Fun place but the pizza needs some adjustments not enough sauce on it honestly but I'll be back

Second time here and we noticed that's it's under a new management and it's renovated. It looks so good! We took our girls to enjoy some delicious pizza and wings ! Our favorite was the wings their are so big and full of meat ! The girls had so much while we enjoyed some good mix drinks. Super affordable !!! The workers there were so nice to the kids and friendly, they have Karaoke in Monday so we definitely will be back to enjoy it. Went tonight, first time since the change of ownership. The restaurant was a lot cleaner than it was in the past. I was looking forward to to trying the food. After ordering, which they had no specials so the pizza is very expensive. The pizza came out and it was a glorified frozen pizza. The medium pizza was so small. The wings were still cold, the ranch was like water and the Fettuccine Alfredo was horrible. Super disappointed. I will never take the kids back. If your reading this I hope the food is better when you go. read more

The management here is horrible, comes off condescending and says weird remarks out of the blue. Takes personal time while he's on the floor even though customers are waiting. Very unprofessional and very disappointing because I used to love bringing my family here. I had a good waiter one time and I have not seen him since. read more

Well, where do I start! We have been coming here since our girls were toddlers. They are teenagers now. I would say we ate here a few times a year. This last Saturday we went down to eat some good pizza. We were a total of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids. When we arrived the hostes told us that they can't seat groups of 8 because all of the tables are reserved. As we peeked into the restaurant, half of the tables were empty, but ok. So, I asked for two booths or two tables that were close to each other. Again, it the restaurant did not look packed. The hostess tells us that they can't give us to tables or two booths close to each other, because that would confuse the servers too much. WTF! What kind of servers do they have working there that they can't sit two groups next to each other and take their orders. This is totally whacked and it made no sense. The hostess said I am sorry but we can't help you today. She went on to say, that we should make reservations next time. Again, WTF, its a pizza place. Like I said earlier, we have been coming here for many years and we have even had one of our girls birthday parties here. We live in Menifee and make the extra drive to Hemet, because its always been good. However, this last little show they pulled will forever stop us from visiting there again. We were surprised and very disappointed when we were turned away. You people have lost good paying customers. You turned away good business. NEVER AGAIN! So, don't waste your time. Especially if you are more than 4 people. read more

Its a big o place..lots of potential but a lot of the games do t work and the restroom only had three stalls with two of them broken doesn't work out for as big as a place as it is luckily it wasn't too crowded that day. It has a bar and a DJ some days and a few screens Lane Sports so that's a plus.. don't really remember how the pizza was but the spaghetti was good read more

I've been coming here for year's and never had a problem until the newest owner's took over love the food and atmosphere however the service is alway's horrible the server's are alway's lost and so slow it's hard to get drink or order food the server's just walk by and ignore us. we just left from there and again i was disappointed the last we where there i had to ask for a different server because she never brought us our drinks and we thirsty after eating our food with no drinks. Place is practically dead and it's very sad to see. It looked like they tried to update the place but failed. Most of the arcade games are broken and feels super "ghetto." Not the fun food/drink atmosphere I expected that Dave and busters and other locations offer. Hopefully the location and community try to bring back this place and make it the location to hang out and have fun at. read more

So I ordered this on one of the food delivery apps. They were offering a $10 of $30 deal and I went for it. Look I'm Not picky about my pizza my fav is papa johns for big chains but I love a little Caesar pizza with crazy bread too. I got the couples special was a large pizza I made my topping extra cheese and bbq sauce for the wings. To get the total to $30 I added a garlic twist bread side. Order was perfect. Well I wasn't expecting the most amazing chicken wings. I have been to wing stop and buffalo wing and all the chicken wing joints. Their BBQ sauce chicken wings was just so very good. I will order again soon and try the buffalo sauce. The pizza was good too better then most chains. A solid pizza good dough nice sauce and healthy extra cheese. HOLY COW! Now my review is based off the pricing. Drinks and pizza were a little high but okay considering the pizza was not terrible. Now the games.. 4coins for most games and there's only like 10 games now !?!? And their little prices are really high for a $1 store prize.. Personally I would rather go to shooters, George's Pizza, or heck even the bowling ally. This place absolutely sucks!! We went on a Saturday night and there was maybe 2 other families there. The pizza was not good at all. The dough seemed like it was pre made dough, like the you would buy in a package at the grocery store. It literally tasted like cardboard. I was so sad to learn they no longer offered salad bars, except for Wednesday's, which is totally random! The best part about a pizza place to me is a good fully stocked salad bar! We ordered the antipasto salad and it had hardly any toppings (salami, ham, cheese, olives). It was almost all lettuce. That was a waste of $11. The hot wings were not crispy at all. $12.99 for 12 pieces. Almost all of the games were 4 tokens ($1) and there were not many games for toddlers. They played loud, super slow, and depressing music (Creed and Staind) the whole time we were there. All the TV's were on but none with sound. What's the point of that? I gave one star because I had to in order to leave a review. I will NEVER come back to this place. The food is horrible and it's just a good atmosphere anymore. It's like a big open, empty, dead building now. I MISS THE BIG CHEESE!!!!! That was the best pizza place in town. read more

I've never left a yelp review but was so disappointed in this establishment. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and cheese pizza. I got 2 cheese pizzas and a regular salad.(no dressing) When I notified the waitress she said, well it's not on your receipt that you ordered a chicken Caesar and walked away, no interest in making it right. I had to go to the cashier to request salad dressing. It also wasn't on my receipt that I ordered 2 pizzas. The game machines are a rip off. I lost about $10 in coins in the machines, you put in the amount it says necessary and it does nothing. Half the games didn't work. Games that were supposed to dispense tickets didn't do so. I thought it would be better than Chuck E. Cheese and sadly was not. What a rip off, I'll never go back read more

First time here and I honestly thought I would come back and plan my kids birthday party here we been here in Hemet for over a year and finally had time to check this place out I had a table for me and my four girls and was asked if I can move all my food over to a smaller table due to they had a bigger crowd coming in honesty there was barely enough room for my food and place to place our plates to eat this was really very inconvenience for us to better yet finish eating our food honestly I'll never come back my next stop will have to be Stadium Pizza sorry had to give one star so review can be posted should be - stars then i wondered why they only have 3 stars read more

Of course, this is a fun place for kids but sometimes the machines will eat their tokens and not give out tickets and when we need assistance we always have to hunt someone down to help and it takes forever to find someone because they are usually hanging out in the kitchen...then when we ask for help it's like we are an inconvenience to their social time. The last time I was here it was called "Big Cheese Pizza". All I can say about that place was that I was "Big Time Disappointed". This place, on the other hand, is a vast improvement. The place is clean. Saw a messy accident (kid ate too much, ran around... use your imagination...) and the crew was on top of it quickly. Tables were cleaned & cleared after every group, so there was none of that floating around to find a cleaner table. They were even clearing tables in the middle of our party's long and multiple orders which is awesome. This place is comfortable. The gaming chairs are an excellent touch to their Xbox & PS consoles. They even have cup holders in them. Also, I noticed that there was an employee checking temps in the arcade. This is so important because it's easy to get hot and sweaty during intense sessions of air hockey or some competitive skeeball action. *****Here's a tip: If your kid (or you) is into video games, forgo the arcade games and go for the consoles. They have Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PS4 with a whole bunch of games from shooters to sports games... I even noticed that they had a Lego game (which I was tempted to play). It only costs $4 for an hour which, if you're a parent or an arcade junkie (I'm both!) you know that $4 will not last you anywhere near an hour.***** I'd come back here. Food is decent and the service here is Ok. While some employees worked hard & were friendly, others were borderline snooty which averaged out to an Ok on the service. Came here to watch the UFC fight after everywhere else said they were at maximum capacity. Well it was the same here not one open table chair or counter space to stand at the bar. But than comes the best customer service I have seen in awhile a woman named Susanna says I will help you just wait here she goes into a back room pulls out a small table and lifts it up over her head and navigates through the biggest crowd sets it down than goes back for 2 chairs. We didnt miss Any of the fight and had such a great time and on top of that we ordered some wings and they came out so quick with so many people there we didnt expect to get our food for at least 30min. My experience here today was a disaster! When I first walk in, it was crowded full of kids. After I my dad ordered our meals and getting drinks, I went on the arcade area, and this is where things turn for the worse. I saw a bunch of kids, unsupervised, and crazy. They were throwing a toy football from a claw machine (which I never seen that claw machine before). I put 2 quarters in the coin slot, and it didn't work. When I asked the employee about it, he says it was worth six coins. SIX COINS!! That is like a $1.50! But he gave me 2 quarters back. Half of the arcades were not working. But there was one arcade, (the soccer ball one) was working, but 20 minutes later, that wasn't working either! There's was no employee at the arcades at all except for the kids. There was even one kid who even was climbing on the soccer arcade! The food was good, however it was a little slow for it to come out. A little while later, the kids started leaving which there was some peace. I had a little fun with the arcades, but not much because half weren't working. I Recommend to come when there is not that much people or when there is no party happening. read more
