Ordered a 10 piece wing combo. 5 habanero, mango, and five barbecue all drums and flats. I have ordered from Wingstop many times and this order was terrible because the wings were so overcooked. I couldn't eat half of it. read more

Last night 8/13 around 11pm I ordered through the mobile app and had my husband pick up the order, he came home and the bag itself was covered in grease and oil as I pick up the 20 piece we ordered it was covered in wet grease i open it completely and see a pool of oil drenched in my food leaking to my fries, my ranch looked brown on the outside just from sitting in the bag Im currently pregnant so the look of it made me disgusted. I called 12 DIFFERENT TIMES! nobody answered and they don't close until 1. This morning I woke up and called again nobody answered me:/ so I came all the way down this morning and the staff had no problem remaking my food I waited about 20 minutes until they come up to me and asked what the order was ?? after i didn't just give them the receipt!! I had to repeat to them what I ordered‍. won't be returning to this location. read more

As expected, the food is always tasty! But also as expected, it's always super busy so the wait times are extended even if you place an order online. You'll still be waiting 15 minutes in the establishment even though you ordered the wings 15 minutes ago and drive another 10. Food doesn't miss so ultimately it's worth the wait. read more

I have went to over 10 different Wingstop locations and I can say this wingstop is easily my favorite one. All the employees are amazing and very nice and always respectful , especially Monique. The food is good but I ordered something at 7:01 for carryout at 7:45 which gives them a good minute to make it but they're taking their sweet time making every other order and they haven't even started making it, keep in mine they aren't busy and they have more than enough staff to get everything done but still haven't gotten it. if you want good wings but are willing to wait over an hour maybe 1 hour and 39 minutes then go here other wise go somewhere else. read more

They need a new staff; i ordered door dash and ordered classic and paid extra for it get home and there all boneless, called store they tried to say i didnt order bone in but i have door dash order and pictures of ticket on bag, they wrote name down for me to get wings next day. I go in next day no one comes to register manager does and shes friendly but the two women making the wings is rude all straight faced and giving manager attitude and a fake personality to me, i asked how long it takes for wings to be done because i needed to run outside real quick and she proceeded with a rude face saying well it all depends what u order and how many get i was confused and asked mine are already being made? She rolled her eyes and said ill check and said right now i was polite and just brushed off how she was wished her a good night BUT i get home and open wings again order messed up there bone in but mixed both my flavors together instead of separating them, who wants wing flavors mixed?? Never mess with someones foods, cus if they were in my shoes they'd be acting the same way and be upset. Food isnt cheap and should be made way were requesting if you dont want to be there then dont work there we all go through things work is not where u take it out on people.. definately needs new staff wont be back read more

I visited Wing stop store at 1821 S. San Jacinto CA 92583. I could not believe how filthy the store was. It looked like the floor had not been mopped since the last shift the night before, there were empty boxes towards the back of the store, food under the fryers. The front lobby was just as bad if not worse as the back. Ask for the store manager or someone in charge. Was told the store manager was currently out due to personal problems and the date of her return was uncertain. That may have explained why self-proclaimed crew lead was sitting in the back of the store doing absolutely nothing but talking. While her store resembled a Oklahoma Tornado. What made it even worse, there were no customers in the store. Don't attempt to call corporate because you will receive is the run if you are even l-lucky enough to get through to anyone. read more

not ever comeback they are rude they make you feel like uncomfortable and they like to make comment about how fake you look and when they fuck up on your order they want to say that your wrong and give attitude and i will never come back and the girl that did all this was Emily just because you have a bad day does mean have a bad ass attitude and that is not professional and I was missing food and she made everything they mix spice when it was not supposed to DO NOT COME HERE IF HAVE A GOOD DAY read more

I placed an order for boneless wings but received bone-in wings instead. When I called to let them know, I was told I had to bring the order back, which would take 20 minutes of my time that I don't have. Honestly, the order should have been right from the beginning. To make things worse, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and eventually just hung up. Very frustrating experience and not the kind of customer service I expected. read more

wort wingstop in hemet i was speaking to a "manager" she is just so rude i told her i couldn't drive to the store for her to remake an order she messed up on honestly i've worked with wingstop and people like her need write ups cause this is ridiculous, they really need new hires atelast in the manager side of things and even the cooks serving someone cold wings and 6 carrots sticks instead of ten is something no one should go thru i feel like the employees in the store know what there doing and don't care it isn't the first or second time they mess up my order read more

Very poor food quality. Ordered bone in wings both orders were extremely over cooked. Very disappointed

Holy shitake mushrooms, Batman. Found ourselves in Hemet/San Jacinto visiting family, and the kids informed me they wanted pizza and wings. As they vacillated about toppings, they landed at "we don't want pizza, we just want wings." OK. Cancel the delivery order... I drove out into the urban wilderness, navigating with Yelp to find this Wingstop, closest listing to my brother in law's home. Parked, walked in. First time in a Wingstop, and wasn't really sure what to expect. Now, I know costs and rents and distribution and labor and franchise fees and insurance and everything else went up, but holy buckets this is stupid expensive. North of 17 bucks for 10 wings, fries and a self-serve fountain drink? Maybe if it came with a gallon of diesel and a pack of Big League Chew... The gentleman behind the counter asked what I would like, and offered me time to decide. I thanked him and kinda sat there perusing the menu while he returned to some work in the kitchen area. Nice fellow, but he didn't come back; eventually, another young lady approached me at the counter. I said hello. No response. She was on the phone. Haha! On her cell. She finally asked what I would like without looking up, ostensibly keying in her ID on the register. I started to order, and she made a "psh!" Sound, turned on her heel, and walked away. What just happened? Is she mad at me? She came back holding a cash drawer for the register... ok, she had to get it ready. Still on the phone saying "yeah... freal? Uh huh..." No "sorry about that," no hint of concern. Im still cool at this point-- I'm not here for a blind date, just want some wings for my kids. She stopped moving around, and I quickly sputtered out my order, trying not to interrupt the cashier's phone call. ??? Young lady never looked up, just quoted a price staring at her phone, and finally telling whoever was on the other end she had a customer. When she told me it would be 35 minutes, she lost that customer. I asked to cancel my order, put my credit card back in my wallet, and headed out the door, questioning what just happened. I'm not mad, I'm not outraged, I didn't really even care... I guess I was just kinda surprised and amused and annoyed about the whole thing. Seriously, this was my first and probably last trip to a Wingstop. ... and I've never had a chance to eat the food. Still had to find some wings for my kids, and had to solve that problem a different way. It's OK, though... just profound how the expectations of one another on both sides of the counter have changed over the years. Would have been cheaper to buy and cook 5 whole chickens at Stater Brothers up the street, and cook the wings. I ended up going that direction, and it was better anyway. read more

Horrible experience. Ordered food for delivery (September 10) and received the wrong order. Called and the manager said my food was there and I could go pick up or get a refund. I opted for refund because the whole point of delivery was I didn't have to drive. After a week I contacted the store and was advised my refund would be issued in a couple of days. After still not receiving the refund I went to their website. I was contacted by their District Manager Juan Gamino who was supposed to get it sorted. As of October 9th he's only response has been "Is been processed" I then messaged Wingstop via FaceBook Messenger and was told they would assist. The last contact from Wingstop was 10/11/2023 and no refund has been issued and no responses to my additional attempts at contact. read more

Ok I don't like leaving bad reviews so here it goes, there is two wingstops in the San Jacinto / Hemet area. The one in San Jacinto is terrible. This is our second time ordering here. The first time was about 8 months ago. On the first occasion, we ordered delivery and the hour came and still no food. So we call, they said oh no one has shown up to pick up. I'm Like oookkk so why didn't you call me after seeing the food sitting there for half an hour. I'm paying for delivery and tip. I expect to at least get a call saying hey no one is here, do you want to pick up. Any way. We end up heading over and the girl tried to give me the cold food. Even after we asked for it hot since we had to go pick it up... 15 minutes later we get fresh food and after all of that it is now after 9 pm. This time. My brother ordered delivery. The food arrives...minus my order. So we call to fix the problem and get my meal. M**la answered the phone and begins to be rude to my brother. Saying, We need to bring in our whole order to get the chicken then started telling him that she put the order together, and argues that we received it. She wanted the food to travel back and forth and refused to make it fresh, it would be cold by then. Then all of a sudden she says fine when do we want to pick it up? Well, Right now because we ordered food to eat and didn't receive the food. Then she hangs up on him. We don't need your hostile energy because of business error. If you don't like your job, don't project on others. Please Don't let her talk to customers, she'll drive people away. Oh by the way I had to get home to reheat the food. read more

This wing stop isn't always bad , but from my experience never order during the day seems like the cooks during the day put no effort in making the food. Example went in today for 6 Piece bone in wings they put a lack of seasoning looks like i got plain wings! Then i asked for well done and the skin was super rubbery still i couldn't even eat it . Energy and customer service is also a hit or miss with them, some of their staff which mainly works night actually can cook and have good customer service just double check your food before leaving due to this place being inconsistent with orders. read more

Don't go here, last time my brownies were under cooked, and wings were dry. This time they didn't add my brownies to the order. Asked for an extra brownie to drive back to there location to get my brownies they didn't put in the bag. She said technically we can't do that. Horrible customer service! read more

It's an hit or miss some days when the team lead is there and cooking the food is fresh hot and correct to order. Other times the food is the complete opposite, Overall 6/10 for food. But, the ambiance and costumer service and management is a positive vibe for sure 10/10. read more

This wingstop in San Jacinto is legit trash. The workers are just as bland as the wings they serve you, which by the way are cold. Don't bother ordering online because when you arrive you will be waiting another 15 minutes, save yourself the misery and make your own. read more

I ordered online since I'm on my lunch break and don't have time to wait at the restaurant. I ordered boneless wings with atomic sauce, I love super spicy so I was craving some saucy super spicy wings and some fries. I walked in and two other people were standing there that have not been help yet, I stood there waiting for an employee to greet or help someone for 11 minutes, finally an employee picked up a bag already on the shelf ready to go and called my name. There is zero customer service here. I would not even say there is sauce on my wings, it looks like they accidently bumped into some sauce and tried to get the sauce off, and the fries were undercooked and soggy. I will not be back and will go to Hemet location where they actually put sauce on your wings. read more

My chicken wings were overdone and dry I did have the garlic Parmesan. I'd like to try it again with more sauce.

Ordered wings for dinner after work and got all flats with barely any seasoning. Fries were cold after I was told my order was being made when I walked in. Workers were dancing and singing to loud music. Every time she asked a customer for the name of the order they had to repeat it 3-4 times. Place is usually good but tonight I'm not sure what happen. read more

I ordered online. I showed up to pick up my order and waited 30 mins.. finally I asked where my order was. The order was lost somehow so they told me another 10 mins. They made it, called me name, so I got my order, headed to the car, only to find out it was missing stuff. Went back inside to retrieve the rest of my order. Returned an hour later for another order, this time I ordered in person. Still the same result. Waited for over 30 mins for a small simple order. This place is terrible. 0/10, do not recommend. read more
