I recently attended a Celebration of Life at the Temecula Old Town Loft--my first time there. It was a perfect venue for such a beautiful event, which took place on the second floor. Because there was a lot of overflow, additional seating was set up downstairs at round tables with sound and projection so those of us on the lower floor could still fully participate in the service. The only downside I noticed was parking. The memorial was held on a weekday in the mid-morning, and when I arrived right on time, there was absolutely no parking left in the lot or on the immediate surrounding streets. I ended up parking several blocks away. Parking aside, the space itself was lovely. It's a beautiful venue, and I could easily see it being used for all kinds of celebrations and gatherings. read more

I had my retirement party at the Temecula Old Town Loft. The venue was amazing. Extremely clean inside and outside. Remarkable entry that opens up to the lower floor of the venue. Walk out back to a grand fire pit, and seating. Classy bar inside also. Walk upstairs and a great view outside the windows of the east-side of the city. Another great bar upstairs too. The staff was phenomenal and helped out in anyway they could. Definitely went above and beyond on everything. They have plenty of tables, chairs, that accommodate all of the people that came to my celebration. I had 200 people at my event. There is also lodging nearby if people are attending from out of town. I would definitely use Temecula Old Town Loft again and recommend it to my friends and family. We recently attended the Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy event hosted by this venue and we were pleasantly surprised. It was spacious, clean, well organized and the event ran smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the room was a little small and seats were packed in, floors were sticky, but I'm hoping it's because they had back to back event sessions and that maybe drinks were spilled and this isn't the norm. We recently had our work Christmas party here as the venue, and we really liked it! First of all, there were plenty of parking spaces as it is located outside the craziness of Old Town Temecula area. There were probably around 100 attendees and the space was sufficient for all of us. The chairs and tables were set up in the patio area, and they had heaters to keep us warm. We also had a nice little area for our dance floor where our DJ blasted some music. I think the best part was the open bar. They had some really good drinks and cocktails. read more

Great facility! Had my daughter's cheer banquet at Temecula Old Town Loft this afternoon/evening. Three levels and a large outdoor space was plenty for 100+ people. Not sure what the price was since I was just a guest but the facility is clean, well decorated, and the staff was helpful. My fiancee and I came to place for a comedy show on 02/23/23. Initially, the place looked small, until we received a tour of the place by one of the owners. The restaurant / venue is actually pretty large. It contains a downstairs room for changing (example: wedding, Quinceanera, etc...), the middle room has a bar area and seating area for events or just regular dinning, the outside area is pretty large which contains access to the interior bar and has a large gas fire pit, and the upstairs contains a large dance area with another bar area. This whole place allows for renting options (look at their website for pricing). According to the owners, there have been wedding receptions and weddings at the venue. The venue can definitely hold a lot of people in it. I liked the atmosphere of the place, the courtesy of the staff and the food. It definitely a nice place to hang out at. read more

Sabrina was our bartender and she was so awesome as well! We got positive feedback from a lot of guests saying how wonderful they both were. Booked this venue for my daughter's quince a year in advance. We worked with Eddie for the majority of our planning. Eddie is amazing. Very kind and always willing to help find a solution. The indoor outdoor space is amazing. And the upstairs/downstairs makes it easy to spread out your guests. I will also mention their are restrooms on both floors for easy access for guests! Venue is beautiful and has so much potential. But we went to an event and the management of the bar was beyond mediocre. It was completely unorganized and we were constantly in line for drinks. They needed to push the labor to where the crowd was. We never got passed appetizers because the lines and crowds were so long. I hope they can take some of this feedback because an incredible event was paralyzed by the lack of organization. Our deposit was not returned bcus: "Unfortunately, due to the excess outside alcohol that was found on the property and the children that were left unattended on the patio that were taking the glass out of the firepits and throwing it around... we will not be able to return the deposit." Contract says if any alcohol or underage drinking was found party would end immediately but of course they saw how many guests we had and they kept the event going cus they were making their money off their expensive ass drink menu and called the police around 10:45pm once the event was almost over. Mind you this was never brought to our attention so we could address it. Do not rent out this venue, also no ID's were checked for minors but like i said all they care about is making their money. Very disappointed because the first tour we had they sold us on a nice venue. Communication is terrible, the owner went off on her employees and us bcus they were serving us drinks from the soda machine (which is on our contract) and then once we showed our contract she apologized for that. read more

This place will always hold a special place in my heart now! I got married here on July 8th 2023. Wow wow wow. Amazing bridal suite. Spacious, stylish and modern. I truly felt like a beauty queen getting ready in here! I had five bridesmaids and two girls to help with hair, plus my mom. There was plenty of room for all of us in there! Even when the groom and groomsmen came in (12 of us total) it was still spacious enough for us all to relax and hide from the guests until our grand entrance. Eddie was an absolute pleasure to work with. The easiest way to reach him is through his phone, either text or calling. I will say they don't respond to emails quickly, but call/text and they're very prompt! Eddie helped us through the whole planning process and made it nice and easy on us. The venue itself is very nice. The upstairs area where we held our ceremony was perfect size for my guest number. (120) Downstairs we had 13+ tables set up and it was still spacious with room to move around the room even in my big princess dress. The outside patio is huge! We set up our catering, cocktail hour food and dessert table out there and it was perfect. The manager Britney took great care of us while we were getting ready. She delivered mimosas and when asked for a non alcoholic drink, she happily obliged! 5 star service, again making me feel like an absolute queen!! Last but not least, heather and Sabrina the bartenders were amazing. I believe Sabrina was upstairs and let me tell you she was a rockstar! My group LOVES to drink! And she handled it like a pro. Not only that but again i was treated like a queen! I would walk towards the bar and she's already grabbing me another beer AND opening it for me. She also delivered 2 rounds of beers to the bridal suite beforehand ! I asked Sabrina one time to make my shot just a baby shot (not trying to get sloppy lol) and after that one time if she knew i was taking a shot she made it small for me without me asking!! Overall this venue was AMAZING. They made me feel like an absolute queen on my wedding day and i could never thank them enough!! The least i can do is review them and recommend them to any and everyone looking for a venue, which i will! We rented the Venue for my husband's 60th surprise birthday party. I made sure to reserve the top floor and the bottom floor to hold the amount of people invited. However, on the day of the party my decorator got there a bit early (they drove from Ventura) I was notified, but they weren't let in without an additional $400. I accepted that because they did arrive early. Once let in my decorator began setting up for our party and was immediately rudely approached by Sara who spoke to them with such disrespect. Sara blocked off the upstairs and did not allow anyone to decorate at all on the top floor which I purchased. After which my decorator continued to set up on the bottom floor, and yet again Sara (who stated she was the owner) began taking down decorations, blowing out candles, removing signs, stating " this is not allowed, that is not allowed, this wasn't paid for in the contract, that wasn't paid for in the contract" without clarifying with her co-partners everything she stated was actually covered and paid for in my complete contract. Sara made my guest pay for sodas that were purchased (soda bar) and specified in the contract, Sara spoke to some of our guess in the most belittling way, making them feel so uncomfortable to be there, they left. Sara then began to inform my guest without calling or making any attempt to contact me stating " there is a $600 incidental deposit that needs to be paid in order for this party to take place". Once me and my husband arrived and our friends and family surprised him, I was immediately approached by multiple guests of Sara's rude and inappropriate attitude and behavior, I was then notified of the $600 deposit that was supposedly required? I then walked to the bar where I was approached by a gentleman (Joe) who introduced himself as out host, but indicated I need to pay this $600 deposit? I then asked to speak to whomever Sara is because as she indicated "she is the owner" Sara was behind the bar and then asked to speak with her outside to find out exactly what was going on. Immediately, Sara body language was offensive. As I was speaking with her, she began to fold her arms, frown and as I was asking questions her immediate response was "well duh did you read your contract"? I let Sara know that my contract had been modified multiple times, and I had not read the final, but I did have it available. I then texted the individual (Kaila/co-owner) I had dealt with since May 2023 to find out why I was dealing with such a rude individual? After, obtaining my copy of the contract and showing Sara that I in fact purchased the full Venue (top and bottom) floor, the soda bar, the kitchen, etc. Sara then stated, " well I didn't know what all you had in your contract, because I didn't handle your particular contract"? When I showed Sara the $600 she indicated was actually to be discussed but wasn't 30 days prior to my event, she then apologized and again stated "I wasn't the person handling your contract, I am just going by past practices", when I asked if I will imbursed for her blocking off the top level, she refused to refund me the funds I had already paid, and state " I can remove the items blocking the upstairs for guest to utilize". I stated to Sara "the fact you did not contact me to find confirm the logistics of my contract, did not allow my decorator to successfully decorate as it should be, but now that I am asking to be reimbursed, you're saying you will remove the items to allow access is insulting." Sadly, we ended my Husband's surprise party early. I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable, out of place, disrespected, and embarrassed within a matter of an hour. Sara has the WORST customer service attitude, and demeanor I have ever witnessed. Overall the Venue is greatly located! read more

The wedding was beautiful, the venue was clean, the staff, bartenders and the owners Eddie and Heather were amazing to work with.
