I've been to quite a few Wingstop locations, and one thing that immediately stands out to me is the consistency of the chicken. Dry wings are a major red flag for any wing place, and thankfully the Hemet location has consistently delivered fresh, juicy wings every time I've gone. I have yet to receive a dry batch from this location. The food is also prepared in a timely manner relative to customer flow. Even when they're busy, the wait usually feels reasonable and the quality doesn't seem sacrificed for speed. The wings taste fresh, the sauces are well coated, and the fries are usually hot and fresh as well. Overall, this location seems to have solid quality control and consistency compared to many other fast food wing spots. Definitely one of the better Wingstop experiences I've had. read more

I came here a few days ago to see if the review of them not cleaning their hands was true. When I first got in I see three males, one preparing the wings, the cashier, and I'm assuming the "manager or shift lead" was behind the wall (on a computer or on his phone) in view where I can see his body but not his hands. As I was deciding what to order, the cashier stepped away to help prepare a takeout order and then immediately began handling food bags without washing his hands. Shortly afterward, a manager or shift lead came out from the back and started placing fries into serving trays without washing his hands as well. I observed him touching the fries directly to keep them from falling out of the tray. At the same time, the employee preparing the wings appeared to reuse a bowl that had already been used previously, as there was still sauce residue left in it from prior use. These practices gave the impression of poor cleanliness and a lack of proper food safety standards. Employees handling food should wash their hands appropriately, and food preparation equipment should be cleaned or replaced between uses. Overall, the experience raised concerns about sanitation and health safety at this location. I decided to use caution, not order from here and walk away. read more

Wow, what great service! I was greeted right away, very kindly when I came in. The gentleman explained to me the ordering and pick up time, so now I know my order will be super fresh! We all know wingstop is good but the service you get puts it over the top, well done guys! Restaurant was nice and clean too! Bonus! read more

Wingstop had the best deals! Fast service and super friendly! Noah & Nicholas were amazing. Food is always fresh.

Service was fast and efficient! Shout out to Andre for making the magic happen we truly appreciate your service! Thank you Wingstop! :)

I visit here often, Erwin has exceptional customer service. Very accommodating and clean. Overall great location!

As I'm waiting for my order, I look into the kitchen and see that the guy preparing the orders is wiping his gloveless hands on his nose and butt cheeks then touching the food that he is preparing. The cashier is rubbing his nose, face and handing customer receipts. Then going to the kitchen without washing his hands and proceeding to cook food. This place definitely needs to work on their health standards. read more

Wingstop - It's not 10 pieces to me!!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Hemet, California

Welp I should have listened to the reviews! I called and placed my order at 1:34pm and was told it would be ready in 13 min. I decided to give them more time and came at 2:10pm and was told another 5 min! Can you guess 5 min later and it's still not ready! Being told "a few more minutes" I ordered ahead of time because I am on a tight schedule. Wait times given are not accurate and staff does not have a sense of urgency to keep quoted times. Waited another 20 min. It's safe to say you will always have a wait even if you place the order ahead of time they will not make your food until you arrive. Very disappointed. read more

Me and my girlfriend came here the other day to pick up an online order. Online order says it was completed but we actually showed up 30 minutes late to pick it up since we had a bad experience on a different time coming on time and still having to wait about 30 minutes. But anyway we came in and lots of customers waiting and sitting around waiting for their food as well. There was probably like about 15 plus people waiting all at once and never seen it so busy. So I decided to wait about 10 minutes at the front but as I was waiting more people showed up and none of the employees were acknowledging any of us really. I get that it can get busy and they want to complete the order but still no employee acknowledged really any of us waiting. So I actually started to kinda politely yell out to get their attention and was ignored. About a minute later they get a phone call order and she approaches to answer it, after the call I potentially ask her if she can see if my order was ready. Sure enough it was ready and was just sitting there with about 3 other orders. Little frustrated because this could have easily been a better experience if one of them came to check on any of us to see if any of the orders for the people waiting were here. They need to understand that stuff like that can literally make the difference it great customer service. As far as the food, it did out great for the most part but the size of some of the wings were much smaller than other places like Buffalo Wild Wings. If you're gonna order from here hopefully you have a much better experience than we did. read more

I came in to pick up an online order on 2/25/25. The employees told me they were making it so I proceeded to wait in the lobby. I ended up waiting 10 minutes before asking about my order to be told they never received my order. So the first employee that I talked to, just straight up lied to me without verifying my order. All it takes is double checking your POS to see if my order is in the system instead of being too lazy to check and making up an answer. So then I ended up having to wait 30 minutes total just to get my order. Don't come here. It's a waste your time. read more

This place is horrible!! Our order is always wrong! We order extra sauces (that are at an extra fee) and they can't even put the sauces in the order?!?! You would think that with the horrible reviews no one (including myself) would order from this place....or management would step up and make things right!!!!! Won't be ordering from this place EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! read more

How is this guy Matt even a manager. Horrible customer service. Never going to this location again. Always short on the orders, cold ass food and service is trash! read more

Erwin was very respectful an funny he seem very stressed but kept everything under control!!!

Do not order anything to be delivered. They screw it up every time. This will be the last time we ever order from them again. We pay extra to have it delivered. It comes ice cold and missing half the order. We called and they put our name in the book. "Next time it will be on us". 2 weeks later we call and are told sorry we have a 7 day policy. So they basically stole money from me because I was stupid enough to believe they would keep their word. Unfortunately we had already ordered on the wingstop app. So guess what happens, we ordered 40 wings and got 10 wings. $70 for 10 wings wow talk about a ripoff. So I called the wingstop again and after 15 minutes on hold Cheryl the manager came on and gave me attitude. Said Door Dash must have stolen my food. I wish I had seen the reviews before. It looks like this is a chronic condition. Never ever go to this place. I just looked up the health rating for them. I want to vomit now and think I'm glad I didn't get my food. Disgusting! read more

Ordered online for a specific pick up time two hours in advance. Get there at the specific time and they said the wings are not ready. When I ask how can an order that was placed two hours in advance be so late she said "I'm not the one cooking back there". I Ended up having to wait 20 more minutes until order was ready. Then they forget items of my order and sides of ranch are only 1/3 of cup full. This the 3rd time they forget an item. Seems like this location has bad customer service these days. The crew that was there a few years ago was more friendly and more precise with orders. read more

Had one of worst experiences here! Was met by a very rude lady name Jeanette. I had tried to ask her about special on Monday/Tuesday and she snapped at me!! I placed an online order, gave them a bit extra time so went a bit later then it said it would be ready. Wingstop - This is me on my way to wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Hemet, California

First time coming to a wing stop. Very disappointed. My son and I were looking at the menu while the the kid that cooks the food kept coming to the counter every 30 seconds to see what we were ordering. I felt rushed, I even asked the young man if they were in a hurry, letting him know it was my first time and we were looking. So me and my son ordered, got our drink cups. We walked over to fill our drinks and the young man walks our food out. Not sure how it was finished so quickly. We decided to eat inside. My son had 2 wings as well as myself. They smelled and tasted like cardboard. I'm not sure how this happens with wings. But we put our remainder food in the bag and left. I do not recommend this establishment whatsoever. They young men are rude and very unprofessional, even for a small wing spot. read more

Update to my previous review of July 21st, 2024: a few days later another manager called( I assume the store general manager). While he was passably pleasant over the phone, he still copped a mild attitude because when he called, he said the wrong name and I told him it was the wrong number before I hung up. When he called back a minute later, he proceeded to scold me for not catching his spelling of my name and confirming that was indeed ME. Excuse me for missing that spelling while I was trying to drive, my safety is paramount. While he did eventually apologize for the original incident of July 21st, I was left with the impression that it was simply "lip service" because they were unhappy with all my online reviews about this store. Yes, I'm on a crusade to leave reviews and negative feedback anywhere I can. I don't forgive or forget. In fact, this manager proceeded to make excuses for the previous manager who was unprofessional on the 21st, claiming that that employee was "the best manager ever in that store" (insert me rolling my eyes). Supposedly, the excuse was that the manager on duty behaved that way because they were receiving prank calls, hence why he didn't identify himself, didn't offer a solution, and laughed at my complaints. Well, as a previous executive myself at various levels with various corporations I am appalled that this MOD was the best your store has to offer. I shiver thinking what the rest of your employees and managers must be like. When the most unprofessional, immature, incapable of distinguishing a "prank call" from a true complaint by an adult and unhappy customer is "THE BEST" then your store needs serious help with hiring better management who are the face of your operations. To summarize: while the second manager made a half-hearted and unsuccessful attempt to justify the incident, in the end he failed to provide any true rectifying solutions. I did make it clear I was not looking for a refund or anything else, they simply lost a multitude of customers from my whole circle of friends and family. None of us is desperate to order at Wingstop, we are Italians and can cook better than them on any given day. They lost the business of hundreds of my peeps, because when you wrong one Italian, you wrong ALL OF US. It's called the "domino effect", look it up! read more

The food here always disappoints. When ordering through their mobile app it's always a 50/50 for me to get this location or a neighboring one as I live between both. I always hope that they can redeem themselves and get it right but that's never the case. It's failed order after failed order. The temperature of the wings were fine but these were not up to my standard and if this is wing stops in hemet new standard this is pretty scary. The time before this that I ordered through their app. It was never delivered to me. I received notification that the driver picked it up at 11pm. At 12:05 the driver sent me a text saying sorry they are closed. I'm 99.9% the driver ate my order. DoorDash did not do anything since I ordered through the mobile app of wingstop.
