We are long time fans of Jersey Mike's but have not been to this location and the food was just as good as all their locations. In a good spot for traffic, very clean and not too busy for lunch on a week day. The staff was great too! Noreen and Anne, (I think those were their names,) greeted us at the door and were patient while we figured out what we wanted to order and were gracious even when I added a topping at the last minute. read more

Jersey Mikes is a great spot for lunch, I ordered Big Kahuna Chicken in restaurant and it took only about 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and environment was calm with some music in background. Ordered with the online app today l and my pick up time was 12:36. I arrived a couple minutes after 12:36 expecting to be in and out. My sandwich wasn't ready until 12:55. I waited there, standing in the lobby watching walk in customers walk in behind me, order, pay and walk out for almost 20 minutes before my online order was ready. I could have just walked in and ordered and been on my way. This defeats the purpose of using the app. Frustrated. read more

TLDR: The manager cussed me out in front of 4 kids on Mother's Day. How it happened: 5/7/22@5:30pm, placed online orders for pickup at 7:25pm. I showed up early--7:00pm--walking in, apologizing for being SO early, explaining that I know I'll have to wait, so no rush, etc. The employee tells me that my order was ALREADY done. (???) My "hot" sandwiches were just sitting there--ice cold and drying out. (Yum. Note to self--no ADVANCE orders.) Straightforward orders: chicken bacon ranch CHEESEsteaks, tomatoes on the side, add avocado and portobello mushrooms. For a place that pretty much has a whole lotta CHEESEsteaks on the menu...I am not sure how they managed to not only omit the lettuce on all of the sandwiches, but also.....the....CHEESE. (see pic.) Of course, since COVID, they tape up to-go orders like Fort Knox, so I did not see my sandwiches in the bag. I noticed there was no heat coming from the bag and there were no tomatoes on the side. Trying to avoid being a Karen, I just requested the tomatoes and thought I could just nuke the food when we got home. Drove all the way home-----8:00pm. Spread out my meal, got the family gathered to eat. NO lettuce. NO CHEESE. Called back to report the errors and asked if they could re-do our meal. The manager tells me I have to come allll the way back that night, bring back all of the food (to be thrown away!) and get my order re-done. I told her no, it's late, too far, my family needs to eat SOMETHING and we're not gonna waste food because it is CLEARLY their mistake. She denied me repeatedly, and finally, I asked to speak to the manager. The employee, "Ann", said she was the manager and put me on hold so that she could give me the number to corporate customer service. After about 10 minutes, she comes back and says, she will just re-do the order. I added MY OWN CHEESE, reheated all of the meat on the stove, chopped up MY OWN lettuce, added MY OWN ranch, and we ate. Yes--we are a determined people. :) Came back the next day, Mother's Day. I immediately asked for the manager, "Ann". Was told by the employee, who says her name was "Aaliyah" that, "Ann is not the manager. What do you want?" in the most abrupt way. I explained to "Aaliyah" the situation and showed her the pictures. She looked inside of a notebook and asked me what names I placed the orders under. I told her, she flipped to the last page with writing on it, looked for 2 seconds, closed the notebook and said, "I don't see your names." I told her, well, I can't explain that--I just shared my full conversation with "Ann", who told me to come in. She then went into "condescending lecture mode". (FYI nature fans: this is the tell-tale sign you are in a place where poor customer service is the standard. When the manager begrudgingly decides to lecture, blame, belittle or complain to the CUSTOMER when THEY do something wrong, instead of taking OWNERSHIP and LEADERSHIP and fixing their mistake with a smile. It usually starts off with, "Just so you know, next time..."). She starts telling me, "Just so you know, next time, I ain't gonna help you if your name is not in the book." I responded, "It seems like this is a conversation that you should have with Ann, and not me, the customer. I only know what I was told." She cut me off and loudly says, "Well, I'm telling YOU that it is our protocol to write your name down in the book! So next time, you should know I am not going to help you!" like I was a child. Again, I told her, "As I said, perhaps this is a procedure that you remind your staff of, but clearly, this has nothing to do with me, so I am not sure why you insist on lecturing me on it. However, since you are making a plan of what to do 'next time', I would like to suggest getting orders accurate in the first place, so that customers won't have to come back at all." She turns away on my last word, slams the notebook on the counter and YELLS at the top of her lungs, "I DON'T FU*KIN' HAVE TO GIVE YOU SHIT!!!" Yes, in front of God, the man in the moon, 4 kids, 4 other adult customers, 1 teenage customer and her subordinate employees (yes--this is what we model as being quality customer service for our staff--no wonder protocols are broken. Sadly, the other 2 employees were kind, respectful, accommodating and sweet as pie to every customer in there. Don't you hate when incompetent or unqualified people get promoted over those who TRULY earn/deserve it?). Anyway, Happy Sunday and Happy Mother's Day. She storms off to the back, angrily slamming stuff around and makes our food. I started recording at this point, to make sure she didn't spit on anything--which I was seriously afraid of. I did not respond because I just wanted to get our meals, console everybody, and leave ASAP. Frankly, witnessing that amount of rage from her--there was no telling what would happen. I ordered two sub a giant and a regular sub I didn't notice until I got home that they gave me two regular subs. I went back to the store and aaliyah the cashier acted like they didn't make any mistakes and wanted me to pay for the other half and keep the one that they gave me and I should noticed before I left. So instead of paying 17 dollars for a giant I'd be paying over 22 dollars for a giant sub. They act like the customer is always wrong at this establishment. So I will take my business elsewhere from now on and I'd suggest u do the same. Worst customer service ever. read more
