We attended a birthday party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park expecting a fun, safe experience for our children. What actually happened was disturbing, traumatic, and handled with an alarming lack of professionalism. During the party, one of the children in our group was violently assaulted by older boys who were roaming the facility unsupervised. The injured child suffered visible facial injuries, including bleeding. While this was happening, staff response was minimal to nonexistent. The aggressors were allowed to continue playing freely, without being removed or even meaningfully addressed. What was even more upsetting was the impact this had on my 7-year-old stepson, who witnessed his friend being assaulted. This was not rough play, this was a frightening, violent incident. My stepson was visibly shaken, confused, and distressed by what he saw. This was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration, and instead it turned into a traumatic experience that he is still processing. Law enforcement showed up and found out that other kids had become visibly assaulted as well. Multiple employees on duty, many of whom appeared very young and poorly supervised themselves were seen laughing, pointing, exchanging comments, and sharing images related to the incident, rather than helping the injured child or ensuring the safety of the kids involved. At no point did it feel like the staff took the situation seriously. The general manager on duty failed to step in decisively, failed to separate parties, and failed to prioritize the emotional and physical well-being of the children. There was no immediate first aid offered. No quiet or safe space provided. No reassurance to the injured child or the kids who witnessed the violence. The behavior of both management and staff created the clear impression that the incident was being treated as entertainment rather than an emergency. To make matters worse, parents of the aggressors were allowed to come and go freely, with one parent returning to the area where our group was standing and openly threatening members of our party again, with no visible staff or security intervention. The lack of concern for child safety was staggering. Not once did anyone ask how the injured child was doing or acknowledge the emotional impact on the other kids who witnessed the assault. Offering a small discount afterward does not begin to address the seriousness of what occurred. Until this location prioritizes active supervision, trained staff, real management accountability, and child safety, I cannot recommend bringing your children here especially for birthday parties. What should have been a happy memory became a traumatic one due entirely to staff inaction and poor leadership. read more

A huge warning to parents who take their children to sky zone in Temecula. Tonight, we attended a birthday party. What was supposed to be a fun Saturday birthday party turned into a nightmare due to a poorly handled situation by the skyzone staff. One of the 8 year olds in our party was unfortunately a victim of bullying and was assaulted by an unsupervised older child roughly 10-12 years old. The 8 year old child incurred a forehead laceration, a bloody nose and bloody mouth. If it weren't for the quick actions of the parents in our party, I would hate to imagine how much further this assault could have gone. When we brought up the issue to the "supervisor" and "manager", barely anything was done, it was not until the police arrived, did they start acting. One of the teenage employees was seen pointing and laughing at the injured party. A literal small injured bleeding child. No concern, no offering of any paper towels or ice. While this was happening the older child that committed the assault was allowed to continue to be in the play area without any repercussions. He also got on his phone and FaceTimed his dad and stated how he was beating on white kids(the kid he assaulted was not white). Neither of his parents in sight besides that FaceTime call. When the mother finally showed up, dressed in what looked like pjs, they continued to stay in the play area and tried to claim she was just in the bathroom during the whole ordeal plus during the time we were giving our statements so over an hour. When that group left approximately 40mins-1hr later after the mom showed up, the dad (who looked just as unkept and just as disheveled as his child and mom) arrives and started threatening dads in our party. Which explains where his child is learning these behaviors. The dad left the building and was allowed to re enter the facility, walk all the way back to where our party was standing and continued his threats to the dads. No staff member in sight, no security. Nothing. He was free to walk around and intimidate as he pleases. The way the staff at skyzone handled all of this was a joke. The aggressors were not removed from the property to avoid any further confrontations or brought into offices. They did not remove the affected parties to quieter areas where they could properly gather how everything transpired or a safe quiet area to render first aid. We had to plead for them to check the cameras and they didn't do so until well after the fact. The police had to be called so that everyone's safety was ensured due to the constant threats from the delinquent's father. There was little concern for the safety of their patrons and kids. After the dust settled and we were able to interview the children in our party, we found out that same boy also scratched another kid and was yanking their legs as they tried to play on the obstacle course. Apparently this is baseline behavior for the kid beating on smaller children (his sister was running her mouth to our kids that her brother gets into fights at school everyday and even hurts her). Until skyzone gets it together and prioritizes safety, I urge you to not take your children there. We were sold on the notion that this was a safe area for our kids to play and be with their friends and celebrate birthdays. I am deeply disappointed with the staffs' lack of concern for the well being of the injured child or the safety of their patrons. Not one staff member asked if our injured child was OK. The cherry on top, skyzone offered the birthday parents a 15% off the party and still had the audacity to ask for gratuity. read more

Came here for a birthday party but i think it is suited more for bigger kids than toddlers. There is a small play area for toddlers and the rest are big slides, a trampoline section and 2 courts to do basketball or soccer. There is a big area in the front with chairs and to eat from the food area as well as designated area for a party room. I probably wont go back until my kid is big enough to do the slides. read more

We always go here for school rewards for our kid. I'm able to work from my seat and still be in close proximity watching my son play. I think that when you go during light traffic staff should take the time to man the areas for kids who need help on some attractions vs huddling in one area together. I'm also not happy we have been to multiple bday parties and our last visit we were told they are no longer accepting party passes that were purchased and given out as party favors. Overall the attractions are easy for kids to maneuver and have fun. It's clean and safe. read more

Worst birthday party experience imaginable -- zero safety or accountability I just returned from what can only be described as a children's birthday party from hell at Sky Zone. The party started off normally, but several kids told us that some older children were being aggressive. We initially told them to notify staff and didn't assume it was serious. About 30 minutes in, one of our boys ran up saying one of our kids was being bullied. Our group of boys are between 7 and 8, so we thought it might be typical playground drama -- but a few parents went to check anyway. What they found was horrifying. An older child (around 11-12 years old) was standing over one of our sons, who was on the ground, actively punching him. The attack only stopped when the aggressor realized an adult was present. The victim was bleeding from multiple injuries -- a forehead laceration, bloody nose, and bleeding gums. We immediately reported this to Sky Zone staff -- and they did absolutely nothing. They refused to remove the aggressor from the play area. They would not locate or contact the child's parent. They would not review security footage. They offered no support, no safety response, and no accountability. When one parent attempted to photograph the child so we could provide identification to the police, a Sky Zone employee mocked us, pointed, and laughed, calling the parent "creepy" instead of assisting with the situation. When the aggressor's father finally appeared, he threatened members of our group and lingered in the parking lot in an intimidating manner. Only after the police arrived did Sky Zone management begin to respond at all. This was a complete failure of safety, supervision, professionalism, and responsibility. A child was physically assaulted, injured, and bleeding -- and the staff's response was indifference and ridicule. I would never recommend Sky Zone to any parent who cares about their child's safety. read more

Pretty pricey. It costs the same for either a 2 hour jump or a monthly membership, so it was a no brainer. If you come early enough, parking isn't so hectic and it's not so loud. But, between the loud music and the chaos of all the kids, the noise began to get unbearable. They have a snack bar that offers food and drinks, slushies seem to be a big deal here. There were a few employee kids walking the floor and wrangling kids which was nice to see as they had a bit to do including a zip line, couple mini basketball courts/dodgeball, a obstacle course and some slides. Checking in also makes no sense, I was made to fill out a waiver as an "observer" only, but my friend didn't have to fill one out for her 2 year old granddaughter. I also liked that we weren't given a hard time bringing in our coffees and outside snacks, but it was also annoying seeing parents letting their kids drink and eat in the kid area. All in all we would be back, right when they open seems to be the best and least hectic time to go. read more

It's better than I expected , after reading all the horrible reviews it seems things got better from what I read that was negative. The staff were nice and did what they supposed to do...helping and assisting with many things, but no one was cleaning anything the whole 6 hours I was there. So don't expect bathrooms or the play areas to be super sanitary. Aside from the place itself it's weird how to people that come to this place just takes off their socks and just leaves it all over the floor after they were done. It started to look like dirty locker room..overfilled trashcans..food all over the ground and socks all over the cubby area floor. Like the workers are waiting for the next shift to clean up the mess...because they don't want to touch anything. Don't expect to find any area to sit and eat with your kids during 11:30-2pm people are just taking up the whole eating area for like 1 parent with their kids shoes and clothes and water bottle laying all over the table. If you buy food there you'll be standing there eating with your kids around lunch time. Plan ahead if you know you'll be eating there maybe save a table for your family to eat first before migrating to other seatings. There's a-lot of teenagers hanging out at this spot for sure. So Any unattended kids on trampoline places under the age of 10 will get stepped on, pushed around if you're not watching your kids. They have no care or feel bad hurting the little ones. So many small issues here and there thay I disregarded but a terrible incident at a birthday party where a child was attacked by another patron and nothing was done. This building used to be a trampoline park of another company and was newly renovated by Sky Zone. We came on a Sunday and it wasn't crowded yet. Also probably because it hasn't even been a week since its Grand Opening. I ordered food and it took awhile to come out, but realized they had to remake it. Their Multi Ball screen had some technical difficulties. The music is a little loud when you're trying to ask staff questions. Since it's new, it's very clean and spacious. They're still working out the kinks though, but so far it's all good. read more

Attended their grand opening and took advantage of the "free jump" promotion for the first 100 guests of the day. This was a great deal, as a standard jump cost $29.99 for 90 minutes. They offer a basic membership at the same price for unlimited visits a month, (2 hours per day) which definitely seems like a better option than just paying for a single/standard jump visit. There are multiple options to take advantage of other than only trampolines, such as basketball, dodgeball, slides, swing, trapeze, zip-line, obstacle courses, and 3 video interactive options. Definitely geared towards older kids and teenagers but they also have a mini section for the toddlers. I imagine it won't be too fun on a busy day, especially having to stand in lines to use the slides and other options but on their first day, it was an absolute blast! Definitely love the "new" feel of it all and seeing everything super clean! read more

Major safety issue with the zipline. My granddaughter got very hurt when the return rope snapped tight beneath her just like it snaps in the video here. Luckily nobody hurt this time. I told 3 "managers" now and it still isn't fixed. The return rope is SUPPOSED to go through the 2 pulleys at the top, but it isn't going through either of them. This negligence places the rope underneath the rider until it snaps tight at end. Don't go here until they fix it and hire managers who care about safety and employees who use their heads. Oh and not one of them took an incident repot. read more

It's a decent place. They are terrible at the check in counter. Even for members it can take sometime about 20mins or so just to get checked in so be aware of that when coming to visit. They definitely prioritize the people coming for passes over the members during the check in process which is frustrating most days when you just want to come and let your kiddos jump. They have 3 stands but barely one person to check you in. So tbh it may not be worth the monthly membership if it's for your after school activity for the kids. A 30min activity can turn into 15mins after check in. Most things are only about half filled with air most times as well. Which is not only extremely dangerous but also just kinda sad to see when the kids want to jump. I know we sign the waivers for safety but I would hope they would take some things more serious. read more

However, I went jumping with my younger cousins at the actual trampoline area, and there's a square in the middle that blends in with the other trampolines. The thing is, that square is solid. I came to town over the summer to take my grandson to this park. At the front desk, I specifically told them I did not want a membership, since we were only in town for the day. I paid $147.00 for what I was told was a one-day visit. Later, I discovered I had been charged every month since then--close to $500 in membership charges. I never created an account, so I had no way to review or cancel anything. Even customer service struggled to locate the account and could only find it by looking up the transaction number. When I emailed customer service, their "solution" was to offer me a gift card that never expires. I explained multiple times that we do not live in California and would not be returning, but they refused to refund the charges. To make matters worse, the name on the account tied to these charges is not an authorized user of my credit card, so I am now having to deal with fraud claims against SkyZone. If you're considering visiting this park, I strongly recommend you think twice. They charged me illegally, failed to train their staff properly, and then blamed me for not checking an account I never had access to. read more

I took my pre-teen kids here and they had a blast. It was crowded when we first arrived in the later afternoon, but as it got later, the smaller kids went home and older kids were still there. I payed $45/all day pass, they were there for hours. It looked like a tornado hit the eating area with all the shoes, socks and food and drinks left on the tables. But, I mean, there's tons of kids and it's crowded. Overall, no complaints, staff was nice and monitoring the areas. We would come back! read more

I'm not going to hold back on this one. No parent should have to feel or experience what I went through for a place that's suppose to be for fun. Potential head traumatic injury or bodily injury. Is it worth the risk? Lawsuit, Emergency Care or Urgent care will be in the foreseeable future and I guarantee it. Management is the one to blame for hiring teenagers and allowing them to take control. I am all for a good time but when you allow your customers to get hurt, it's absolutely not okay. If you read all the reviews before me, it's the same complaints. Yes, teenagers can be wreck less but when you allow that knowing their audience is kids of different ages, the employees should be held liable for allowing it. I've been to a lot of trampoline parks with my kids. Like, a lot. We no longer have a dedicated trampoline park in the area but we've been to Sky Zone in Riverside, CA before and so we expected this would be the same experience. It was not. They only had a very limited number of trampolines and it was so crowded the kids had to wait in line to jump. There are plenty of other activities but they really wanted a trampoline park. The slides were really fun, I even went a few times! Again, the line was long so there's more standing around than actual slide time. There were a few obstacle course sections but they seemed to be designed for younger kids. Overall, it was overpriced for how crowded it was and the lack of activities (a few section were closed as well) and the staff was very hit or miss. Mostly teens and young adult employees that I saw and some were clearly not enjoying their jobs. Nobody was outright mean, but the disdain for the customers or their specific job duties was clearly written on a lot of their faces. Won't likely return given the cost $30 for 90 minutes and just overcrowded with a lack of trampolines. read more

So if you have a shy kid, the other kids will just continue to cut in front of them. I understand that it is a fun zone, but I've been to other places that are a little more orderly for a lot less money. My kids love this place. Honestly for the price you can't beat it we pay 30 a month and can come every day for a few hours. They have a nice dodgeball are basketball and soccer court and zip lines. My kids have so much fun here it's hard not to bring them. They also serve food (did not try) but looks good. They serve pizza, fries, tenders, pretzels and a few other things. read more

Extremely frustrated! I called early August to see how I cancel the monthly membership for my kids and I was told to go online and fill out the survey with their membership information which I did. I didn't hear back and then August 29 comes around and I am charged again. I've called and left three messages. No one's getting back to me. Not a safe place to leave your child. I brought my son (on the autism spectrum) to a birthday party and another child whom he accidentally bumped into him punched him in the face. The incident, as I was told, started when the other boy, season pass holder, started to cuss out my son, then my son pushed him which led to him getting punched. The manager, Emily, kicked out my son and allowed the other boy to stay stating that my son instigated the entire incident. I was shocked when I asked if I could see the security footage and was denied, especially since my son has never been in a fight before and has been given student of the month for good citizenship multiple times. I definitely will not bring anyone here and encourage all parents who do to keep a close eye on your child as there seems to be a bad element here. read more
