Been coming here for years since I moved to SJ and never had a problem until we got a server named Alexis. She's normally by the bar area and she has a nasty ass attitude. First time we had her we thought maybe she was overwhelmed due to the service and attitude she gave us and still tipped her even tho her service and attitude didn't deserve a tip. Next time we came she was throwing things at us, wouldn't take our order and we had to be constantly asking and she would walk away leaving us talking so we reported her to manager and got a new server that day. Few weeks later we came again and she wasn't serving us but when she would come to bar areas she would just be rolling her eyes so I even asked if she had a problem. Today we came in and mind you it's dead bc of 4th of July and she chooses to ignore us and we have to ask if she can take our order and all upset she takes drink orders and even serving beer she overspills and gives us drinks and walks away. Alexis is amazing. She always makes you feel welcomed, and has a great personality. She gauges well how the guest need to be interacted with. As a fellow server she does a great balance of being talkative/ engaging when needed, but also when I come in overstimulated from guest interactions she can totally tell when I just need to be checked on here and there. I have been to many Buffalo Wild Wings in the past but this location really impressed me. The restaurant layout with the TVs makes this BWW one of my favorites. Desiree was behind the bar. Very friendly and very fast with her drinks. She even made a couple menu selections which we really loved. Definitely set the tone for a great experience. The GM Thelma was extremely friendly as well, She got our college bowl game on for us in no time. The customer service is really awesome at this location. We will definitely be back. I hate writing bad reviews and this is more about door dash but that is the only way they deliver. I ordered my food and was delivered someone else's food when I texted the girl that delivered it she told me that it had my name on it so I texted her the picture with the another girls name on it. She said she was going back to get my food so I called the restaurant and after being in hold a few times and talking to a few different people they said I had to go thru door dash so I called them and two hours later I did get my order. Came here for lunch at around 12pm on January 10th 2025. Charlene the cashier took my order . I asked for 2 bacon patty melts with Cajun rub fries as my side and a large sprite . Food Not Great! I usually go here for happy hour, so I was not aware how expensive the food was on regular menu. My friend and I had lunch and it was not good at all. Her boneless wings were way overcooked she couldn't even eat some pieces because they were so hard. My chicken sandwich was just OK, and the service was not great. Servers everywhere seem to be very unfriendly and unwelcoming. When we told our server about my friends boneless wings she didn't try to make any kind of accommodations whatsoever so we had asked to speak to the manager.
