It looked like the floor had not been mopped since the last shift the night before, there were empty boxes towards the back of the store, food under the fryers. The front lobby was just as bad if not worse as the back. Ask for the store manager or someone in charge. Was told the store manager was currently out due to personal problems and the date of her return was uncertain. That may have explained why self-proclaimed crew lead was sitting in the back of the store doing absolutely nothing but talking. While her store resembled a Oklahoma Tornado. I drove out into the urban wilderness, navigating with Yelp to find this Wingstop, closest listing to my brother in law's home. Parked, walked in. First time in a Wingstop, and wasn't really sure what to expect. Now, I know costs and rents and distribution and labor and franchise fees and insurance and everything else went up, but holy buckets this is stupid expensive. North of 17 bucks for 10 wings, fries and a self-serve fountain drink? Maybe if it came with a gallon of diesel and a pack of Big League Chew... The gentleman behind the counter asked what I would like, and offered me time to decide. I thanked him and kinda sat there perusing the menu while he returned to some work in the kitchen area. Nice fellow, but he didn't come back; eventually, another young lady approached me at the counter. I said hello. No response. She was on the phone. Haha! On her cell. She finally asked what I would like without looking up, ostensibly keying in her ID on the register. I started to order, and she made a "psh!" Sound, turned on her heel, and walked away. I'm constantly in pain and can't make the trip back but I'm gonna eat haven't eaten all day but was told If I eat my food they won't fix it. Horrible experience. Ordered food for delivery (September 10) and received the wrong order. Called and the manager said my food was there and I could go pick up or get a refund. I opted for refund because the whole point of delivery was I didn't have to drive. After a week I contacted the store and was advised my refund would be issued in a couple of days. After still not receiving the refund I went to their website. I was contacted by their District Manager Juan Gamino who was supposed to get it sorted. As of October 9th he's only response has been "Is been processed" I then messaged Wingstop via FaceBook Messenger and was told they would assist. The last contact from Wingstop was 10/11/2023 and no refund has been issued and no responses to my additional attempts at contact. read more

Ok I don't like leaving bad reviews so here it goes, there is two wingstops in the San Jacinto / Hemet area. The one in San Jacinto is terrible. This is our second time ordering here. The first time was about 8 months ago. On the first occasion, we ordered delivery and the hour came and still no food. So we call, they said oh no one has shown up to pick up. I'm Like oookkk so why didn't you call me after seeing the food sitting there for half an hour. I'm paying for delivery and tip. I expect to at least get a call saying hey no one is here, do you want to pick up. Any way. We end up heading over and the girl tried to give me the cold food. Even after we asked for it hot since we had to go pick it up... 15 minutes later we get fresh food and after all of that it is now after 9 pm. This time. My brother ordered delivery. The food arrives...minus my order. So we call to fix the problem and get my meal. M**la answered the phone and begins to be rude to my brother. Saying, We need to bring in our whole order to get the chicken then started telling him that she put the order together, and argues that we received it. She wanted the food to travel back and forth and refused to make it fresh, it would be cold by then. Then all of a sudden she says fine when do we want to pick it up? Well, Right now because we ordered food to eat and didn't receive the food. Then she hangs up on him. We don't need your hostile energy because of business error.If you don't like your job, don't project on others. Please Don't let her talk to customers, she'll drive people away. This wing stop isn't always bad , but from my experience never order during the day seems like the cooks during the day put no effort in making the food. Example went in today for 6 Piece bone in wings they put a lack of seasoning looks like i got plain wings! Then i asked for well done and the skin was super rubbery still i couldn't even eat it . There is zero customer service here.
