It was my first time at this location, and even though the drive-through line took a bit longer than expected, things moved along steadily and didn't feel chaotic. I found the secret menu for In-N-Out Burger and had to try it. The service was amazingly faster than expected. The restaurant was clean as usual with the high volume of customers. I ordered three different item's from the secret menu not listed at the establishment. Shocked the person taking the order knowing had it memorized. My food order can a was exactly the secret meal I had hoped to eat. I did have one problem upon leaving, another customer bumped into me causing my bag of food to fall on the ground. Some people are so miserable, they can't help but try and spread their Negative Nancy attitudes to the rest of us. Due to some family being in the hospital in the area, I ate at this In-N-Out 3 times in 5 days, each visit being DELICIOUS! As a former employee, I have a pretty complicated order, 3x1 whole grill and raw chop, add pickles and chilies, mustard and ketchup instead of the spread-and they mostly got it right each time. One time I received whole onion instead of chopped, and another time I didn't get pickles. I'm not sure if the orders were taken incorrectly, or if they just weren't prepared correctly, but all in all, my burgers were excellent. I received excellent and friendly customer service from the likes of Cassie, Marcos, Markus (I believe that's their name-light hair and glasses), and Benjamin. In addition, Cassie had such great energy and a great, big, welcoming smile, which I really needed at that moment-considering I've got a severely injured Uncle in the hospital. Thanks Cassie! I just waited in the drive thru line for 10 minhj hmmm mom look l utes and listened to the two people in front of me have their orders taken just to be told they were closed when I reached the speaker box and that I wouldn't be served. Then, because there were people that got in line behind me, I got to wait another 15 minutes for everyone in front of me to get their food while I sat there hungry and like an idiot, unable to leave. I THINK IN-N-OUT is OVERRATED but... the fries at this location are really tasty and the inside service was really good! My chocolate shake came out a tad soupy and not very frothy while my Double Double was aggressively fine. Honestly, I've had better food at this location but it's never been awe-inspiring. The drive-thru line is absolutely ridiculous all the time and the drive-thru management is worse. The establishment itself is pretty clean and it's always bustling, so that's a good thing! This is NOT a place you go to for a quiet time, I recommend going with friends . Note: I only visit In-N-Out on very special occasions or "blue moon situations" and this was one of those nights. I don't agree with their controversial behavior as an organization and am proud to say I hardly ever visit because of that. read more

We pick up to bring to my Mom who lives in town. For obvious reasons she really can't go anywhere at this time. We have been when the line of drive-thru cars are all the way down Florida Ave. My husband can't do drive thru because of his left side disabilities so we go inside. The wait is very reasonable. This is one of few In-N-Out Burger restaurants that is not located off of an interstate. I probably visit this location every time I am visiting my in-laws in Hemet. It is very rare that I've had any issues at an In N Out Burger. Even the young employees have shown great customer service. Their training is pretty solid at this burger chain. In addition to great customer service, it is again rare that I've had a bad burger at In N Out; especially for the price that I paid. They are always busy, too. No matter what time of day I got, never fails that In N Out has customers, day or night. It seems as if this one in particular has a little bit less seating than others I have been to in the past. No biggie though. I've almost always found seating with my party at this particular location. When in Hemet, there is no doubt that I'll be back. read more

I go to in n out all the time all over SoCal and every time it is exceptional. This time I was blown away when I visited Hemet's In n Out because of the amount of animal style fries they gave me! It is the most I have ever received, they put a good amount of toppings and I got to eat it before it got cold. Usually the cheese is hardened and the fries are a bit cold, but this time it was the freshest I have ever received them. The burgers were tasty as always. The drive thru was quick.
