I specifically asked for light ice , Liz then made it sound like I made the mistake to ask for light ice . I'm assuming the man that ask her "what happened " was the manager, she then proceeded to respond by saying "SHE wants light ice" as if I didn't order it that way . This is not the first time she my order is incorrect . The only reason I'm even giving 3 stars is because Bella has such great service, always repeats my order and greets me with a smile . I forgot the bathroom password and they wrote it down for me. Patiently described ingredients in an item I was intrigued with and sold me on it with their graciousness. And they brought my order to me! They asked me how my eating experience was. Loved the temperature and great mix of flavors. Just enough zip to make me wonder what was in there! What started as a good thing, is slowly fading away. Lately I have been waiting 10-20 minutes to pick up a MOBILE order AFTER the expected ready pick up time. Furthermore, the qaulity and attention to detail is lacking. I always ask for no ham on the crunch wrap, however they have been adding ham. Fine whatever, I'll take the ham out myself. Today I waited 15 minutes for my acaia and avocado toast AFTER the pickup time. My toast was cold and I paid for EXTRA almond butter in my acacia bowl. Came in on a Tuesday around 9:30am. Welcomed by staff as we Walked into the store. Ordered to go an iced americano and a best drink ever. The drinks came out fast. ALL employees encountered at this store are super friendly. Loved that!! Americano-a three star (comparing to the main competitor) it was a little weak and watery. The best drink ever-four and one half star - it needed more coffee flavor.... The store itself is nice and clean. Looks like a nice place to work. A nice chain coffee shop. Amazing customer service, everyone is very attentive and friendly Nice clean open space with plenty of tables and wifi for doing work/studying. An employee noticed I was at a table and had a laptop, so he asked if I needed the wifi and happily gave it to me. I've had the strawberry rose matcha previously and it was alright, a little too sweet for my preference with the matcha not being great either. But trying the honey lavender from their spring collection today, I'm no matcha connoisseur but I like it a lot better and it seems to be a favorite among other customers as well. Better Buzz is still growing in its non-dairy and sugar-free options, however the selection for customers is plentiful. The cinnamon cream cold brew with oatmilk was phenomenal, the cream used was thick and rich. My drink wasn't overwhelming, it was just right. My Mom complemented the sugar-free coffee. All the coffee options from ice-blended to hot looked unique and delicious. I took a look at BB's food menu and WOW everything sounded amazing. Aioli wraps, daily muffin specials, AÇAÍ bowls?! There's even sandwiches for breakfast and lunch! The line was a little lengthy as this is a newer location, however it flowed along and the staff were efficient. Each staff member monitored the line for crowd control and they answered our questions expertly. The only problem that happened to me 3 times already is I order my drink on mobile order, it tells me a time it will be ready by, it says completed , so I walk in and no drinks are on the shelves. I tell him I have a mobile order and they say they will check up on it, to which they don't they just continue to take orders at the register. Then I see a bunch of drinks behind the counter that are obviously mine and more other orders that need to be put out but they just leave them to sit there. And I have to ask them again "hey that's my drink sitting there can I please take it". This is becoming a problem because I order mobile for convenience of going in and out no problem but I mind as well order at the register because they prioritize that more than mobile! read more
