Mobile order is usually a convenience but not here. For the last few months it's been a minimum of a 30 minute wait and no one walks up to the counter when they see you waiting. I hate to be that person so I genuinely asked a staff member if it was best to order in store since I just witnessed two people walk and receive their order before mine was even started. I had already waited 30 minutes. She said yes, they will always prioritize their in store orders. It's 8:30am and it's not even busy. Literally just going down hill. I stopper coming as frequent as I used too because of the decline in service. Today I ordered the OG deluxe acai bowl no strawberries and consious chocolate As pictured, my order had no almond butter , hemp seeds or cocoa nibs. I bring up the discrepancy with the assumption that the açai bowl would be taken back and remade however, I was just giving a side of almond butter in a cup, which I could've easily done at home as I have been doing the last few weeks I also bring up the fact that I am missing the cocoa nibs I then get told that all the toppings are out of stock, which I find absurd because the conscious chocolate comes with cocoa nibs and it's clearly in my drink so I am not sure if it's just the quality of service as I was asking about the discrepancies in my order or if they were really out of supplies. Nonetheless, if I'm paying for something without knowing the ingredients are not in stock then that should be compensated. Unfortunately, I will just have to continue to going to either Menifee or Temecula because this location is going downhill and fast. Today I only came because I did not have enough time to make my own açai bowl at home. And now I am regretting even taking the extra minutes of ordering something to be highly disappointed and not even wanting to eat it. read more

Came in on a Tuesday around 9:30am. Welcomed by staff as we Walked into the store. Ordered to go an iced americano and a best drink ever. The drinks came out fast. ALL employees encountered at this store are super friendly. Loved that!! Americano-a three star (comparing to the main competitor) it was a little weak and watery. The best drink ever-four and one half star - it needed more coffee flavor.... The store itself is nice and clean. Looks like a nice place to work. A nice chain coffee shop. It would be a 5 star place for the great service today but drinks were in need of more coffee flavor. It's still on my list if to go places while in the area. read more

Kaylee, Maeve, Enelia were amazing service ambassadors and brand representatives. Especially Maeve. They were all Inexhaustibly busy and cheerful and friendly and professional. I forgot the bathroom password and they wrote it down for me. Patiently described ingredients in an item I was intrigued with and sold me on it with their graciousness. And they brought my order to me! They asked me how my eating experience was. Loved the temperature and great mix of flavors. Just enough zip to make me wonder what was in there! So here is the thing. Better Buzz has good food and good drinks. However, this location has a major problem. They started off SO great! Which is how I fell in love with it in the first place. And then the experiences quickly declined due to poor service. The people who work here will be pleasant while speaking with you and taking your order. BUT the order is wrong 9 TIMES OUT 10. That sucks! I have called after I've left to notify of the issue and it's always handled by refund or other option. I have also had to reverse my car in the drive thru after checking my order because they have once again left something off. I usually get feta avocado deluxe toast and add a boiled egg and sometimes bacon. We are talking $13-$16 every time I go. It also comes with micro greens, tomatoes and balsamic glaze. Sometimes there is 1 sprig of microgreens..... sometimes they add salt and pepper without even saying anything and sometimes they don't. The egg has been left off several times. Same situation with the bacon. They even forget the lemon wedge! I'm not sure why they cannot get an order right to save their lives or how they still have a job in the first place. They are running off customers! I know I'm not the only person experiencing this at this location. It's awful to love the products but would rather find other options because a simple order can't be done correctly. Just yesterday, I came thru the drive thru and had to go back because they left off both egg and the bacon, along with missing almond milk from my espresso. Get it together! Forreal! read more

It was my first time here. Easy parking, very clean both outside and inside. The cashier greeted me as I walked in. They have a bunch of merch as soon as you walk in. They had a dessert display which had some good options. I ordered the chili jam croissant breakfast sandwich, with the chili jam on the side. I also tried the Moroccan iced coffee. 1. The croissant was toasted nicely, there was minimal arugula, a small sausage patty and an egg for $9.99. 2. The Moroccan coffee had a really nice spice to it much like chai but not half as sweet for $6 something. I liked it but I definitely don't think it's worth the $18 for a croissant sandwich and an iced coffee. read more

Amazing customer service, everyone is very attentive and friendly Nice clean open space with plenty of tables and wifi for doing work/studying. An employee noticed I was at a table and had a laptop, so he asked if I needed the wifi and happily gave it to me. I've had the strawberry rose matcha previously and it was alright, a little too sweet for my preference with the matcha not being great either. But trying the honey lavender from their spring collection today, I'm no matcha connoisseur but I like it a lot better and it seems to be a favorite among other customers as well. I absolutely love this new edition to the valley, it's a refreshing, new coffee shop with high-quality brews and ingredients. Better Buzz is still growing in its non-dairy and sugar-free options, however the selection for customers is plentiful. The cinnamon cream cold brew with oatmilk was phenomenal, the cream used was thick and rich. My drink wasn't overwhelming, it was just right. My Mom complemented the sugar-free coffee. All the coffee options from ice-blended to hot looked unique and delicious. I took a look at BB's food menu and WOW everything sounded amazing. Aioli wraps, daily muffin specials, AÇAÍ bowls?! There's even sandwiches for breakfast and lunch! The line was a little lengthy as this is a newer location, however it flowed along and the staff were efficient. Each staff member monitored the line for crowd control and they answered our questions expertly. No power outlets, really?! Came here to get some work done bc of a scheduled power outage from Edison (I work from home). Figured this was a good opportunity to try this place out. It's not like I wasn't going to spend money here. I ordered a large matcha and a breakfast sandwich, and would've ordered more later in the day. But now I'm going to have to go somewhere else mid day. Also, this breakfast sandwich is not worth $10. As a first-time customer, I wasn't sure what to order, but Liz, who helped me at the drive-through, made the entire experience exceptional. Her positive attitude and friendly energy immediately stood out and made me feel welcome. Liz recommended a great specialty drink with delicious toppings, called ice hazelnut divinity with cinnamon cold foam and it was absolutely amazing -- perfectly crafted and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about quality here. And you have to try the doughnut holes! They're filled with a rich vanilla custard that is simply irresistible. I love coming here for my lunch breaks. It's always nice and cool inside. My server Christal was very sweet. They all are honestly. I like the points system because seems like you have to spend less to get your free drink than at Starbucks I'm not sure though. I'm slow with my phone and all I have to do is tell them my phone number rather than fumble around looking for the app. Their coffee and espresso is very rich and I love it.
