We came here to experince the augmented reality tour. From the photos it looked like you were going to be walking through some sort of maze. Here is what you get. 1. a very small room with other people. 2. sometimes the AR Glasss glitch and it ruins the immersion. 3. other people doing a different tour and you can hear the sound effect coming from the helmet they are wearing, thus breaking the immersion again. The actual story line and effect were pretty awesome. It was an excellent way to break into VR as a first step. I just wish it wasnt in that cramped room where you can see other people walking around or deal with hyper noisy kids. Would I recommend? Maybe to someone who has never done anything like this before.. If I were to bring an adult friend I think I would be too embarrassed once they saw what they were walking into. We had an awesome time celebrating my son's birthday. It was a very busy Saturday but the staff were very helpful and accomodating especially to our party host Angel. What a pleasant surprise for H town lol. We came to visit family and I took my nephews (ages 6 and 9) here and we loved the concept! Arcade/trampoline park/indoor playground. Love the flight theme and open layout. Kids have the options for trampolines, slides, arcades and more! It felt safe and clean, and they also have a cool outdoor adult private section if anyone wants to catch the game on the big screens, refuel with their menu-snacks and food or just relax while kids explore the park. Check dates, hours and pricing and come support! My only suggestion to the staff is to have all attractions open, especially when it's a busier day- we weren't able to go on the slide because they were understaffed and had it closed and open on rotation. first time at airtopia and will never go again. The bathrooms are disgusting. Every stall was clogged and dirty. They wanted me to pay for socks just to watch my kids play. I was told to move to a different area to watch my son by an employee ( ANALYN) that wasn't able to tell me where there was a sign that said I couldn't wear regular socks to just monitor my son. And when I asked to speak to someone all they said was it is a policy and again could not show me where it is posted in the facility. Would not recommend due to staff. read more

My girls were invited to Airtopia for their dance team kick off party on 9/15/24. We have never been here, but we were excited to check it out. The check in process for a large group or party was efficient and easy. Tip: fill out your waivers in advance! The team was able to jump and play for 2 hours. Plus they had a party room reserved and the kids had pizza and drinks, plus they were able to put their shoes and belongings in the party room. The party zone had a massive TV playing football. There was also plenty of reservable tables outside of the party rooms for different parties to happen at once. They did run out of paper plates and cups, so we had to ask for more. The kids played in a trampoline area, rock wall, ropes course, dodge ball, various slides, arcade area, obstacle course and warped wall climb! This place was a pleasant surprise. It appeared new and clean. It was next to a Walmart in Hemet. There was plenty of parking as well. It didn't look big from the outside, but it was spacious from the inside. It's a great place when you want to get the kids out in the open without having to be in a place that's either too cold or too hot. Very disappointing experience. We arrived 15 minutes early as instructed for our 10:00 a.m. reservation, but the doors did not open until 10:05 a.m. Once inside, the augmented reality experience was poorly executed. Out of five headsets, only three worked. Because the experience is timed, staff troubleshooting equipment disrupted our session while others moved on without issue. The AR headset constantly went in and out, making the experience frustrating and not at all what is advertised. For the price, this felt like a complete waste of money. I requested a refund for one admission and was told a manager (Justin) would follow up, but I have yet to hear back. This experience did not meet expectations and I would not recommend it. read more

Real disappointed in this being the first time I bring my kids here. I was never told I needed a different colored bracelet to be jumping with my son. I then get a teenage employee telling me I can't be in there with my 3 YEAR OLD, AUTISTIC SON. My son is also an eloper. He has a handicapped placard and everything. I didn't appreciate the dishonesty here. The 2 hour pass was $35 and not real explanatory. I wouldn't like to not be near my son. When I asked to speak to a manager , NONE of the employees wanted to call him or her. We had the absolute worst experience here. Checking in they asked if we had socks I said yes and showed the receptionist our socks. When we got inside my kids were told they could not go on any obstacles without the socks with their logo on it so I had to go back up and buy new socks for $4 a pair taking more time out of their allotted playtime. Then we waited in line to use the obstacle course when my daughter finally got her turn the guy said her head was too small for the helmet and she could not go on they did not have any size options just a nope I went back up to the front and asked about this they said do have smaller sizes but they just didn't offer it to my daughter after waiting in line a second time the attendant completely ignored us and only let one child into the obstacle course then never came back. Our experience with Airtopia has been absolutely fantastic! We've been searching for a party venue for my son's 16th birthday and his group of 30 friends. There weren't many places in Temecula or Murrieta that catered to teens. My dog groomer is nearby, and we drove past this purple building one day. After checking out several other venues, we came to Airtopia and this was our last stop. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by super friendly, and energetic staff. We toured the place with Carlisa and were impressed with the layout and the attractions this place offers - it was one of a kind! It may not look big from the outside, but the inside is surprisingly spacious. Carlisa made the booking process a breeze, patiently answering all our questions to make sure our party had an amazing time. They handle all the food and beverages in-house, but we were able to bring our own party decorations, balloons, linens, cake, and ice cream. Which they can store for you in their freezer. Make sure that your guests complete their waivers ahead of time. We scheduled our party on a Wednesday to avoid the crowds, and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Everything went smoothly without a hitch. Leiylah was our host - you can't miss her, she looks just like Jennifer Lawrence from The Hunger Games. She was incredible! Leiylah went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! Jacob the Manager, was also fantastic, doing everything he could to accommodate our requests. We went to Airtopia Hemet on a Wednesday during the day. The parking lot was easily accessible with ample parking. The facility was spacious and clean. There was so much to do; the high rope course, ninja wall course, soft play, dodgeball, giant slide, trampolines, basketball, rock wall climbing. Many of the attractions were closed but we would ask an employee to open them and after they finished with one attraction, they would open the next attraction. I would be highly disappointed like some of the other reviews if they didn't open the closed attractions. The trampoline area is very small so if the other areas aren't open, it would be boring and not worth the money. However, that wasn't my experience. My favorite part was the high ropes course! We have been coming here since Airtopia first opened. The staff has been great with our Autistic grandson. Elijah is always friendly, smiling and welcoming when we walk through those doors. Ruby is always friendly and ready to help. Jasmine is busy in the Eatery but always helping guests with their orders. Vinsetta is security but that girl is all over the place. She's cleaning, answering questions, checking bags, etc. No matter what she's doing she always has a smile on her again while ( ALWAYS CLEANING)! My kids decided on this place, for bonding time. We spent an hour there. Three of us ended up being $76. The place isn't that big, and maybe only 5 spots to jump around. They have a small finger food restaurant inside, which was pricey and didn't need to be. This is a place to have a children's birthday party at. This is not a place for hours and hours on end. Pricing on the website isn't correct so when I saw 18.99 I was excited but quickly found out that's only for kids and adults is a I believe 24. We got there right at opening and it is huge inside. So many fun activities and perfect for all age groups literally. They have a lot of activities for older children (the ones that get bored easily, my 11 year old was having the time of his life) I have two kids under 4 and they had so much fun as well. We had come from Temecula to have my son's 6th birthday party here yesterday and I was greatly disappointed in the service offered for a 20 child party. We paid about $750 for 20 jumpers and pizzas. We were escorted to our party room, provided about 10 white paper plates, some brown napkins, plastic bench tables with no covers. (I ran next door to Walmart to grab table covers for our guests to eat on). It was very underwhelming to start. The website advertises a stress-free experience but we were left confused with how the experience was supposed to go for the kids, we had to chase down our party host multiple times. The host didn't serve the pizza or pour the kid's drinks, I'm not sure what part of the experience was supposed to be "stress-free" for me as a parent. I wouldn't recommend having a party here but I will say the pizza was great quality and the Adventure Park does have quite a bit to offer the kids for entertainment. Why this place took a hit on the stars was because the way they run the ropes course is very inefficient. the workers have no control over the lines that form and do not flow the lines as well as they could. My son sat and wanted nearly 45 minutes in line before he even when up to the course. If you pay for an hour, you don't plan on spending the majority of that time waiting in a line. quick tip: eat before you go as pizza is about $16 for a 14 inch pizza. ok rank over, would return again without going through the ropes course. I'm very upset with the turn out of my god son's birthday. I did enjoy part of my visit but the fact that attractions were basically closed for an entire hour and a half and I didn't get to enjoy them. Second when were tips ever mandatory? I kid you not this lady had asked over multiple times if we were going to leave a tip the first was when she came to the trampoline area and said are you gonna tip and if so I only accept cash. The next time was in front of all guest as she gave me the bill. Then she was given the card and I'd and instead of giving it back to us she gave it to the baby daddy and said to him that the baby mama said that he was gonna give her cash. Then we had asked for boxes for the pizza and she didn't bring them we had to go ask for them. The lady who gave the box to us slammed it on the counter. As we were clean up which we didn't have to do she came and threw the cleaning stuff on the table and started sweeping with an attitude. As we were leaving the room she asked again if we were leaving a tip and proceeded to open the black book and shakes her head no and was all pist. A tip would of been left if she wasn't so demanding of it. I think that your staff should be more worried about doing there job then demanding tips and being noisy when a manager is talking to a customer. Saw another in the group had an issue with Airtopia so I'm not the only one. I'm a foster parent & I signed my foster kids up for a monthly pass. I told them that they were fosters & they may go back at any time. The staff told us I'd be able to break the contract in case they go back home. I went in beginning of August & cancelled the agreement. I signed the paper & was told they will send to manager so could cancel & not be charged. I called before being charged & they confirmed it was cancelled. They ended up charging me again. I spoke to a manager & she gave me an attitude telling me that it's really not their problem because I signed an agreement but would pass on to upper management. I went in today & now they have no record of my call nor the cancellation paperwork & that'll be cancelled out this month for sure now. Not giving me a refund back nor am I able to transfer it to anyone else. So be cautious when dealing with them. $64 loss isn't the end of the world for me but the unprofessionalism I dealt with will definitely keep me from bringing any future foster children there.
