Terrible customer service. The worker had an attitude and unwelcoming vibe from the moment we walked in. She ignored us at first, then got rude when my grandma asked for light ice while the drink was being made. Instead of just being kind about it, she snapped and said we should've asked before. On top of that, the drink didn't even have the extra mango my grandma paid for, almost like the worker purposely left it out. Overall, the attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary. Noticed there was a new boba spot in Hemet. Stopped by around 150/2. Quiet. Empty and clean. As soon as we walked in the owner came and greeted us. He was really patient as my kiddo was still deciding on his drink. He didn't rush us at all. The boba WAS FRESH!!!! I LOVE a good boba. I see this spot sticking around.
