TYPICALLY VERY FAST! West Florida's Starbucks has had to pick up the slack as of late due to the Palm location's closure. As a result, this location has become even more streamlined and effective. As a frequent guest during morning runs, I love to stop by for a quick espresso or tea. My visit tends to fall between 5-10 mins. Staff take orders quickly and keep the drive-thru line moving rain or shine. The team is pretty friendly over the speaker and in-person at the window. I've had good experiences with the crew. For instance, I ordered an item over the app that was sold out and the app still charged me. The team took initiative, noticed the error, and instantly gave me a gift card to reimburse me. I didn't even need to bring it to their attention. Inside is busy as there's lots of people from the mall stopping by throughout the day. It's a nice hangout spot if you don't mind background noise, I wouldn't study here though. Overall, this has become my Starbucks and I'm happy it's on my way to work! read more

First time visiting this location, but we had a soccer game around the corner and needed a quick bite. The drive thru and speaker face a very loud main street which makes it hard to hear, while the girl was super nice, I had to repeat my order multiple times due to the noise and she still got it wrong. At almost 7 PM, they did not have any lunch sandwiches or protein boxes left, but had a few breakfast selections still available. I got one drink and two double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwiches which I used my stars for the food items. As we drove off and a couple blocks away, my kid starts eating her sandwich which ended up being only bread and bacon, no cheese, no egg. I have no idea how they missed that and I had to contact customer service to get a refund as we don't live anywhere near this location. read more

I walked in to pick up my online order this afternoon and the barista informed me that she didn't have my order and I realized it was at the wrong location, the barista and manager asked me what my order was and I told her what I ordered... She said they would make me recovery drinks so I wouldn't have to go all the way over to the other location, they made them without hesitation and when my order was replaced I was on my way... I asked for light ice and got heavy ice so much so that ice was almost to the top I was very thirsty and didn't notice all the ice I pretty much drank it in just a few sips I went back to let them know they even seen all the ice however they refused to fix it. Telling me that they could not give me a new drink. I've had to take drinks back before for the same reason to other Starbucks and got it fixed with no problem. I will not be returning to this specific Starbucks ever again. read more

Came to this location to get a drink for me and my hairstylist in Hemet and wow ! They made my drink soooo good! Like I haven't been to any location that did the drink so bomb ! I loved how they put the Carmel crunch on top I usually in other locations have it like swirled in the drink but when I took a sip I was like wooow ! The people who worked there I want to give a big thank you for making my day feel amazing and my drink soo bomb ! Especially how nice they were! With the experience I had here, I had to make a quick review. I ordered a wrap through the app and went to go pick it up. As I arrived the lobby was closed so I had to get in the drive thru. When I pulled up I was notified that they ran out of the spinach wraps even though the Starbucks app said it was available. I started to get a little frustrated but I'll make a long story short. Haley provided great customer service! Im not sure if she knew that I was getting frustrated but she apologized for the inconvenience. Haley basically took care of my order and the way she handled the situation was great. read more

There is a white American woman with short pink hair and blue eyes. She is at the front window in the drive-through. She is super rude. She's really mean and is not social at all. She is super rude and when asking questions she gets upset. This has happened to me and my family more than once and she always seems to act that way that Starbucks location really needs to replace her for a person who really loves their job and deserves the job. I didn't have a car at the moment and the inside of the store was closed and the lady inside cleaning told me to go in the drive-through around so I did well I went to the drive-through the pink hair woman kept ignoring me and the person with me later on, she opened the window and I asked her kindly if I can place an order please. She said she couldn't and I asked why and she said because I didn't have a car. I don't know if this is with every store but there's times where I've done it and they have never said anything. I don't see why me not having a car at the moment is an issue to giving me my order. That lady is always super rude. She is making that Starbucks location unlikable! read more

Apparently this is my second time at this starbucks location, but I don't recall that. This time, my visit was outstanding. Customer service was great, I was helped by Nicole. She remade my drink correctly! She made sure I liked my drink and offered to remake it necessary. Highly recommend them. read more

Went inside and after waiting on the customers in front of me, Eli stopped to talk to a co- worker for almost five minutes, ignoring me. Not cool at all. Finally got in my car as no one was making eye contact and received good service in the drive thru. read more

The employees here are super friendly which is appreciated because I really suck at ordering coffee. I don't do caffeine frequently but every once in a while I crave it. I tell them the way I want it to taste and then they make it for me. I realize how silly this review may sound or almost as if a child wrote it but you seriously have to take a Starbucks class just to learn their language. I like coffee with cinnamon and whipped cream. I still don't remember what it was I ordered, I just know it was delicious. The lines are usually long but they go really fast most of the time which I greatly appreciated especially at crack thirty in the morning. I really like the people here! Super nice and fun people! I'm here studying a lot because the Starbucks on Palm gets packed real quick! This one gets busy on the weekends and the evenings on weekdays and has a lot of Loud people so I'd suggest bringing headphones if you're here to study! I always order long crazy drinks and the workers here get it right 90% of the time and I would say 100% for how complicated my drinks are and they always make up for the 10% when I tell them what's wrong! They immediately adjust the drink to meet my needs! They do regular clean ups of the store and that's awesome! I'd only say the bathrooms get dirty fast and because they're so busy they can't clean the bathroom regularly. read more

My fiancé is a Starbucks patron and we've been to many-a-branch. I particularly liked this one due to it's "quiet" and "spacious" environment. The ambiance was soothing and there was so much room to relax and you have plenty of options when it comes to seating. Whether you want a soft-chair in the dark corner or the table in the soft-light, they have it all. It's the typical menu and decor for the chain establishment. The music was pop/country, which was appropriate for the surroundings. I loved the service especially. It was prompt, polite and even when I sat to blog for awhile, I was offered a free pastry-treat as time passed. Yep! This was definitely one of my better experiences at the mega-chain-café. read more

There was a period of time in my life where I was going to this Starbucks a few times a day... before work, during a break, and then lunch. I'm obsessed with their iced tea. It's always so fresh. The staff is pretty nice at this location. There's a sweet girl who works drive through most weekday mornings who is a complete breath of fresh air (I wish I could think of her name) when I remember it- I will update this review because she definitely deserves some kudos. Another thing I've noticed is that the team at this location seems to work well together and moves pretty fast because they get through the lines in no time. read more

This is the best Starbucks ever. The drinks and food are always consistently yummy. They are so quick. The cherry on top is that they are so friendly. This is a rough demographic and the fact that they still push through with politeness and professionalism is really outstanding. They were closed in the mornings due to Covid staff shortage and I think that speaks volumes to the management that they put their workers first and it shows. Kudos to this establishment, I hope corporate knows how special you guys are. read more

20 minutes before they close and im the last car in line at the drive thru but the damn manager decides to come outside and be super rude and tell me that the car ahead of me is the last car that's going to be able to order. Great example of what a coffee shop should be! This location has plenty of seating, is nicely designed with lots of plugs to get work done, and the pastry case was well displayed. I enjoyed some fresh brewed coffee in my misto and found a healthy quinoa salad for lunch to go. Customer service was great and they made my misto very quickly. Definitely helped me to put some pep in my step. read more

Just moved to Hemet a few months ago and the drive is a bit longer to get to work so i been stopping here atleast once or twice a week in the morning. I know crazy i shouldnt make that my excuses to stop here so often since before i would hardly stop at Starbucks. The staff here are friendly but if you stop in the morning note that you will be there for 10-15minutes since the line is always crazy long. You might also get your food cold since this has been the 3rd time i get my bacon gouda cold. It sucks so make sure that if you order anything warm you feel the middle before driving off. Ps am done stopping here i will definitely try to just wake up a little earlier to make me a warm breakfast. read more

I ordered 2 venti pumpkin spice Frappuccino's. Drove 5 miles to my sick daughter's house to enjoy our drinks. We were NOT thrilled when we sipped. We got the pumpkin spice venti....CREAM!!! ugh! RATS in broad daylight!!!!! One day, I was in the Drive through and I had seen two RATS running into the sewer hole right behind the back door of this Starbucks. If I didn't see it for myself, I wouldn't of believed it. I told the Cashier what I had seen, and she brushed it off and said she sees them as pets, that she loves rats. Are you kidding me? That was the very last day I had gone to that Starbucks. I can only imagine what happens in that kitchen with those rats during the hours that they are closed. I'm not risking my health to go there, so I just go to the other one on Palm Street. With all the money they make, I'm sure they could afford to hire some pest control company. Sooner or later someone is going to get fatally ill, and maybe then that cashier will no longer consider them as pets. It's just absurd!!! read more

Stopped in here tonight around 7 pm for a coffee instead of going through the drive-thru. I was greeted as soon as I entered, the cashier was super friendly and helpful. The store was clean, and not crowded. I didn't have to wait very long for my coffee, which was great. However, it didn't taste right, it tasted a bit watered down which was very disappointing. Also, I didn't enjoy the music they were playing. It sounded very generic, different than the other Starbucks I've been too. read more

I go to a lot of different locations for Starbucks. I've been to all of them in Hemet and San Jacinto more than once. This is my favorite location. The drinks and food always taste better. The staff is always friendly. I mainly do mobile order and it's always ready when I get there. I choose this Starbucks over any other ones in the area! Thank you for being awesome. read more

I went in the day before Christmas to pick up some gluten free muffins for my girlfriend, but they were out. I picked up some other gf desserts but the muffins are what she likes the most. I asked if they were going to be open the day after Christmas and I would come back. Turns out the owner is planning to take a very well deserved week off, so no luck. But then she aske me for my number and told me that while she makes no promises, she will call me if she happens to make some. Within two hours I got a phone call. Six GF muffins with my name on it! I ran out and we were able to enjoy them while they were still warm. Sooooo good. Not only are the baked goods fantastic, but service like that? Deserves as many stars as are in the sky. Will have to settle for five here, though. ps. The lemon cheesecake (not gf) is phenominal.
