This is the 2nd Waba Grill I have been to in Southern California (this one in Hemet on Sanderson Ave) that just completely disregards their own "wear a mask" required policy. Here are three individuals who came in together without masks and ordered food, breathing all over the counters, soda machine and were allowed to sit down and eat inside. To make matters worst the employees never wiped anything down once these individuals left. The have a sign on the door saying masks required if you really don't care? It's quick, the food is good. We order online and pick it up right away. It's easy when we just need something quick.

This is the only waba grill in town and I never have a problem with the quality of food I usually write a good review, but the service officially sucks and it's always because of a specific worker that may be the manager not sure but all I can say is her name is Juliana, she has a bad attitude and always gets my order wrong or at least forgets to put what I paid for in the bag. She acts like you're stealing her spicy waba sauce when you ask for it so annoying. read more

Average rating 3 stars, and I can see why, I thought since I was in town I could go to the fish hut market again, instead I chose Waba because it's been a while, I tried so many locations in Menifee, Moreno Valley and OC from last year, and I wanted to come back here, well too bad the employee didn't know what to do with me, I placed an order and proceeded to pay with my Mom EBT card, she said the location only do EBT cash, I said cash or food the same to me, she was confused, I asked if they had the machine, she said yes, I told her to let me swipe my card, she didn't know how to even turn on the EBT machine, not sure why she didn't, the machine doesn't respond to my card, doesn't matter how many time she swiped it, it didn't ask me to input my pin code, then she suggested if she could check my balance, of course I said No, then she suggested me to place the order online, hello I have the app on the phone, they don't take EBT on the app, I already known that, why else I had come in person for? Then she doesn't know what else to blame instead the machine, so I will say fix your machine because you don't advertise EBT at the door and you can't work it, maybe the reason it doesn't work was she didn't charge me, and try to look for my balance, whatever it is, the management needs to call EBT and resolve this issue so people can buy food here, yeah train your staff. I've been to many Waba but this one was not a good one. read more
