Let me tell you... I was NOT disappointed. We drove about 35 minutes from Temecula, and it was hands down the best decision ever. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The ambiance was clean and such a good vibe--made the whole experience even better. Moses and David were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The food here was far better than expected. The wife and I were both pleasantly surprised by the flavor and the very large portion size. The loaded Mac and cheese was excellent and the 4 tender combo was also very good but the garlic bread could have had more flavor. The inside is like any other quick food restaurant in town but from what I could tell it was primarily a pick up and take home restaurant. The food came out hot and quickly which is always a plus. I'm so incredibly happy that we made the choice! The wings are super flavorful while keeping the meat itself still juicy and tender. We ordered Buffalo, hot, medium, Korean bbq, and lemon pepper, and every single flavor was a hit. We were getting tons of compliments on the wings, and my husband, who we specifically ordered the wings for, said this is now his favorite place. ZERO STARS -- ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK Let me save somebody some time, gas, and money. My visit to Buffalo Jacks was hands-down one of the worst wing experiences I've ever had in my life . The wings tasted like they were pre-fried, reheated, dry as sand, and straight up OLD. Not "overcooked"... I'm talking about that stale, been-sitting-around-all-day type of taste that makes you instantly regret spending your money. Trying to fix it with sauce was a joke. The mango habanero was absolutely disgusting -- weird flavor, no balance, just nasty. When I calmly told the cashier / waiter that the wings were gross, he became visibly offended and immediately went into defense mode, hovering around like he was waiting for us to start begging for a refund. That energy alone made the whole situation awkward and uncomfortable. News flash: customers should be able to give feedback without being treated like they're starting a fight. The atmosphere inside was just as bad as the food. No music. No TVs. No welcoming vibe. Just a dull, lifeless room with dirty floors that make you question what the kitchen must look like . The sodas and other beverages were so watered down they tasted like flavored tap water. And let's talk about that warm ranch... because WHY was ranch dressing served warm?? After eating it, my wife ended up dealing with serious stomach issues shortly after. That right there crossed the line from bad dining to straight up concerning. The only reason this place isn't getting completely dragged into oblivion is because the fries were actually good -- fresh, crispy, and seasoned right. But let's be real... good fries can't rescue old wings, nasty sauce, poor customer service, questionable cleanliness, and a dead, uncomfortable environment. Bottom line: this place is not worth the price, not worth the drive, and definitely not worth the risk to your stomach. The wings here are sooo good! Very delicious and the sauce is great! We got the Korean bbq and some Mac n cheese and it's was creamy and tasty. We also got two mocha frappes and they were so yummy! The veggies were fresh and tasty too. Also good customer service. read more

They show you a photo of this big chicken chunk on the Nashville sandwich, and then when i got it, I had 2 thin chicken tenders on my sandwich instead. Had they showed their final product properly, I probably would have got something else or went somewhere else. Now I can't help but feel ripped off for what they gave me and for the price of the sandwich in the photo. My favorite item at Buffalo jacks is their fried pickles. I got their fried shrimp sandwich. The bread was very soft and the shrimp was nice and crisp,but I think that I am not a fan of too much sauce so I just ate the shrimp on the side. My daughter got the ham and cheese croissant sandwich and it was hot and it was really big. She couldn't eat it all and she doesn't like hot sandwiches. Both the shrimp sandwich and ham croissant are super runny. So be prepared to wash your hands after. read more

I am very happy! I love about 5 minutes from this spot and have wanted to try it since it opened. I finally did tonight and I am so pleased with everything. The service was incredible, the person taking my order was so kind and welcoming. The food was hot, fresh and crispy! You can tell everything is made fresh to order, not refried. The fries were so crispy and you can tell they keep their oil clean. The Nashville chicken was plenty hot! I ordered extra hot and loved it. Fried pickles were delicious. Peach strawberry tea was wonderful. You can tell they really care about making good food and making their customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Will definitely be back! read more

I've been eyeballing this place for a long time but never pulled the trigger. I finally went in and got the chicken sandwich combo and tried two chicken tenders. I thought the food was great and competitively priced. It was freshly cooked with a large portion of fries and a refillable drink. I met what I believe are the owners of this location. They were very nice and welcoming, they seemed to genuinely appreciate our first visit. The store itself has a nice atmosphere and was very clean. Instead of driving to the other side of town to Dave's Hot Chicken I thought we'd try this place. Customer service was so bad we didn't even get through the order. The man who took our order was extremely condescending and just flat out rude! I couldn't believe it.
