My visit tends to fall between 5-10 mins. Staff take orders quickly and keep the drive-thru line moving rain or shine. The team is pretty friendly over the speaker and in-person at the window. I've had good experiences with the crew. For instance, I ordered an item over the app that was sold out and the app still charged me. The team took initiative, noticed the error, and instantly gave me a gift card to reimburse me. I didn't even need to bring it to their attention. Inside is busy as there's lots of people from the mall stopping by throughout the day. It's a nice hangout spot if you don't mind background noise, I wouldn't study here though.
