Ok, hear me out. There was a note on the menu stating that sandwiches are made with cheese bread but I was not expecting pizza dough. As you can see from the pictures the sandwich bread is the same as the pizza bread. And don't get me started on actually eating the sandwich. Both my son and I could eat the second half of the sandwich because our jaws were so sore from chewing. We ate only the inside of the second half. And boxed the pizza to go. Not to mention that when we arrived there were about 12 people in the whole place so I thought the service would be fast. While the waitress was great the kitchen for some reason was incredibly slow. My son and I order two sandwiches and a small pizza which took about 40 minutes from order to table. Crazy! And no update to let us know the kitchen was running slow or anything. Then once we get the food, to find out they are a little skimpy on the ingredients. The pros, the place was clean and open. Lots of games and entertainment options but the food was a major let down. I've been here a couple times , the arcade for the kids is alright . Sometimes the machines are off or don't have prizes in them . Also the prizes that you can get from redeeming tickets are ok at best . The food is always good though . Recommend the hot wings ! Also the service is always good here . read more

The place is not really that noticeable it was dark. The TVs are rarely small in there. There is like no one there like all the games did not work There was no prizes and I saw some prizes from Dollar tree for a lot of tickets and the next day the food gave me diarrhea and the service was very slow and there was no one in there. read more

Service took foreverrrrr! Waited about 15-20 minutes till a server came over. Games in the arcade didn't work. It's not a huge arcade so the choices they do have should work. The young girl at the ticket counter had the absolute worse attitude and no patience. Snapped at my son to wait his turn when she was literally talking to me and I'm like he's mine. She shut her mouth real quick. Chuck E Cheese has better pizza and the 4 kids that ate the chicken wings all were throwing up the next day. No chance am I returning. Went to Megabites for karaoke night. We received exceptional service from Bethany. She was knowledgeable and very helpful .

Went to Mega Bites for a family Saturday with dinner and games. Bethany was our waitress and she is amazing. We have been to Mega Bites before but never have we had Bethany. She introduced herself, shared the specials and checked on us diligently. She was pleasant and she let us know when she was going on break and checked back with is when she came back. Amazing customer service! The staff was super helpful from planning/booking a party to the day leading up to the party! My daughter had the best birthday celebrating it here! Everyone was raving about how delicious the pizzas were! My waitress was awesome! She kept coming in to check if I need anything and always made sure the pitchers were refilled! Ordered 48 chicken wings, two hours in advance. I showed up. They were ready to go. Added an order of onion rings. I asked two different employees while I was waiting for order. If they came with celery and carrots. They both said yes it comes with it. I also ask for ranch and blue cheese , I never got, blue cheese, celery n carrots Only in one container, and they threw it in with the hot chicken wings. By the time I got home. I had steamed carrots, and celery. Oh and three tiny containers of nice warm ranch , Whatever I did get , I was told it's all in there. It's in the boxes. Also, I got three tiny little containers of ranch for 48 wings.??!!! I am so glad I had my own ranch at home. I used to love this place. I used to go there every Sunday. Yesterday, we had planned our daughter's birthday at a different venue and the power went out! We called MegaBites and they immediately accommodated a party of 30! And they did it with smiles on their faces. The food was great and they absolutely gave my daughter a birthday to remember instead of "the birthday party that got cancelled." Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a Cesar salad this is what i got. I got lettuce, no parmasian cheese, chicken the size of a raisen or smaller. I was shocked. I thought it would be nice strips of chicken, they threw a ton of croutons to make up for lack of chicken. Get this, they gave me side of Italian dressing. I wanted a Cesar's salad. Where the hell does Italian dressing fit in on this mess? If i was the owner I'd be so embarrassed to serve this salad. NEVER AGAIN. AWFUL. Here's a pic of the ck they gave me. Ps. The food here is pretty good. The kids atmosphere is awesome, your kids will definitely get worn out with all of the things to do. They even have things for the parents with all of the big screen TV's and a full bar! They have plenty of servers so the service is good as well, just know when the bar gets slammed, sometimes the drinks do take a while. I highly recommend the pizza rolls (my favorite) and the mozzarella sticks (my daughters favorite). read more

ok so i seen this place that i thought would be like Johns Incredible Pizza. It has somewhat same vibe and it was closer so i said lets try it. so the place looks nice inside and clean. we said lets have the kids play first then we eat. we went into the game room and sad to say it is small area. not much of games but the kids enjoyed it but used most of card on same games. i think if they add more it would be even better. and the air hockey game does not work well. like it needs more air flow and puck kept stopping in the center. kids couldn't even teach for it so now the food not going ti lie the kids menu was nice. 7.99 and they get to choose but i will suggest to go with personal pizza it is a good size. good size pizza, fries on the side and drink. good portion so thumbs up on that. one ordered the nuggets and got "full" but i tried one and the texture was more like fried fish from inside. i know cus i love fish and chips. so i know the texture of it and thats how it felt when i bit into the chicken nuggets. maybe kid did not like that since there use to texture of chicken like home made or McNuggets if you know what i mean. so food was good but took a minute to get service and order and then after being served it was a brutal on getting service to get refills for the kids as no one checked on us for a long time...very long time. so those few hiccups is why its a 3 star. just maybe bring it up at front if you can hve someone check up on you every know and then ;) read more

There is a bartender there who smiled and was friendly to my fiance but completely unprofessional to me. She verbally assaulted and threatened me. The manager didn't care. I even informed the staff that she dug up into her behind, then didn't wash her hands before continuing to share drinks. It was repulsive and sickening. You should fear more than catching COVID!!! If you're not sickened by that, the food also makes you sick! This place should be shut down. I've had a few visits by now, and EVERY visit has been bad. read more

They upgraded the playroom which was a total downgrade from what it was before. Cool carpet a couple new games, switched to card play instead of token and was a total waste of money. We spent 20 bucks in 3 minutes, no one told us our pizza was done, we came back to a cold pizza. The lady with red hair got us a hot one, but the fact is , we have come here time and time again.
