First off let me start with Dionne was absolutely amazing, she guided me through everything and gave me the most perfect baby shower. Everyone was not only impressed with the atmosphere but also the delicious food. I highly recommend checking this place out for afternoon tea or if you are searching for a place to host a bridal shower or a baby shower this really is the perfect place. I cant wait to go back.

I had the amazing opportunity to win a giveaway for the Bridgerton experience here at The Empressa. This establishment is adorned with class, meticulous decor, and a refined ambiance. If you're looking for a nice little venue to host a baby shower or even a bridal shower, look no further! This is the place you're looking for. Service is great, food is simple and yet classy and you seriously cannot beat the ambiance this place gives! To view a small reel of how gorgeous this place is, check out my insta: @satiate.kate

Yummy treats at the Mommy and Me Tea party!

Had the absolute pleasure of attending a Mommy & Me Tea Party at The Empressa Temecula this Mother's Day, and it was more than just afternoon tea .. it was an opportunity to slow down, savor the moment, and share something special with my children. From the moment we walked in, the experience was warm, elegant, and thoughtfully curated. My little ones were dressed to the nines and we were greeted kindly and were seated at a beautifully set table. We were so impressed by the young servers--gracious, polite, and confident! It was a joy to watch them in action, and such a positive example for my kids. Every detail was handled with such care, from the impeccable service to the stunning setup. I loved one of the teas so much, that when I learned it was available for purchase I quickly snatched it up! The menu: Tea sandwiches (Cucumber, Herbed Chicken Salad, Salmon & Dill) Scones with Lemon Cream Cheese, Brown Butter Salted Caramel, and more A lovely variety of teas including English Breakfast and Indigo Punch A refreshing Hibiscus Lemonade for the little ones This event reminded me how important it is to make space for meaningful connection with our kids. The Empressa Temecula made that possible in the most enchanting way. Whether you're a local or visiting Temecula, I highly recommend this spot for a beautiful, family-friendly experience. The love they pour into every detail truly shines. Can't wait to come back for another "tea-lightful" time!

Such a lovely tea house. Came for a birthday tea party. The service was top notch. Dione was a fabulous host and her son London was the perfect gentleman. The girls had such a special time. I would really love to come again.

Amazing experience! I held my bridal shower here with my close family and it was so perfect! The food was amazing- so fresh and tasty. The scones were so soft and delicious. The sandwiches were perfect and tasty. Dionne called us the day before to help with menu selections. We had a person with a severe nut allergy and Dionne was so accommodating- making sure there were no contaminants so my guests felt comfortable. And let's not forget the tea! The tea was so delicious and our cups were never empty! The decor, the atmosphere, everything was so perfect for my event and I couldn't have asked for anything better. 100% recommend this beautiful place!

Amazing atmosphere and delicious tea! Excellent for multiple celebrations!

Took my sister here for Mother's Day Tea. We have had tea in castles in Europe and this rivaled them. It was amazing! Highly recommend!

What actually happened was disturbing, traumatic, and handled with an alarming lack of professionalism. During the party, one of the children in our group was violently assaulted by older boys who were roaming the facility unsupervised. The injured child suffered visible facial injuries, including bleeding. While this was happening, staff response was minimal to nonexistent. The aggressors were allowed to continue playing freely, without being removed or even meaningfully addressed. What was even more upsetting was the impact this had on my 7-year-old stepson, who witnessed his friend being assaulted. This was not rough play, this was a frightening, violent incident. My stepson was visibly shaken, confused, and distressed by what he saw. This was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration, and instead it turned into a traumatic experience that he is still processing. Law enforcement showed up and found out that other kids had become visibly assaulted as well. Multiple employees on duty, many of whom appeared very young and poorly supervised themselves were seen laughing, pointing, exchanging comments, and sharing images related to the incident, rather than helping the injured child or ensuring the safety of the kids involved. At no point did it feel like the staff took the situation seriously. The general manager on duty failed to step in decisively, failed to separate parties, and failed to prioritize the emotional and physical well-being of the children. There was no immediate first aid offered. No quiet or safe space provided. No reassurance to the injured child or the kids who witnessed the violence. The behavior of both management and staff created the clear impression that the incident was being treated as entertainment rather than an emergency. To make matters worse, parents of the aggressors were allowed to come and go freely, with one parent returning to the area where our group was standing and openly threatening members of our party again, with no visible staff or security intervention. The lack of concern for child safety was staggering. Not once did anyone ask how the injured child was doing or acknowledge the emotional impact on the other kids who witnessed the assault. Offering a small discount afterward does not begin to address the seriousness of what occurred. Until this location prioritizes active supervision, trained staff, real management accountability, and child safety, I cannot recommend bringing your children here especially for birthday parties. What should have been a happy memory became a traumatic one due entirely to staff inaction and poor leadership.

Check in was standard and easy also. The room was decent and the AC and heater worked great! The toilet wouldn't flush and was stopped up. They had black out curtains and we were given two double beds. I actually slept well in the bed surprisingly because I usually don't sleep well in hotel beds. One of my laps didn't work in the living room area. The breakfast was not bad, but you had to Eat quickly before your food got cold. The made to order omelettes were fantastic!

I paid over $900 expecting something clean, comfortable, and updated, but the room felt more like an old motel than an Embassy Suites. The room was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The shower handle was broken, the bathroom door wouldn't lock properly, the carpet looked old and worn out, the door to the room looks more like a prison cell, there was a loose screw on the floor, the air vents were rusty, and the TV kept cutting in and out. There were also stains on the blankets/covers and scratches all over the doors and furniture. I took plenty of pictures because I honestly couldn't believe the condition of the room for what we paid. I will say that some of the staff members were friendly, and I don't want to take that away from them. Breakfast was decent, the only saving grace was the omelet station. I appreciated the reception hour (5:30pm-7pm you get 2 complimentary drinks. They were one of the only positive parts of this stay. The amenities offered were all completely outdated - the gym, the pool, even the little convenience store had very limited options. Overall, the hotel felt very creepy and uninviting. The hallways to the rooms were dark and uncomfortable, smells moldy, the walls are paper thin, and I honestly would not recommend this hotel for women or solo travelers. Thank God I was traveling with family members because I would not have felt comfortable staying here alone. Definitely not worth the price, and unfortunately not somewhere I would stay again.
