Kayla the manager is the rudest employee. I pay 3 memberships each month, which is a lot of money. And I told her that my son's socks are ripped and we need to replace them. She had the audacity to say "we need to see them rip in person in order to replace them for free. So you need to pay $7 for new socks" what in the world??!!! What kind of company (who makes so much profit) wants to charge a kid for ripped socks knowing they are ripped from jumping here. How would we prove they ripped as it's happening?! We literally come to this location so much. Anyways, we canceled all 3 memberships. Believe me they didn't care one bit.

We always go here for school rewards for our kid. I'm able to work from my seat and still be in close proximity watching my son play. I think that when you go during light traffic staff should take the time to man the areas for kids who need help on some attractions vs huddling in one area together. I'm also not happy we have been to multiple bday parties and our last visit we were told they are no longer accepting party passes that were purchased and given out as party favors. Overall the attractions are easy for kids to maneuver and have fun. It's clean and safe.

Chicken tender meal (sorry I cut it that's why it look like that) skip the fries it wasn't that good.

It's better than I expected , after reading all the horrible reviews it seems things got better from what I read that was negative. The staff were nice and did what they supposed to do...helping and assisting with many things, but no one was cleaning anything the whole 6 hours I was there. So don't expect bathrooms or the play areas to be super sanitary. Aside from the place itself it's weird how to people that come to this place just takes off their socks and just leaves it all over the floor after they were done. It started to look like dirty locker room..overfilled trashcans..food all over the ground and socks all over the cubby area floor. Like the workers are waiting for the next shift to clean up the mess...because they don't want to touch anything. Don't expect to find any area to sit and eat with your kids during 11:30-2pm people are just taking up the whole eating area for like 1 parent with their kids shoes and clothes and water bottle laying all over the table. If you buy food there you'll be standing there eating with your kids around lunch time. Plan ahead if you know you'll be eating there maybe save a table for your family to eat first before migrating to other seatings. There's a-lot of teenagers hanging out at this spot for sure. So Any unattended kids on trampoline places under the age of 10 will get stepped on, pushed around if you're not watching your kids. They have no care or feel bad hurting the little ones. They just continue jumping like nothing happens. Chicken tenders was decent but probably can skip the fries it's was hard and over cooked.

Pretty pricey. It costs the same for either a 2 hour jump or a monthly membership, so it was a no brainer. If you come early enough, parking isn't so hectic and it's not so loud. But, between the loud music and the chaos of all the kids, the noise began to get unbearable. They have a snack bar that offers food and drinks, slushies seem to be a big deal here. There were a few employee kids walking the floor and wrangling kids which was nice to see as they had a bit to do including a zip line, couple mini basketball courts/dodgeball, a obstacle course and some slides. Checking in also makes no sense, I was made to fill out a waiver as an "observer" only, but my friend didn't have to fill one out for her 2 year old granddaughter. I also liked that we weren't given a hard time bringing in our coffees and outside snacks, but it was also annoying seeing parents letting their kids drink and eat in the kid area. All in all we would be back, right when they open seems to be the best and least hectic time to go.

This building used to be a trampoline park of another company and was newly renovated by Sky Zone. We came on a Sunday and it wasn't crowded yet. Also probably because it hasn't even been a week since its Grand Opening. I ordered food and it took awhile to come out, but realized they had to remake it. Their Multi Ball screen had some technical difficulties. The music is a little loud when you're trying to ask staff questions. Since it's new, it's very clean and spacious. They're still working out the kinks though, but so far it's all good.

    Grand Opening! December 14, 2023

Attended their grand opening and took advantage of the "free jump" promotion for the first 100 guests of the day. This was a great deal, as a standard jump cost $29.99 for 90 minutes. They offer a basic membership at the same price for unlimited visits a month, (2 hours per day) which definitely seems like a better option than just paying for a single/standard jump visit. There are multiple options to take advantage of other than only trampolines, such as basketball, dodgeball, slides, swing, trapeze, zip-line, obstacle courses, and 3 video interactive options. Definitely geared towards older kids and teenagers but they also have a mini section for the toddlers. I imagine it won't be too fun on a busy day, especially having to stand in lines to use the slides and other options but on their first day, it was an absolute blast! Definitely love the "new" feel of it all and seeing everything super clean!

pully 1 where the rope belongs

Major safety issue with the zipline. My granddaughter got very hurt when the return rope snapped tight beneath her just like it snaps in the video here. Luckily nobody hurt this time. I told 3 "managers" now and it still isn't fixed. The return rope is SUPPOSED to go through the 2 pulleys at the top, but it isn't going through either of them. This negligence places the rope underneath the rider until it snaps tight at end. Don't go here until they fix it and hire managers who care about safety and employees who use their heads. Oh and not one of them took an incident repot.

Last January I purchased 3 annual memberships for my grandkids I expected to have fourteen months, which would bring me to march. I didn't remember what day I purchased it. The thing that made me most upset is that even though the party hosts were nice and polite, they didn't enforce safety rules in the rooms (like limit how many kids in each bouncer like the posted signs say) so my anxiety was through the roof watching 20 kids on one inflatable. Also I purchase extra pizza for adults and brought in as many snacks as I could to save money. Hosts let the kids mow through the adult pizzas instead of offering more pizzas to the kids OR bring out the extra pizzas for the adults. Since I was there with 10-year-old kids, I thought buying the monthly memberships would be the smarter option because we could always come back. Unfortunately, after only 20 minutes, the kids were begging to leave. Most of the attractions now seem geared toward much younger children. It is nothing like it used to be. I went to the manager, explained the situation, and asked if they could refund the memberships since we had barely used them. I was simply told that memberships are non-refundable. If I wanted my daughter to have free play time & be annoyed by kids with bad behavior I would take her to the park & save my money. I paid $375/ mo for my daughter to learn gymnastics, not for her spirit to be broken & walk out of the gym crying, expressing that she no longer loved gymnastics & wanted a new gym. I'm happy for the parents whose children were fortunate enough to land on a supportive team w/ a coach that corrects negative behavior but we didn't get that. Endeavor coaches had no problem sending my child off the floor for crying (which I support) but wouldn't send bullies off the floor for physically assaulting teammates. I guess my money wasn't as green as theirs. That is a lot of money to spend for a great portion of the classes being the bullies shoving athletes to the back of the line, instigating arguments, fighting for front of the line just to throw their hair around in my daughters face to irritate her, or stand on a block holding up the line because they don't know what to do because they don't listen to the coaches. The bullies had bad attitudes, throwing a fit if they were asked to take a picture or if a teammate tried to hug them. It's impossible to thrive in such an environment. One of the bullies annoyed my daughter on the sidelines at a competition, on her back poking her, causing her to trip going into her tumbling pass, two coaches stood there and did nothing, yet my daughter is expected to perform well. My daughter has since trialed several gyms & was welcomed into environments with supportive, friendly, encouraging teammates and I watched in amazement as I saw my once confident athlete return to her prior glory. It's amazing how the environment plays a role in how an athlete performs. We're now fixing what endeavor broke in my daughter: her spirit. Thank you, endeavor, for showing us what a gym should not be. Pretty sad when your greatest asset is air conditioning. Going back I wish I would have recorded all the times the girls put their fingers in my daughters face, shook their hair in her face to irritate her, punched her in the stomach, threw things at her, yelled at her, etc. This is a healthy training environment? What a joke! This is embarrassing & frankly insulting that they placed my daughter & other strong athletes in a group with such nonsense. If the bullies spent as much time working on skills as they did fighting to be 1st in line they might actually be successful. Be forewarned, if you come here & happen to get a good group then good for you, but if you end up in a group like this they will do absolutely nothing to resolve it. *edited to add that yelp wont allow me to post the video of 1 of the bullies smacking a teammate in the face but im happy to provide it to anyone interested. Of course endeavor would want my videos of negative behavior removed. I hope the bullies &their parents are embarrassed. I hope they remember that while their disgusting behavior ruined my child's experience, she continued to cheer for & celebrate them. You can try to silence me, endeavor, but just like at competition, you'll fail.
